Christina and Eric’s home is really lovely. The kitchen is great and had everything we needed during our stay. The only thing we missed was a real coffee maker vs. keurig but there are plenty of walkable places to grab a cup of coffee if that’s your thing, and the generous selection of k cups were fine in a pinch. Loved the open layout with the kitchen and dining area and the living room just on the other side of the fireplace. Great home to hang out in with plenty of space all around. Thank you Christina and Eric!

Thank you to our host Allison for a wonderful stay. The house has everything you would need from kitchenware to extra blankets and nicely updated showers/bathrooms all in a historic home. The location is very unique within an old mill village against a river. You can even hear the river flow over the dam from the front porch. You can also hike along the riverfront that is part of a longer trail. I would definitely stay here again.

This house is in a great neighbourhood. Quiet for being in town and close to everything. Our dogs loved the backyard and the office space was wonderful for me. Would definitely stay again and host was very accommodating when we needed to book for a couple extra nights.

The house was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, great kitchen, spotless bathroom, fantastic outdoor space. The location was tucked back from the road, lots of room for the pup to run around. We will absolutely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at Dale's place! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Dale's was incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. The amenities were top-notch, and I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen. We even asked to stay another night last minute and he was more than accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We stayed at Martha's townhome for a month. It's in a nice development with ample parking space and beautiful walking trails. The townhome itself is nicely decorated with mementos from Martha's many trips. Martha was very responsive. If you are looking for a place in Chapel Hill or Durham, this is an easy decision.

Very nice condo in a good location. There is a little bit of a walk from the parking space to get to the condo which is up a flight of steps. Getting in with hands full is a little tricky as it is a small landing outside the front door. Condo itself was very clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive and provided great information. We will definitely stay here again.

Thank you for answering my questions on Labor Day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to rent again! We had a peaceful, long holiday weekend.

We were extremely happy with the home. Looked freshly remodeled and spotless. We felt right at home the moment we walked in. Enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the early evening and listening to frogs. Very quiet area. Perfect if you are looking to get away from the hussle and bustle of everyday living. If we weren't moving to the area we’d certainly stay here again. Thank you!

Benjamin's place is great and met all my travel needs while visiting family. The space is clean, just the right size and conveniently located. First floor entrance is also easily accessible. Benjamin and Ali were excellent hosts and responded quickly to any messages. I highly recommend!

Spotless house, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable beds. Slept like a baby! Very simple to get in using the lockbox, quiet one-way street with parking around back, and a back entrance as well. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

This is a beautiful home. The colors and decor are incredible especially if you have creatives in your family. The only thing I hate is that our stay was not longer, my family didn’t want to leave. We will definitely book again!
