This was truly an amazing find! I know I will return for a longer stay. Mari and her daughter, Maria, were there to greet me & instantly made me feel at home. The apartment is cozy and efficient, as it has all the amenities a traveler needs. The bathroom is large, with brand new fixtures, and plenty of towels. The kitchen was not too small (again, compact) ; it had all the appliances one needs to make a meal and have a good cup of coffee! I really enjoyed my overnight stay - the bed was very comfortable. Although no Live TV, there is free(!) Netflix and all the popular streaming applications are available to use with your account info. I highly recommend Mari’s place for its value, security, and nearby food shopping and, most importantly, for the Host’s very warm hospitality!

I loved everything about staying with Elsa Iris. Her sister and her are very kind and polite and giving. I enjoyed practicing my Spanish and sitting in the spacious room, cooking, enjoying the little patio. Everything about it was perfect thank you

Charming and homey, the apartment is well equipped with all the essentials. I felt very comfortable in this space. Hosts are responsive and kind, and I super appreciated being able to book this on an extremely short notice when my travel plans were bungled!

Marcela is a friendly, thoughtful and conscientious host and her property is lovely, especially the pretty gardens and spotless pool area. The studio is basic but clean and functional. Location is good and one can easily walk to and from town. The unit is a great deal for the cost given the private grounds and beautiful pool access - very relaxing! I look forward to booking with Marcela again in the future.

Very convenient location when you arrive or leave from airport. Nice complex. Clean and modern. only recommendation is to add nightstands.

Andres y Byron son unos anfitriones muy amables, siempre respondieron todas mis inquietudes, además me recomendaron un lugar para comer exquisito, y aceptaron nuestros cambios de hospedaje por inconvenientes externos. Además el alojamiento es muy cómodo y bonito, tal como en las fotos, el entorno bellísimo, definitivamente recomiendo este lugar!

The apartment is cosy, nice and clean with hot water. Perfect for one or two days stay. The kitchen is simple equipped but enough for a basic dinner. The apartment is situated in the block with a few other apartments with a few stairs to get in. Despite its location close to the airport, it was pretty quiet at a night. Michael is a super helpful guy. He gave us a ride from and back to the airport, helped with staff and was very helpful even when we had a very specific request. He even asked his relative to help us. Excellent communication.

Carol’s place was exactly what we were looking for! After spending most of our trip further south, we needed a place to stay for the night before our flight out of San José. The place was easy to find, very convenient to the airport, and exactly as described. Very clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Surprisingly quiet for how close it was to the airport. Not much car traffic. Walking distance to a mini super and great restaurant, Tierra Fertil. We would stay again if we were spending more time in Alajuela. Thank you Carol!

A great location, and you can walk to almost anything you need. Restaurants everywhere, cinema, pharmacies, coffee shops are all close by. Nick is a great host and is very prompt with any questions or concerns you might have. I highly recommend this place.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! Although the apartment is not brand new, it had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. It’s very clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. The balcony with views of trees and mountains is a true gem – it was the perfect spot for morning coffee and a relaxing evening watching the sunset. Both bedrooms were very comfortable, with luxurious bedding, air conditioning, and blackout curtains. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. I was super happy with the fast internet so I could work remotely A huge plus is the apartment’s location – it’s very close to the pool, which was especially convenient on hot days. We had access to a gym, restaurant, and playground. The entire complex is well-kept and very safe, with 24/7 security. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions or needs. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality and care – it made the stay truly special!

My friends and I stayed at Manuel’s place for two nights and cannot recommend it enough! He and his staff were courteous, communicative and friendly, and the Villa was perfect for our group of 3. The restaurant on site has great breakfast. We didn’t get to try out the pools but hopefully on a future trip! If you are planning on going to an event at Parque Viva, the location is excellent. It’s also very close to the airport.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement propre et lumineux, près du supermarché et du Mc Donald, il y a une très bonne pizzeria à 700m. Je reviens à Santa Ana l'an prochain et espère pouvoir revenir dans cet appartement qui était parfait pour nos besoins.

Ruben was an amazing host! Place was super cozy and he was SUPER NICE! We couldnt feel more at home than what we did! This was the consensus of myself, wife and kids! Will look for this place when going to Costa Rica!!

Great stay. Only advice would be to clarify the. access to the apartment before hand. We got locked out once. But a great place to stay with very good restaurants around. very relaxing.

Great place and very comfortable. Good A/C. Great security and it was helpful to have many food options and a Fresh market near by. Nice and quite place and was able to get a lot done. Only complaint, the hot tub in the community area is not warm. Which is not really in the control of the apartment owner. Overall a great place to stay if you need to be in Santa Ana.

Booked on behalf of a family member , the apartment was very clean and full of amenities. Location is great and the host is very responsive. I would definitely recommend and use again.
