I recommend Joanna, she is excellent she will let you know every important detail about the place where you will be staying. She wants you to have the best experience. Like i mentioned before I recommend her 100%

Susie and Jay were the best hosts we could've encountered. I read all the reviews and every single one is 5 star and I now know why. I felt like I was walking into my families home. I've never felt so comfortable and thought of and invited, in my life. She was incredible at our check-in and she even had homemade treats for us. She has the perfect tea station set up and her lanai was the perfect spot to drink it. I cannot wait to be a return guest. I was more than impressed with their energy, their home, the space, and the price. EVERYTHING was genuinely too perfect!!

Radhika and Sudevi are the nicest people :) The place was very clean and comfortable. It made me so happy to stay with them because I felt so welcome and invited! they are excellent hosts.

Andy and Karen's place was a comfortable, warm and tidy stay. It had all the amenities we needed. The bed was nice and cool to sleep in. Easy access to downtown full of restaurants and shops. It was perfect for our Hogtowne festival getaway. We will stay here again.

I was looking for a place to stay on the east side of Gainesville and Shana’s place was perfect. Shana is so welcoming and the accommodations were clean, quiet, and uncomplicated. Much gratitude!

Location is great for visiting UF campus. The apartment was very clean and beds were comfortable. Large washer and large dryer in unit were very great. Samantha was quick to respond to my communications. Thank you.

I really enjoyed my stay here and the location is great! Norma and Mike are super responsive and helpful. There were plenty of heaters to keep the house warm in the cold days and the place is stocked with many things to make a long stay comfortable. The location is close to many parks and there was so many things to do nearby. The bed was a bit softer than what is comfortable for me but I still slept well and had a great month!

We enjoyed a 1 night stay in the Honeymoon Cottage on our honeymoon. It was so cute and the lighting outside was picturesque at night! The breakfast was delicious too!

I've stayed in a lot of AirB&B's. Sweetwater Branch is the one place that I would call a 'destination'. The grounds, rooms, attention to detail, the location and customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend staying there.

A very beautiful property, wonderfully maintained and decorated, full of natural light and very clean. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Generous breakfast in the morning. Exceeded expectations.
