Very pretty, peaceful and private house tucked away in Cala Morell, overlooking the forest and surrounded by nature. Joana gave us easy directions to get to the house which is barely 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Ciutadella which has plenty of shops for everything you need and some very good restaurants. We visited in late October and the garden still gets the sun though the day with enough shade to cool down. There is a pool which overlooks only the calm of the forest. Two beautiful beaches are just up the coast, our favorite being Platja des Bot, a short walk through the trees from the carpark. Any communication with the hosts received an almost immediate response which makes any planning easier. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back next year. Thank you Joana and Miquel.

Really great accommodation with ceiling fans and air conditioning. The pool was great for our children and we had a sun awning to sit under in the shade by the pool. Only the 3 terraced houses share the pool so most of the time we had it to ourselves most of the days however the other people were really kind and the children played together. Carlos was fast to respond to any of our requests too. The house is close to the authentic fishing village centre with high quality shops, restaurants and play areas. Also there were swimming zones in the bays in the harbour which is natural inlet. Highly recommend.

The house is beautiful and quite large. and the location is perfect. You are minutes walk from great restaurants and city center and also minutes walk from the car park area.

Mon mari et moi avons été très heureux dans cette grande maison et très bien accueillis par Lola et Miquel, deux personnes gentilles, disponibles et très réactives! La prochaine fois nous prendrons un logement un peu plus petit, en effet nous avons sous estimé l’espace de cette habitation qui est parfaite pour une famille ou un groupe d’amis. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un séjour à Minorque, proche des plus belles plages de l’île.

Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Für unsere beiden Kids war einfach alles vorhanden. Babybetten, Hochstühle, Geschirr und Spielsachen. Die Unterkunft lag in einer sehr ruhigen Straße und fußläufig zum Strand. Absolute Empfehlung!

The house was spacious and clean. It is located in a peaceful location, just a short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants and by the coastal path. The kitchen has modern appliances and is well equipped. There were pool noodles, water squirters, buckets and spades.

Such a lovely place. The photos definitely don't do it justice. Easy to walk to beaches, shops, restaurants, etc. and get the bus into Citudella. We didn't rent a car and was absolutely fine. Highly recommend!

The location of Rachel’s house was perfect and the position right on the water was incredible. We loved the patio overlooking the ocean and it was so special to walk the couple minutes to the swimming cove. We went to some other beaches on the island but in the last few days we realized there was no reason to leave the house and swimming cove. It was perfect! There are a couple small stores within walking distance and cute town of Binbecca Vell just 5 minutes walk or so. Wouldn’t want to be any closer or it would feel too close to the crowds. The house is also very close to one of the nicest restaurants on the island with an incredible roof deck—Bambu. Highly recommend. We drove all over the island and were really glad we chose Rachel’s house. Rachel was really helpful and gave us lots of suggestions about what to do, where to shop, eat, etc. Highly recommend this beautiful house!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Aussicht ist zu jeder Zeit einfach traumhaft. Der Strand in der wunderschönen Bucht ist über einen kurzen Fußweg gut und leicht zu erreichen und es entfällt das lästige Parkplatz suchen. Am Strand kann man Kajak und SUP-Boards ausleihen und so etwas die Küste erkunden. Im Haus gibt es alternativ auch Boogie-Boards bei Wellengang im Meer. Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick im Wohnzimmer und der Zugang zu den Terassen von den Zimmern ist einfach herrlich. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit Toni war unumständlich. Wenn wir etwas brauchten, hat Toni sich auch rasch gemeldet. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen und danken Toni und seiner Familie herzlich für Ihre Gastfreundschaft.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana indimenticabile in questa splendida casa a Minorca. Siamo una famiglia composta da un papà e tre ragazzi giovani, e questa casa ha superato ogni aspettativa. Spaziosa, accogliente e con un giardino magnifico e curato in ogni dettaglio, ci ha fatto sentire subito come a casa. È evidente che questa casa è stata amata e curata da una famiglia prima di noi e che continua a farlo nel tempo con grande dedizione. Juanjo , l'host, è stato incredibilmente disponibile, permettendoci di anticipare il check-in e posticipare il check-out, e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per esplorare l'isola. La cucina super attrezzata è stata un vero paradiso per noi che amiamo cucinare. Abbiamo potuto preparare i nostri piatti preferiti come se fossimo a casa, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. La nostra esperienza a Minorca è stata resa perfetta anche grazie a questa casa meravigliosa. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare! oltretutto la spiaggia è veramente vicina!

It's hard to write anything that has not been written previously. Sublime, indeed! The house is situated so that all you see is sea, stone and sky. We explored by car many glorious beaches, but our favorite remained the cove in front of the house. It was dreamy to swim in what felt like our own private sea, and the access was much simpler than imagined. The pool was not needed but much appreciated. We also rented mountain bikes at the hotel which is a five minute walk from the house, and had an incredible day exploring Des Grau Parque. We lived mostly outside, but when inside, the house had all that our group of 7 needed. It pains me to share this special place, but it is the right thing to do.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, der Pool war sehr sauber so wie der Rest des Hauses. Bei Problemen wurde sich direkt darum gekümmert. Allerdings ging in einem Zimmer die Klimaanlage nicht, dafür wurde uns ein Ventilator bereitgestellt. Der Besitzer konnte sehr gut Deutsch und war sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Für uns war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und erholsam.

Annettes Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in der Cala Morell. Die wunderschöne Bucht liegt nur 15 Minuten Autofahrt von Ciutadella entfernt, das wohl hübscheste Städtchen auf Menorca. Nicht nur das Annettes Haus sehr hübsch eingerichtet und super gut ausgestattet ist. Es verfügt außerdem über eine sehr schöne und große Terrasse mit einem unfassbar schönen Blick in einen Pinienhain. Ich freue mich wirklich sehr, dass wir dieses schöne Haus gefunden haben und kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Außerdem ist Annette sehr aufmerksam und reagiert sofort auf jede Nachfrage. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Logement très bien situé, à proximité de Ciutadella dans un quartier résidentiel et proche de la mer. La terrasse à l’étage et le patio extérieur sont très agréables. Le logement est bien équipé, la literie est confortable. A améliorer : problème d’odeur de refoulement d’égout dans la salle de bain du rez de chaussée. Il serait appréciable d’avoir à l’arrivée quelques basiques utiles quand on arrive un dimanche (sel, poivre, huile..). Nous avons eu du mal à faire fonctionner le chauffage au gaz (la maison est froide en hivers) mais Daniel a été très réactif

What a beautiful villa! My family, friends and I had a lovely time enjoying a birthday celebration. The villa is spacious and relaxing, with glimpses of stunning views to the ocean. Addaia is a quiet port village with a few nice restaurants and easy access by car. We will be back!

We had such a great stay at this villa! The garden is amazing—so green and peaceful, perfect for relaxing or just enjoying the outdoors. Having private parking inside the property was super convenient, and the neighborhood is really quiet, which made it even better. The location is also great—it’s really close to the airport, which made getting there and leaving super easy. The villa itself is really spacious, and having four bedrooms gave everyone plenty of privacy, which made the whole stay really comfortable. The hosts were super friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed, and the place was spotless when we arrived. Honestly, it’s hard to fault anything about our stay. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful, well-stocked and clean, and the neighborhood is quiet and lovely (with a great view!), within walking distance to some great restaurants in Cala Torret. Grégoire and France were wonderful hosts, very helpful and responsive. We'd definitely stay here again.
