Alanya : locations de vacances avec cheminée

Levent is the main reason this review gets a 5/5. His hospitality is the best thing. He is always available and easygoing . He even went as far as fetching us from different locations around Alanya on some days when we were stranded. He even dropped us off at the airport in Antalya on the last day. He exchanged our washing machine within minutes when it stopped working. He is generally a very professional, respectful and kind person. It’s a nice little one bedroom apartment with a balcony. It’s on the 4th floor but the lift is always working. You have full access to a gas stove, fridge and washing machine. No basic supplies are provided. The main issue was the shower being lukewarm to cold in seconds which was quite unpleasant as it was winter, Levent couldn’t solve this . Apartment is cold as there is no underfloor heating but a noisy A/C. Sheets were cleaned but the mattress protector is covered in hair. The WiFi would disappear sporadically and this is not ideal for online work

Ruhi bey çok ilgiliydi, mesajlara çok hızlı dönüş yaptı. Ev aynen göründüğü gibi, 1+1, temiz, manzaralı bir ev. Balkondan deniz görünüyor. Site olarak oldukça donanımlı. Yüzme havuzu, kapalı havuz, Türk hamamı, Sauna var. Ekim ayında gitmemize rağmen bunların hepsi işler durumdaydı. Avsallar çok sakin bir tatil beldesi, trafik, park yeri vs. sorun yok. Civarda çok güzel plajlar olduğu gibi Alanya ve Side'ye yakın.

We had a wonderful stay here. Everything that we asked for was attended to quickly. Very clean and comfortable. We would recommend for anyone!

Tunahanla iletişime geçmek kolaydı. Tüp bittiğinde değişimini sağladı. Evin manzarası çok güzeldi. Oturma odası ve bir yatak odasında ki klimalar rahat kalmamızı sağladı. Tekrardan Alanya ya gidersem kalmak için ilk başvuracağım yer olur.

Çok memnun kaldım bir sonraki seyahatimde tekrar rezervasyon yapacağım.

Das beste am Haus war der beheizte Pool und die vier Schlafzimmer, jedes anders gestaltet, separat und mit eigenem Bad. Wir waren mit 6 Wissenschaftlerinnen aus verschiedenen Ländern dort, und haben dort Arbeitssitzungen gehabt und uns zwischendurch erholt…ein toll Ort für solche Gruppen

Evin konumu çok iyi hemen karşısı süpermarket ve eczane. Ev fotoğraflardakinden farksız. güzel kullanışlı havuzu harika. sadece havuzun yüksekliğinden ötürü yüzme bilmeyenler için sıkıntı olabilir. sanırım yüksekliği 180cm civarı. evde kullanılabilecek her eşya düşünülmüş. plajda şezlong olayı yok. biraz ilerideki otellerden kiralanabiliyor. ev sahibi çok ilgili ve çok kibardı. Tek sıkıntımız üst katlardaki duşlara su çok az çıkıyordu. ip gibi akıyordu. Biz iki aile çok mutlu ayrıldık.çok teşekkür ederiz.

echt super! alles heel schoon en goed geregeld, mooi schoon zwembad en de beheerders doen alles voor je, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

Wir sind eine sechsköpfige Familie und haben drei Wochen dort verbracht. Die Kommunikation vorab war sehr gut, Seda war jederzeit gut erreichbar und immer freundlich. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, schön gestaltet und gut ausgestattet. Wir würden das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen.

This was our first time in Alanya and I cannot think of a place I’d rather stay with my family! I think this house is a big reason why we fell in love with Alanya. The views are as magnificent as you see on the photos, the location is perfect, as for the house itself – the pictures don’t do it any justice. The place is truly historic but fully renovated and very comfortable. We were five, and it was perfect for any need: family breakfasts at the balcony, movie nights, stay-ins and making dinner. It’s spacious, clean, and just gorgeous. It was a joy to wake up there every morning, the balcony side faces east, so the entire place would be bathing in sunlight. Everything we needed was within walking distance: restaurants, shopping, beaches. Many thanks to Sinan for being our host. He greeted us, showed us around the house and left us to enjoy our vacation while remaining responsive to our immediate questions. We will definitely come back to Alanya and will be happy to stay here again!

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, schön geräumig und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht und immer gut erreichbar gewesen. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass wir vor Check-in Uhrzeit die Villa betreten dürfen. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt und das alles so kurzfristig geklappt hat

The villa was spacious, clean and had everything we needed and more. There were a few minor issues but were addressed promptly. Uwe has a great team that were extremely helpful. My family and I would highly recommend Uwe's place and we would definitely come back again. Thanks Uwe and Team!
