We needed somewhere to stay for the Florida game. Kimia was proactive about check in, and very friendly and helpful. The space was very cozy with a great view, and within walking distance of several restaurants and the stadium.

We came to Gainesville for a Florida football game. Amy’s place was conveniently located near campus and a quiet, cozy retreat before and after the big game. The condo was well stocked and peaceful. Amy was very communicative and very thoughtful making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Great stay! Would stay again!

I was very happy with the apartment. It was clean and roomy, and there were clear instructions for everything. There was a reasonable and short list of “things to do before checking out”. The neighborhood is quiet and, although I didn’t bring my dog along, it’s a very pet-friendly area. Right across the small street (with practically no traffic) is the community pool and gym, to which you are allowed access. Around the pool is a grassy/wooded area where you can take a pet, and the neighborhood has lots of walking paths. Restaurants and the Saturday Farmer’s Market are within a very short walk, and there is a small play set area next to the closest restaurants, which offer outdoor seating and sometimes live music. I spent a lot of time on the balcony because the weather was beautiful. I’d definitely stay here again!

Giri’s place was just what we needed. A perfect alternative to downtown Gainesville. You can’t beat the price for 2 king beds and 2.5 baths. Convenient to coffee and restaurants and you can still get to UF in less than 10 minutes. I would stay there again.

Maria‘s rental was just as stated in her listing. It was very clean, kitchen was well furnished, and the back seating area was so peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay. Also, Maria did a great job of communicating with us prior to, during, and after our stay. Would definitely rent her place again if we were in the area

great spot to rest your head right off the highway. Easy to find, parking directly infront and quick in of the main road. Starbucks just up the road and the mall is in the backyard. Clean place with everything you need. Comfortable spot to sleep and rest from the day.

My main requirements are cleanliness and safe location. This place easily met both. Quiet neighborhood, no loud neighbors, and the complex as a whole was clean. It is a few steps to the mall with good stores and restaurants. Right off of I75 and a 10- minute drive to UF, where I made several trips per day. It's tucked away but close to everything. The apartment inside is tastefully decorated but most importantly very clean. We had everything we needed, in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Wi-Fi is fast, I had to work remotely for a couple of days from the apartment and had no issues with Video and conference calls. Beds were comfortable and the air is clear inside. There's a slight car noise from I75, but so dim, didn't bother us at all. We slept very well and woke up refreshed. Giri was great throughout, from the time I made the reservation. He helped me with a quick adjustment I had to make without any problems. I will be staying here during my future visits.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this top floor condo in peaceful Haile Plantation. We loved the neighborhood with its beautiful nature walks, restaurants and shops. A large grocery store and outstanding bakery (Petite Uppercrust) were just a couple minutes drive away. The host was outstanding and the condo was well outfitted with everything you need. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and a peaceful balcony in the tree tops. We’ll definitely return for another stay. Highly recommended!

Such a charming place! Beautiful Florida style home, with gorgeous backyard that our dog loved, plenty of windows to let that natural light in, and located just a couple miles from all types of food. Walking distance to the park and dog park. Tons of parking available off the street. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

This place is a hidden gem! Close enough to everything you could do in the Gainesville area but far enough away to be away from the hustle and bustle. Heather was super helpful with suggestions for my family and very responsive whenever we reached out. Loved the little neighborhood and the other residents were nice as well. Additionally, the little things that Heather did for us really hit home, super sweet of her! When we come back to Gainesville, we will be staying here.

Loved Jp's place. Very nice inside with comfortable furniture, great beds/linens. We absolutely loved the outside covered patio, we spent a ton of time out there in the mornings and for happy hour. The whole backyard was fenced in and very private. We really like the fact that you had to go thru a coded gate to get to the parking at rear of house, felt very safe. The neighborhood is VERY quiet and peaceful. It is super close to stores, restaurants, coffee shops, brewery, and just a 6 min drive to UF campus (or a $7 uber!). And Jp was super responsive - I was very impressed. Would definitely stay here again.

Radhika and Sudevi are the nicest people :) The place was very clean and comfortable. It made me so happy to stay with them because I felt so welcome and invited! they are excellent hosts.

The accommodation is wonderful, a very spacious house, fully equipped, very complete and full of details, totally recommended
