Quiet suburban neighbourhood which is easily accessible for Yas Island attractions. Nice spacious villa. Would recommend.

I think this was a really satisfying stay experience. First of all, all kinds of equipment, facilities and items in the room are very complete, so that we can use them conveniently. What's most worth recommending is the completeness of the kitchen supplies, which allows us friends who are already tired of Arabic food to cook Chinese dishes by ourselves. It's very close to the supermarket and the gas station, which is extremely convenient. Thank you, the landlord!

We had an incredible stay at Moh’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything went smooth, Moh was really responsive, welcoming and respectful, and ensured our comfort. The space was impeccably clean, well decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location is very calm and there is a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home. Small touches, like the coffee or tea always at the guest’s disposal is a very nice thought. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect, calm and safe stay— we will return there.

MK is een geweldige en super vriendelijke host. Hij heeft er alles aan gedaan om mijn verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Hij reageert snel op berichten. De volgende keer als ik in AD verblijf, zal ik zeker weer bij hem boeken.

Moe was an excellent host—very responsive and attentive to our needs. He welcomed us with lunch upon arrival, which was a thoughtful touch after our journey. His home is beautiful, well-maintained, and made for a very comfortable stay. He also provided great recommendations for places to visit in Abu Dhabi, making our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

A great apartment in a cozy and quiet community, with a designated parking spot for the car. The city center of Abu Dhabi is just a 30-minute drive away. The apartment itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious.

The apartment was clean and looked same like on the pictures. The community buildings were new and witha car it was very convenient location in the area. The host communicated quickly and there was nothing to complain about. Definitely recommended.

Apartamentul lui Huraiz este situat intr-o zona excelenta, cu vedere care mare, are paza la intrare, foarte curat și este dotat cu tot ce este necesar. Comunicarea cu gazda, desi nu am cunoscut-o personal, a fost excelenta. Multumim pentru gazduire, daca vom mai ajuge la Abu Dhabi, ne-ar placea sa revenim.

Molto reattivo nella comunicazione, manca l' attenzione ai dettagli come i bicchieri, lo scolapasta, un tavolo e sedie per mangiare, le foto credo siano di due appartamenti differenti al nostro mancavano gli oggetti mensionati e la vasca nel bagno, la doccia si poteva fare soltanto ad un angolo del bagnetto e il tombino era a pavimento. Sembrerebbe una casa di campagna un po' rustica, il frigorifero era piccolo e il fornello elettrico unico, assente il forno. Il climatizzatore invece era davvero funzionale.

호스트와 집사 엘런이 친절하고 집이 깨끗했다. 수건도 더 가져다주고 아답터도 제공해 주었다. 주택가여서 조용하고 아침에 주변 조깅도 안전하게 할 수있었다. 강추합니다^^

Great location to explore YAS island attractions. Parking was convenient and close by (free) Reny was responsive great communication with clear instructions how to find and access the apartment. Very comfortable and fully equipped for our short stay.. Lovely place...

Kareem's studio was the perfect fit for our stay. It's in a great spot to access all of Abu Dhabi by car or taxi. There are two great walkable coffee/roasters cafes around the corner. The studio was spotless and had all the ementies needed in kitchen for simple meals or plating delivery. Kareem was very responsive and quick to reply. He easily registered our rental car for parking even with our late arrival.

Recommended for all kind of occasions. We love the home vibe of the place, very silent and relaxing view at the balcony. It was very clean and well maintained. Thank you!! Me and my husband enjoyed our holiday 💕 will probably come back again.

Очень довольны квартирой! Тихий район, отличная доступность магазинов, ресторанчиков и кофеен. Очень рекомендуем ресторанчик Burro Blanco. Мексиканская кухня на высоком уровне. В супермаркете Garndioso так же можно купить готовую еду высокого качества и много местных вкусностей. Территория очень красивая, тихая, теплый бассейн во дворе. Все располагает к отдыху и расслаблению. До главных достопримечательностей (Louvre, Anrahamic Family House) ехать на такси 10 минут, до самого Абу-Даби 25 минут, до красивейшего пляжа Mamsha 15 минут. Сама квартира очень уютная. Чувствуешь себя как дома. С 9 этажа отличный вид на Абу-Даби и залив. Эрик дал четкие инструкции как пользоваться техникой, системой вентиляции и бойлером. В самой квартире есть все необходимое (фен, отпариватель для одежды, кофемашина). Обязательно приедем еще! Спасибо!

We stayed in Louai's apartment for a little over a week (2 adults, 3 kids). The apartment was well positioned, right by the main square in Al Reef, which made everything very walkable and easy to access. The apartment was well equipped for our needs, and we'd definitely stay again.
