This place was perfect for my group! The house was really clean and we all felt comfortable on the couches and beds. We had everything we needed to cook so that just made it easier as well. There was a slight issue with the toilet when we first got there but Paul was so fast to respond and it was easily fixed ASAP. The game room was also pretty fun and the WiFi was incredibly fast especially for a group of 10. I highly recommend this place!

We tried Airbnb before in FL and were disappointed in the reality vs the ad. That’s not the case here. The home was as advertised and very clean and comfortable For our family of 5. Shayla was super responsive leading up to our trip and when we where hear. We will absolutely book again for our next Disney Adventure

This place was lovely and Sue was very accommodating. It was clean, spacious and a great location. We didn't realize this was two separate units with two rooms in each unit. Great for one wanting privacy. The kitchen is pretty stocked with all that you need. Comfy beds, relaxing common space and large dining room table for gathering. The bed frame was a little squeaky (which I only noticed because I had a little one sleeping with me, so I had to try to be super quiet lol) but other than that, this place was perfect. <3 Thank you Sue! We appreciate your hospitality.

This home was comfortable and we enjoyed the peaceful residential neighborhood. The den/game room was a nice bonus area. The amenities were all as advertised (remember to BYO shampoo/conditioner) and the kitchen had all the cooking basics. Kyle and Maribel were responsive hosts and provided very clear info. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfy home, this is it - it was perfect for our family visit.

Great house and Tarik was a great host. We had ordered a package to be delivered there while we were there but it arrived early. Tarik went out of his way to secure the package for us.

Calvin’s place is exactly as described! It’s cozy and comfortable. The house’ kitchen is well equipped and perfect for families with kids. We stayed with our two small daughters and it was very close to Disneyland parks, safe and quiet neighborhood and convenient stores close by. Calvin is an amazing host, the weather changed to rainy a few days before we came and Calvin was so courteous that he messaged us to offer pool heating refund as weather wasn’t the greatest. Calvin was also flexible when we requested a bit of a later check out. This is the first time we Airbnb when going to Disney as we always stay in the resort and it was the greatest experience. The pool and spa are amazing, perfect temperature for the kids. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Calvin’s place!

David's place was very lovely. It was very cleaned and homey. Everything matched the description. We felt right at home the moment we walked in. The house has a nice layout and very spacious feel. The kids love it. We didn't get to use the pool since it was too cold in March, but it was pretty cleaned and nice with floaties for kids. One important thing that stood out was, the location was within minutes of everything. David is a very responsive host as well. The kids had a nice Spring Break there. If only we could stay there longer. Thanks David!

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! We came to LA for a nice getaway for a few days. I loved the apartment. Everything was clean and the view was amazing!! Lobby staff was very nice and helpful as well. The host were awesome and gave us suggestions where to eat/visit. We took advantage of the free museum near by, which Giselle recommended, and i loved it. My favorite part was probably the rooftop pool and jacuzzi! The view up there was to die for! I am definitely going to keep this place in mind next time i’m in California!!

Place was clean, tidy and appreciated the doorman for security in downtown LA. Comfy bed and spacious apt. Some sounds audible from upstairs unit, but not bad. Noise abatement windows helpful, though random sounds on 1-2 nights are part of downtown living. Parking was a bit of a challenge as original instructions sent were not correct, and only exit was possible from where it said to enter in building lot across the street. Didn't realize this til 930 pm, and messaged Ali and asked for a call to clarify, and he did respond right away, which was appreciated. It was about $10 to uber/lyft to convention center, or a 20 min walk, about 1 mile, which was convenient. Kitchen well appointed. Great choice close to convention center given the free, secure parking. We did encounter security making rounds in lot across the street and car was fine.

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Location was perfect for our needs and there was good coffee on the block and great food very close by. Having parking included was great and pretty easy. Great place to stay downtown LA and USC adjacent. Friendly, responsive hosts!

First and foremost, I want to say that I and my friends are very happy and satisfied with the place at a very first moment. They keep telling me that this place worth a 5 star rating. I told them, well I even want to give the place a good review at that moment, don’t have to wait till the end. We really love the community. Peaceful, nice view with great gym and beautiful pool. Just a perfect place for us. Thank you our lovely host.

Christian’s space was the perfect choice for a trip in DTLA. The parking was convenient, the building was walking distance from tons, and it matched the description perfectly. The security made you feel at ease, and the apartment itself was cute and comfortable for 3 guests. Christian was great at communicating as well. Would recommend and stay again if returning to DTLA.

Came to Downtown LA for a conference and location was a great location walkable to the LA Convention Center and to surrounding areas. Parking was very helpful as we rented a car to explore areas outside of Downtown LA. The building is in the theatre district and was walkable to most of Downtown LA while being a few minutes drive to more tourist attraction locations. There is also public transport (bus) across the street from the apartment as well but we opted for a rental car to explore outside Downtown. There is 24 hour doorman assistance to get into the building but check-in, entering, and leaving is pretty easy. The apartment itself is nice and quiet with an artistic flair which was a nice touch. All amenities listed were useful and utilized minus the rooftop pool which I heard is one of the highlights; however, with my schedule, we were not able to use. Highly recommended listing for its location and convenience when needing to stay in Downtown LA.

We had an amazing time—truly one of my favorite stays! The house was eclectic and beautiful, blending modern comfort with a stylish artsy Art Deco flair. The kitchen was fantastic, and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect for relaxing. Linda was a wonderful host, communicating promptly and making sure we felt right at home. The thoughtful welcome basket was such a special touch—thank you for making our stay even more enjoyable! Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to come back!

We appreciated the attention to detail and all the amenities around the home. We had everything we needed for our large group to stay the weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the basics for tools and utensils. The hosts were extremely responsive and communicated everything very clearly. We would highly recommend anyone to stay the next time they are in Orange.

My daughter and I stayed for a week and fell in love with this sweet Airbnb. It was hands down the cleanest one I’ve ever stayed at. I liked the furnishings and the primary bedroom had a very comfortable bed and pillows. We only used one of the bedrooms. We swam in the pool every day and did craft projects on the back deck. It’s very close to The Grove so we went there a couple times as well. This is a great spot, highly recommend this house.

This place was very welcoming and big. It’s well stocked with everything you need for cooking. It has a big selection of tea and fresh coffee beans were very good. The heated swimming pool was a great addition. The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. It very close to a grocery store. I will stay here again. Lisa

The home was great and met all of our needs. Although not guaranteed, we really appreciated being able to get into the home a bit earlier than originally communicated as that helped us with some coordination. The team assisting during our stay was responsive and would check in to make sure we had all we needed. While not exactly within walking distance, you are pretty close to disneyland that it is still pretty convenient. Overall, we had a great stay and it checked all the boxes for me and my family

We had a wonderful stay at Josh’s beautiful and charming home! The place was very clean, and everything in the kitchen was easy to find and use. As a family traveling with 3 young children (including a 10-month-old), we were delighted to find all the accommodations we needed, including a high chair and pack ’n play. Our hosts, Josh and Emmie, were incredibly helpful, hospitable, and responsive throughout our stay. When we encountered an issue with heating the pool, Josh and Emmie were quick to respond and offer assistance. While it was disappointing that we couldn’t fully enjoy the pool as expected, their attentiveness was much appreciated. The location of the home is fantastic – close to Downtown LA, Koreatown, the Row, and Griffith Park. We also loved exploring the great cafes and restaurants in nearby Silver Lake. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would highly recommend this home to other travelers. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
