Megan was really attentive and great to book with! The house felt very comfortable, like I was staying at a good friend’s house for a few days. I loved being so close to downtown and really appreciated the pet friendly hospitality as well!

We (my husband and 2 children) loved staying at Frank's airbnb! In fact, we wish we could have stayed longer. The house is in a great location - just a 5 minute walk from Fresh Market for groceries, great restaurants, and right next to the Dinky Line trail for morning walks/runs. The place was spotless and bigger than I thought it was going to be. We had everything we needed and check-in/check-out was easy and straightforward. We definitely hope to return again! Thank you!

Jonny's place was lovely. He clearly puts a lot of effort into it. He was extremely helpful, responding to questions almost immediately. My family and I would be happy to stay there again and we highly recommend him.

My family and I had a great stay ! My two small pets were welcome which was great because leaving them at home would’ve made us worry. There are many restaurants nearby which is amazing! There is an aldi’s, Walmart, and Publix nearby as well ! The house is ever big and spacious ! There’s a half bathroom downstairs and 4 bedrooms upstairs as well as 3 bathrooms upstairs. The upstairs is carpet. We had a great family vacation ! There are some cameras outside in the front and back, but we felt very safe and like we had our privacy ! Truly a great host thank you !

Exactly what we needed! Very spacious, clean, and welcoming. Great spot for our family of 4 with a toddler. Appreciated the snacks and bottle of wine. As we were visiting family, we will definitely book to stay here again when we are in town again.

Parking is extremely convenient with the provided two spots. location is great especially when you drive becasue it is at the center of everything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It had everything we needed. The pool was great and heated to our preferred temperature. Our host could not have been any better. He always responded to our questions and concerns within a short period of time. The one downside of the location was the traffic noise. Very noisy. Other than that it was a wonderful trip.

David's BEAUTIFUL pool house is a place I could spend days and days! It's beautiful, well-designed, and feels like new. For sure one of my all-time favorite AirBnB stays. The pool is gorgeous, and provided a perfect place to enjoy the warm Florida weather. Our host, David, was super-responsive and just a message or text away. Parking is easy and safe, and the apartment is an easy, cute walk along bungalow- and tree-lined streets to Edgewater Drive. Parlour Donuts is nearby, as is Foxtail Coffee! I slept better here than I have in months. At night it's very peaceful and quiet, and for the times when you might just want to kick back and watch a TV show or movie, the TV in the living room area is huge! The kitchenette is more of a small, full kitchen, where everything one might need is provided. We had cold water upon check-in, as well as bath towels and a thoughtfully-placed chocolate on top. Just a perfect stay in a beautiful place, with thoughtful, and responsible hosts. Thank you!

Stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect! Exactly like the photos. The house was spacious with a lot of amenities! Total of 6 adults and 1 kid for our stay. More than enough beds for everyone and lots do for entertainment in the home. Highly recommend for a large group and/or kids. Location was great; within 10-15mins from restaurants, stores, and downtown.

Our stay here was great! The home is big and beautiful, the yard is spacious and great for dogs and kids. We had so much fun playing games in the outdoor room and watching movies at night. The kitchen had a bunch of pots and pans easy to cook meals. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us!

Hello, Me and my family, came to visit Florida for a family gathering. I was pleased with the house I rented from Franka. The house was family friendly spacious and very clean. The host was very polite, responsive to any concerns I had. I really enjoyed the game room it has over 60 games of pure fun. Close to the store for all your shopping needs. Also the house came with more than enough space so everyone had there own space. I am in a wheelchair and I was able to move around the house and wasn't restricted on where I could go. The pool lift was a plus . I will definitely going back to stay there if you're looking for a wheelchair accessible home I would definitely recommend this house. Thanks again

This place was great! Very cozy, wonderfully private and no issues at all. Had a great time relaxing for the weekend so close to downtown Orlando. Will most definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay with their partner in the downtown Orlando area. Bed is very comfy, kitchen is cozy, and all amenities listed are available to be used. Host was responsive and clear, the house in our opinion looked better than the photos. Pool area was exactly what it appeared to be on the photos, not too big but also not that small. Check in and out was an absolute breeze. We absolutely loved the upstairs area, the neon lights were a great touch. If you book this house and see a hot water feature for the pool and think you don’t need that, it’s Florida. Yeah we did too and immediately asked the host for the feature once we touched the water. And it was the best thing we could’ve done. It was 80°+ degrees outside and the water was amazing.

We stayed at the Pelican House for three whole months. This home worked well for our extended stay because of its proximity to restaurants, groceries and Disney World! The neighborhood was quiet pretty much every night and having the open green space in the back was really nice, especially when the Sandhill Cranes came by in the mornings. They were awesome to watch. Donna was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during the stay. She would reply within 10 minutes usually. The biggest benefit for us was proximity to Disney World. We could leave the house and be at the parks within 15-20 minutes most days. Traffic coming back from Disney was typically a challenge, though I feel the whole area in Kissimmee would be the same. All in all, we would absolutely stay at the Pelican house again for any future long-term stay in that area. It worked great for our needs this trip! Thanks Donna!!

I recommend this place. It was easy to find, easy check-in. Host always responsed to my texts, even the silly ones :) The apartment is specious. It was very clean and had lots of towels.
