We had a great stay overall! The place is clean and nice, and Andrea gave us very clear instructions. Andrea is super helpful and kind — she gave us lots of recommendations for food, tours, and places to visit, and always responded quickly. She also helped us call a taxi when we needed it, which we really appreciated since Uber is hard to get in this area and we don’t speak Spanish. The only downside is that the internet connection wasn’t very stable. It worked fine for basic browsing and using our phones, but it wasn’t strong enough for things like a video interview (which I happened to have that night ). Also, the location is a bit remote, so it’s best if your tour includes transportation.

The place was nice. Very clean and the laundry was very helpful. Easily got to the airport after check out. Only think is there is no food or restaurants nearby. The mall is too far to walk so if u don’t have a car get something before hand

LaCasona is a gem, we stayed for 2 weeks. Very close proximity to main road where all stores & restaurants are, several grocery stores within 5 minute walking distance. Our host was always available & we had several interesting conversations with him. The maid service was a big “ plus” & was available on a daily basis if we wanted. The pool area was most welcomed & refreshing after a hot day out, it felt like our own back yard! Definitely recommend & we hope to be back!

Tico Vibes was an adorable place to stay and we felt right at home! The property was very clean and cozy with beautiful views of the area and lots of gorgeous house plants. The WiFi was great and the porch was very nice to relax on:) Yesenia was a fantastic host and very responsive and friendly! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to stay in Monteverde!

Excelente alojamiento, muy bien ubicado cerca de Atenas, en un lugar alto, tranquilo y fresco. Cuenta con piscina y gimnasio común, es genial! Y además Vera es una mujer muy atenta y nos cuidó muy bien. Volveremos seguro!

Lugar hermoso para relajarse, ah 10 minutos de Liberia centro muy cerca, doña Cecilia nos recibió muy atenta nos gustó mucho me hospedé con mi familia y hay espacio para que los niños jueguen también, lo único diferente a la publicación es que para utilizar el centro de lavado hay que pagar $10 por cada carga.

Great place with a really convenient location. Very easy to walk to the town center. Comfortable beds, great water pressure and temperature. We didn’t end up using the pool but it was a nice option to have. The place had everything we needed for a short stay in La fortuna and the host was very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. Karla was very responsive to attend to our questions. The back yard was beautiful and peaceful. There many wonderful activities to do in the area. There a supermarket just a short walk from the unit. The unit is very safe and secure.

Nos encantó nuestra estadía en este Airbnb en Alajuela, Costa Rica. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bien recibidos. El lugar es cómodo, limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del aeropuerto pero en una zona tranquila, ideal para descansar. Además, el anfitrión fue increíblemente amable y atento, siempre disponible para ayudarnos con cualquier duda o recomendación. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos totalmente a otros viajeros.

Nice loft in peaceful neighborhood and with an amazing view. Had all amenities we needed. Would definitely recommend.

le logement de Marvin est super bien situé à La Fortuna. Les commerces et la banque sont à 2mns à pied. 2 trails pour voir les paresseux sont également accessibles à pied en moins de 10mns. Mais même en étant dans l'hyper centre on est bien au calme chez Marvin. C'est un hote amical et attentif. Il ́oys a recommandé des termes plus calmes et adaptés à ce qu'on cherchait pendant le week-end et a ete très reactif pour toutes nos questions. Pour ceux qui prennent un AirBnB dans l'objectif de cuisiner quelques repas il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut. On a pu constater la différence avec d'autres locations. Pour une bonne grillade, il suffit de traverser la place pour aller la chercher chez le boucher du coin. Marvin a même prévu un adaptateur ce qui nous a permis de charger nos 2 mobiles en même temps. En co clysion. tout à été très bien pensé pour qu'on passe un bon séjour.

Conventionally located to the airport and mall. made for a great spot to regroup back in town before heading home. Jarol was very responsive and very nice!

Our stay at Elisabeth and Michael's home was fantastic! We felt as though we had stepped back in time to the early 1900's. They have done an amazing job restoring the place while retaining the original character. Their home is truly a work of art. While there are a few modern conveniences one might find missing, we had everything we needed, were very comfortable and felt completely at home. Michael's breakfast was wonderful and he was always ready to help in every way possible. Our conversations with our hosts were captivating and one of the hi lights of our time in Costa Rica! It is quite apparent that Elisabeth and Michael love Puntarenas and Costa Rica. That affection is quite contagious and we found ourselves more in love with their country having visited with them in their home for a few days and would definitely stay with them again.

We are blown away by the hospitality of Ursula and her husband, Erick. The home and property are beautiful and are in a safe, quiet, gated community. We also enjoyed seeing Guadi, the pet peacock. He was not bothersome at all and the chirping birds native to the area were so beautiful to hear each morning. What especially blew us away was Ursula’s husband , who actually spent the day taking us around the area of Sarchi. He gave us some history of Costa Rica, and took us to a bunch of small shopping areas/factories that create much of the art pieces seen around the area, which are a great part of the countries culture, history, and goods you will see in all the souvenir/tourist areas. Such a great experience and what a lovely person he was. The only bit of advice I will offer is to make sure you look over the house manual because Ursula offers a lot of good information that we wish we had took the time to review our first evening at the house, prior to attempting to order uber eats

Stay here! It's an inside outside house - the bedroom and bathroom are in air conditioned comfort, everything else is outside... The pool is perfect, the grounds are beautiful. We were away for 30 days across Panama, Costa Rica and Mexico City and Casa Pura Vida was the stand out accommodation. We'll book it again when we return to Costa Rica.

Karen’s place was very well decorated, organized, clean and had all of the necessary amenities. The overall facility is very well maintained with pathways for walking to the pools, fitness room, tennis courts and restaurant. I felt very comfortable and secure as the entire facility is gated and guarded. Definitely recommend it and sure to book it next time I’m in San José CR!

Great place! It has everything one needs for long stays. Really good location, halfway between the Airport and the capital San José. Decent internet for remote work. The host was very kind and attentive.

Awesome place with beautiful views. Restaurant downstairs has excellent food and drinks.

El lugar es espectacular, súper limpio, tiene un patio privado hermoso, la cocina es divina, las camas súper cómodas, y el host es demasiado pura vida, definitivamente volveremos, lo recomendamos al 100%

If you are looking for a fully functional residence five minutes away from the airport, this place is highly recommended. Each bedroom has a queen bed with an adjacent full bathroom , it has a complete kitchen, is very clean and is spacious for four people. The space is very clean and nicely decorated. It is very secure and private although it does align beside a major highway. I would highly recommend this residence if you are looking for a practical, clean stay in order to meet your airline destination.

El alojamiento es muy bueno. El lugar es sumamente tranquilo, con varios lugares cercanos alrededor, limpio y con vistas espectaculares. Cristian estuvo siempre atento a cualquier necesidad y la alberca estaba a buena temperatura. Sin duda, recomiendo este alojamiento.

Renán and his wife were very welcoming. The place was super cozy and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay. It fel like visiting family. Breakfast was incredible! We hope to be back and stay here again!
