First off, this home is MUCH larger than expected. Kind of an odd layout but made for some funny times when family members literally got lost trying to get back to their bedrooms :) Carissa was super responsive and answered every question we had in a friendly and timely manner. A+++ Bummer the pool was inaccessible but the constant rain had messed with the levels. No one's fault and Carissa let us know prior to departure. Gave checkin 4/5 only because a TV was left on with no lights in the front room giving the impression someone was inside when we were looking to check in after a later than expected arrival and that kind of freaked us out.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was amazing! The house is beautiful! We would love to stay here again.

This was our second time we’ve stayed.. great property, perfect for our needs, very convenient to everything in Elon. Very clean, comfortable. The house has everything you need to make it a great stay.

Loved the location and house. Private and quiet neighborhood. The TV in the family room didn’t work but we had the tv in the bedroom. This is an excellent place ti stay if you have a loved one in the hospital. It’s close to everything but yet it feels like you’re not on top of the next door neighbor.

Loved our stay in this comfortable and cozy home! It was absolutely squeaky clean. Very comfortable bed with nice linens, good quality towels in the bathrooms, everything you need in the kitchen, a nice sized & useful work area/room (appreciated the large monitor!) The two luggage racks were a nice touch too. This was a good home base for attending shows at Haw River Ballroom & exploring the area. It’s also a short drive to Chapel Hill. Janey was easy to communicate with, and we appreciated the local recommendations. Also appreciated that more than 1 roll of toilet paper was supplied in the bathrooms, and that there was no long list of checkout chores. This home is well cared for and thoughtfully decorated & stocked (checkout the bookshelf in the downstairs bedroom!) We’d happily stay here again.

This was the perfect one bedroom cottage walking distance to campus and restaurants. We parked our car and explored the area on foot. Check-in was smooth with easy parking off-street. Thoughtful amenities included plush bath towels, an assortment of Keurig coffee and tea as well as snacks. Lyria and Stokely promptly provided informed responses to all our questions about the area. Will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and Dawn was a great host! The listing described the space perfectly. The host was very responsive and the little added touches such as snacks and coffee were very much appreciated. If you're in the area, I'd highly recommend The Sweet Spot!

Nice, clean place at a reasonable price. I was concerned about making my daughter sleep on a couch, but they’re massive and she seemed comfortable. There was some noise from the hosts and their dog upstairs, but not enough to be an issue. Loved the Nespresso and the luxurious bathroom. Overall a great stay.

Our stay was wonderful. The location is good, the cottage was sweet and had everything we needed plus some. Rain is an excellent host and we would definitely stay there again.

If my math is correct, this is the 75th review of Roberto (Bob)'s property, and I would absolutely echo everything that the previous 74 guests had to say. In my 6+ years of retirement, I've used Airbnbs a lot, and Bob's place is among the very best. It is indeed serene and peaceful, even though while I was there he had workers fixing up a few things in the garden. He kept apologizing for scheduling their work while I was there, but it was no big deal. The space is perfect for a single traveler like me. I was toward the end of a two-week road trip and had stopped in the area for a play on the UNC campus and a concert at the Carolina Theatre in Durham. Bob greeted me upon arrival and was beyond helpful during my two-night stay. He had refreshments at the ready and even fixed me a snack (an exquisite salad and flat bread) before I headed out on my second night. We talked briefly while sharing that snack, and I look forward to returning in the future and continuing our conversation.

My weekend in Burlington, visiting my daughter at Elon, was made extra special because we stayed at this Airbnb! Amenities were perfect for what we needed and my college student enjoyed being able to hang out in the house with me. It was a warm, inviting home feel, centrally located close to Elon and downtown Burlington! Gayla was super accommodating and our stay was just perfect!

Dale hosted us for 6 months. We were dealing with a home fire and insurance, he was patient and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Extremely responsive, kind, and understanding. We are very grateful to have been able to stay here. The location was wonderful. Proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and I-40. Very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. Book the stay!

AJ was extremely responsive to any questions we had during our stay. This condo was exactly what my sister and I were looking for during a medical stay in the area. The location is very secluded and very peaceful. The accommodations were exactly as described and a good value.

Sheila’s place was perfect! It matches what the description says. This is the most lovely and comfortable stay we had in Chapel Hill. Will definitely like to book it again!

We enjoyed our stay in Chapel Hill. The condo was just as described, had everything we needed, and was close to shopping, restaurants, UNC, and Bolin Creek walking trail. Communication was on point, and we would definitely choose to stay at Quiet Condo again!

Very nice condo in a good location. There is a little bit of a walk from the parking space to get to the condo which is up a flight of steps. Getting in with hands full is a little tricky as it is a small landing outside the front door. Condo itself was very clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive and provided great information. We will definitely stay here again.

Un vecindario excelente y muy tranquilo, la casa es muy cómoda y super bien ubicada cerca de la piscina y la cancha de tenis. Nos dejaron sabanas toallas y elementos de cocina y baño como para sentirnos como en nuestra casa. first of all, aj just about saved our lives the night that we stayed here! we booked a different airbnb property to stay at for the 2 nights we were in raleigh but upon the arrival of night one and seeing just how disgusting our host left the place for us, we knew for sure we couldn’t spend another night in that stay. the 2nd day in raleigh, after contacting support for a different place to stay at, we came across aj’s home and reached out to him and asked if we could stay. not only was he SUPER responsive, like extremely quick responses(!), but he accommodated us instantly, sent us over all the info we would need for our stay and actually made sure it was clean! bedrooms are very identical so we didn’t have to “einey meany miney mo” a room lol. the only thing we disliked was the driveway but nc was just hit with a hurricane so. if you book here, just be super careful and drive SLOW when you enter and exit the property. otherwise, this stay was great. aj, thank you SO MUCH!! :)

Great experience. Easy to check in. I always appreciate when there is a self check in process so we can show up anytime after the check in time. Place was easy to find. Plenty of parking in front of premises, even room for two cars. Safe. Even thought we didnt use it, Aj also provided the detergent for laundry if needed for a longer stay. Only thing was, the floors felt like they needed to be cleaned and there was a dead bug on my pillow. But understandable as the place was in the woods. All in all, a great stay.
