Really enjoyed our stay at Greggs accommodation. It was clean, spacious and very well equipped with en-suite bathrooms . On site gym and spa were perfect for us and we were able to walk to nearby Celebration Point. Host was extremely helpful and friendly. We would recommend a stay here.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.. Cynthia was amazing and made sure that we were well taken care of. Check in was easy and the apartment had everything we needed to make our visit comfortable and welcoming. The next time we visit the area, we’ll definitely look to see if this place is available before looking for any other place to stay.

This place worked well for us. It is a minimalist environment. You can manage basic meals with what is there - very basic supplies, only a frying pan and saucepan in terms of pans. But the location is such that you don't need to cook. Many great places to eat are within walking distance, and that includes a grocery store with plenty of ready-to-eat options for the students (and thus you!) We saved a lot on food by using the grocery store. We also liked having the washer/dryer, which are small but easy to use. We were there for family reasons, but it looks like the sports venues are also within walking distance. We had no trouble with parking and the place was clean and as described. We always prefer places without stairs, and this is on the ground floor. We'd use it again if we have to return for family.

Easy and enjoyable. Comfortable king size providing wonderful rest. Nice and quiet. Enjoyed getting some sun at the pool. Close to everything we were in Gainesville for.

Place itself was perfect for what we needed. Tenants upstairs were very loud at all hours, but nothing the host can do about that.

Nice condo for a quick getaway!

Girls apt was comparable to that of a 5 star hotel. When entering the apt the first thing you notice is that it's sexy. then you realize it smells clean, then you start feeling good realizing everything is comfortable. The appliances were all top shelf. The tvs were all perfectly placed and just the right size. I can say with all honesty that this apartment does not disappoint. I will say 3 cons about this rental so my review is believable. 1.) there should be 2 sets of keys available for gym/pool incase you leave one set locked In the gym after office hours. 2. There should be a bottle of wine available on counter when entering because the place looks like it should have a bottle of wine waiting for you. 3. I also believe that there should be 2 bottles of Gatorade in fridge waiting cause this is gainsville and there is a gym available. These things sound petty but you must understand this rental is top notch and if your gonna have caviar then your gonna need champagne.

Margaret was an excellent hostess! I’ve used Airbnb a number of times and she hit on all of the markers. For example, the entry code for the unit was the last four digits of my cell number. That let me know that she changed the code for us, I’m sure some hosts don’t bother to do that. She provided a notebook with all of the checkout, instructions and information on local places of interest.

We used the condo as a base for visiting family and grandchildren nearby. Location is close to several good restaurants, a large Saturday morning farmer's market. First floor in a three story building made unloading and repacking the car easy. Colleen went the extra mile in locating an ironing board and iron to enable some quilting projects while we were staying there. When there was a minor electrical issue with one of the bedroom wall outlets a professional electrician showed up the next day and fixed the problem. We plan to return next year.

Terri provided everything you might need - Soap, Shampoo, Towels, Linens, Bandaids, Coffee Filters, Ice, Batteries, Wine, Snacks, Washer and Dryer, Laundry Detergent, Cooking Items, Dishwasher and Dishwasher Liquid. It was very easy entry with the door code customized to my phone number. Trash was convient with bags provided. No issues with parking and the area was very quiet. Terri also followed up with some items she thought we left behind and offered to sent them to us. Thanks Terri.

We had an excellent stay at Rei’s. He was so accommodating when we asked for an earlier check-in time on arrival in Gainesville. Very responsive to messages. Location was convenient and just a quick 10-15 minute drive to all the places we needed to go during our stay. The place was clean, looked like the photos and was just as described. Lots of space for our group to relax in the evenings after our outings. Having a washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen and nice linens made our stay comfortable. Would highly recommend.

The place is very spacious, and clean. It is in a great location. Very close to the University of Florida and lots of restaurants. We highly recommend this unit!

Annie’s place is awesome! The perfect place for our little family get away! Can’t say enough just how great she is to work with. All the little things were thought of in this house. We would love to come back again another day! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

A group of us stayed here for a college reunion weekend and really enjoyed our stay. Check-In was easy, and David was very responsive. The sliding glass door broke during our stay, and he quickly resolved the issue and provided a seamless stay for us. This place is a good value for the area. Thanks David!

Instructions and details were very clear. Super cute and perfect for my husband and I as we were there for the weekend for Gators game. Nice and clean, even had welcome snacks and waters in fridge. Just as described.

The unit was clean to my satisfaction- kitchen, floors, bathrooms had been recently and properly cleaned prior to the arrival. Added bonuses were the king bed is very comfortable (did not try the other one), shower pressure is good and handheld shower head also a bonus. Parking is easy and close to the unit. The unit was mostly quiet and peaceful my only complaint is that my last night there a person next door (not sure if it was an actual housekeeper for an adjacent airbnb or a resident as they eventually left with multiple bags of trash) went on a massive cleaning binge at 1:30 in the morning. They dusted/ swept/ vacuumed and moved things very loudly alongside the wall on their unit which is where the headboard to the bed is on this unit. It sounded like a giant was caught in a toy box and trying to get out. It did prevent me from sleeping for about an hour until they left. Other than this one person being very disruptive which isn’t a reflection on the host everything was great!

My family and I came from Vancouver, Canada to take part in the World Masters Athletics Competition in Gainesville. Absolutely perfect stay for a family of 4: individual bedrooms each with their own washroom, plus a common area we could all eat and hang out in. The hosts were extremely responsive and very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place for families and/or groups. Thank you again

When we arrived at the condo, all of the instructions were detailed and it was so easy to find the unit, even in the dark. Parking was plentiful and access to the condo was simple. The unit itself was so cozy, adorable and super clean! The large TV was perfect for watching a late night show. And the bedroom had the most comfortable bed, which allowed us to sleep well throughout the night. The next day, our drive to UF was very convenient, taking about 8 minutes to get there. I really appreciate the flexibility in getting a late check out too. I highly recommend this condo and will plan to use it myself again when I come up to visit Gainsville in the future.

Maria‘s rental was just as stated in her listing. It was very clean, kitchen was well furnished, and the back seating area was so peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay. Also, Maria did a great job of communicating with us prior to, during, and after our stay. Would definitely rent her place again if we were in the area

Our family had a wonderful stay in this top floor condo in peaceful Haile Plantation. We loved the neighborhood with its beautiful nature walks, restaurants and shops. A large grocery store and outstanding bakery (Petite Uppercrust) were just a couple minutes drive away. The host was outstanding and the condo was well outfitted with everything you need. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and a peaceful balcony in the tree tops. We’ll definitely return for another stay. Highly recommended!
