Great place for families, nice team and good facilities

We stayed at Dr Mohan's place for 5 days and it was really homey. The place is very nice, it's near the grocery and department store where you can easily grab anything you need. The building is very secured and quiet, you can really relax and rest well. Mr. Mohad is very accommodating and a professional person. He makes sure that we have everything we need and our concerns are taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Mohan's place especially for small families.

We absolutely loved staying here! the check in was simple and the location is great, quite close to restaurants and activities in RAK. I appreciate that we had underground reserved parking and a security guard at all times.

Olga was very accomodating host. Clean apartment, excellent price/quality ratio. We forgot one thing at the apartment and Olga was very nice to find it and return it after our leaving. Thank you very much!

This was my second time staying at one of Adrian’s places – and once again, it was a great experience. Adrian was always available and checked in via message a few times just to make sure everything was okay. You can really tell he cares about his guests. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. I felt completely comfortable and at home. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks, Adrian!

Such a nice location. We felt as though we were right in the midst of the sea. Serene beach, spotless property and over all a great host. I will find an excuse to be there again!!

Want to thank for the hospitality. It was nice time for staying there. We came late, but the owner waited for us. Gave all the instructions. They are small things, but really touch the heart like a file with the sightseeing spots, nubers of delivery Netflix and every facility works. Pay attention that if you need high bed, it's not this type. The towels are there, all clean and white. The beach is really private, clean and with white sand. There are umbrellas everywhere and sun loungers.

Die Villa ist einfach top der private Strand der private Pool sogar ein privater Pool für Frauen. In der Villa hat jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage! Top! Die Küche war gut ausgestattet(Weingläser, Kaffeetassen, Wassergläser, Mocca Tassen, Saftpresse, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, einen Topf ,mehrere Pfannen ,komplettes Besteck ,Schere, Kochgeschirr, ein Sieb, ein großen Kühlschrank). In der Anlage gab es saubere duschen, ein tolles Fitnessstudio, wo man im Anschluss am privaten Strand Schwimmen konnte. Am Strand und am Pool sind Schirme und Liegestühle ! Alles war sauber die komplette Gegend Ahmad war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten! Er ist sehr freundlich und eine angenehme Person. Das einzige was gefehlt hat, war ein Staubsauger😄 aber ich hatte nicht danach gefragt. Wir hatten eine Reinigungsfirma in der Gegend engagiert aber ein Staubsauger wäre gut gewesen. Wir haben uns da richtig wohl gefühlt! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!♥️
