We stayed here during our kids track meet. It was wonderful!!! The house was clean, felt homie, and had everything we needed. It had beautiful surroundings, quite private pool and my kids really enjoyed fishing in the pond! Ryan was very friendly. He answered all our questions ahead of time and gave great suggestions during our stay. Checking in and out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to town!!

Great stay and easy location to find. Ken was quick to respond and very accommodating. I would stay again if ever in the area.

Location. Location. Location. This place is ideal if you want to be right in the heart of Chapel Hill -- which is just what my family wanted. The place was exactly as described in the listing -- not fancy, but with everything we needed. We also had a very easy time communicating with our Host.

First off, this home is MUCH larger than expected. Kind of an odd layout but made for some funny times when family members literally got lost trying to get back to their bedrooms :) Carissa was super responsive and answered every question we had in a friendly and timely manner. A+++ Bummer the pool was inaccessible but the constant rain had messed with the levels. No one's fault and Carissa let us know prior to departure. Gave checkin 4/5 only because a TV was left on with no lights in the front room giving the impression someone was inside when we were looking to check in after a later than expected arrival and that kind of freaked us out.

Lovely lodge in the woods surrounded by trees and squirrels ;) Very luxurious kitchen, nice bedrooms & bathrooms. Definitely one needs a car to reach place and go around. Price is a on the higher end, but would stay again!

The place was described appropriately, “cozy”. Felt right at home. Properly equipped kitchen as I made dinner and breakfast a couple of times. Very comfortable and quiet surroundings. The development was easy to find. Close to UNC (6 min drive from son’s apartment), grocery stores and restaurants. Very responsive to my question about the thermostat and its setting adjustment to deal with the unseasonable cold weather. I worked from the “office” space while there and it had great sight lines to the TV. Comfortable beds. For sure would stay again.

The house was very clean and well-organized, with plenty of space. Additionally, the price was reasonable, and we were satisfied. The owner's response time was always quick, and the communication was excellent.

An incredibly kind and accommodating host, and 5-minute walk to the Friday Center, which was perfect for my stay. The place was clean, comfortable and spacious. The sounds made by the upstairs neighbors came through loud and clear (every footstep or sneeze), so I would highly recommend packing ear plugs to help with sleep. Apart from that, it was a lovely stay.

Jennifer responded quickly and adequately to our concerns. Good location, with supermarket right across the street and Whole foods and Trader Joe's just a few minutes away.

Door lock needed new batteries and Shannel responded and addressed the problem right away. Apartment is spacious but Spartanly decorated.

Great decorations. Very comfortable. Nice space to get work done. Appreciated the coffee! Good neighborhood located near UNC and easy driving distance to school. Would stay again.
