Good value. Needed a place to stay for the night. Quite, comfortable, nice touches with toothbrushes, toothpaste, q tips, and chocolates. Bed was comfortable.

Ashlei's place is located in a very safe area. Her place is very clean and just lovely. the view out the back porch was so amazing to watch a family of deer eat and just see such nature that my daughter and I love to see. We had a wonderful trip there and stayed almost a week. food stores, Walmart etc was within a couple of miles. The place is just perfect and very quiet in the evenings. I reached out to Ashley once and she immediately responded and took care of my question. She is amazing and I thank her so much. When I come back to see my sister I would love to stay here again. 500 stars

This was a cozy and comfortable condo to stay at. I really liked the decor and furnishings, I felt very at home. The bedroom TV was a plus! This place is in a very convenient location right near lots of restaurants and shopping and the UF campus.

Isla’s unit was pristine & clutter-free with pretty complete amenities. Everything was new and clean. Isla provided Nespresso Professional pods, instant coffee sachets and also a drip coffee machine. There’s a double bed and a foldaway bed. The apartment fits 2-3 people comfortably. We prefer staying there because we could make coffees/teas, warm up leftovers or make an easy meal. It was our 2nd time staying there as we love the location and proximity to our daughter’s apartment. We would pick Isla’s apartment again if it is available during our future visits.

Great stay at Bobs. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Took some nice walks around the area with dog.

I stayed at this Airbnb for a week, and it was an excellent experience overall. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It had well-equipped kitchen which made it feel like a home away from home. Overall, I would highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again if I return!

Welcoming atmosphere and loved the outdoor areas of the house. I love to draw surrounded by nature and this place really satisfied that need! I loved the decor and layout and would absolutely stay here again when the opportunity arises!

Everything was good , the place looked liked the pictures , confortable beds . The only thing is that the posting said there was a laundry in the place and it wasn’t explicit where . Other than that our stayed was great ! The location was good . And the host was responsive at all times .

Martha was a phenomenal host. Her Airbnb was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Check in was straight forward and easy. I had a few questions throughout my stay and Martha did a great job of responding quickly! She was very thoughtful and organized with all directions provided as far as checking in and checking out. Overall was a wonderful stay in a beautiful location

Maria’s place was thoughtfully and tastefully appointed with good quality appliances and furnishings. Mattresses were excellent. The furnishings were comfortable. Maria was a prompt communicator for questions and concerns. The neighborhood is pleasant and peaceful. Very quiet. It was a welcome home away from home to come back to.

Had a great stay for a weekend conference at UF/IFAS Bee College, the location was convenient. The apartment was very clean, and had everything needed for a perfect stay. Tara and Maria are exceptional hosts!

Had a fantastic stay while attending an event at the Alachua County Sports and Event Center! Unit was quiet, comfy, clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. Appreciated the off-street parking as well. Grocery store is close by to pick up anything we forgot. We enjoyed seeing the La Chua Preserve that was also close by too! Would certainly stay here again.

Amanda was very nice!! She responded quick to our needs. The place is perfect, and especially for people with kids. My kids love it and definitely felt like home. Thank you very much and we will be back

The unit is a bit dated but overall in good condition. The surrounding area is convenient and feels safe. The host is nice, though their communication/response can be a bit slow times.

Used Pamela’s place for 10ams whilst competing in the athletics. The house is perfect. Very quiet neighbourhood and was very close to shops. Highly recommend

Kuljon was a wonderful host who provided me exactly what I needed for my month-long stay in Gainesville. My room was clean when I arrived and fully stocked with the essentials so I never had to scramble when first moving in. Thank you for the great stay!

We came to Gainesville for a Florida football game. Amy’s place was conveniently located near campus and a quiet, cozy retreat before and after the big game. The condo was well stocked and peaceful. Amy was very communicative and very thoughtful making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Great stay! Would stay again!

We were so fortunate to find this place when we planned to visit family in Gainesville. This condo checked all the boxes: extremely clean, well-stocked kitchen with a Ninja coffeemaker, comfortable bed with super soft linens, a computer desk, all the amenities you could want or need, including access to a garage. The gated neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and offers a nice place to take a walk or enjoy the screened-in porch. There’s also a tennis and basketball court. It was very easy to check in and out, and any questions were answered quickly throughout our stay. The condo is close to many restaurants and grocery stores, and convenient to U of F and downtown Gainesville. We look forward to staying here again when in town.

Hannah was great to communicate with. The room was great to have while staying in Gainesville! The complex has a lot of nice space outside. The location was close to the Shands Hospital which was the reason for my stay.
