Alanya : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Yaman ist mit uns in Kontakt getreten, war hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Er wohnt mit seiner Familie im Erdgeschoss, die uns gastfreundlich empfangen hat. Der Hund und die drei Katzen des Hauses sind lieb und zutraulich. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, zum Strand sind es etwa 10 Minuten, Supermärkte gibt es gleich um die Ecke. Von der großzügigen Loggia der Dachgeschosswohng kann man bis zum Strand schauen. Wenn es mich mal wieder nach Avsallar verschlägt würde ich nochmal bei Yaman buchen

Da ich zuvor in Avsallar gelebt habe, wollte ich dort ein Mehrzimmerhaus mieten, um mit meiner Familie einen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir entschieden uns, die Villa von Frau Zeynep zu mieten. Das Haus von Frau Zeynep ist wirklich wunderschön, es ist groß, hat viele Zimmer und hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen, ob mit oder ohne Kinder. Meine Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Garten. Der Pool ist nicht sehr groß, aber da nicht viele Leute da waren, schwammen wir die meiste Zeit alleine. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Meinen Kindern hat der Pool sehr gut gefallen. Ein ruhiger und sauberer Ferienort. Das Meer und der Strand sind sehr sauber, ich denke, es ist das schönste Meer und der schönste Strand, an dem wir je waren. Da das Meer nicht sehr tief war, schwammen die Kinder ohne Angst und hatten viel Spaß. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Wir danken Frau Zeynep nochmals für alles.

Biz dört kişi kiraladık. Her birimiz çok memnun kaldık. Görseldekilerden cok daha güzel, bir daha tercih edeceğimiz bir ev. Ev sahipleri cana yakındı ve her soruma çok hızlı cevap verdiler, sorunsuz giriş yaşadık. Ev tam olarak istediğimiz konumdaydı. Keşke daha uzun kalabilseydik. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz, her şeyiyle çok memnun kaldık.

Ganz wichtig vorab: die Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen, wenn man ein Auto vor Ort hat. Sie liegt ziemlich weit oben und man muss 3-4 Minuten fahren um hoch und runter zu kommen. Sonst waren wir super zufrieden. Das Haus hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht und Terrasse. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber man ist in 5 Minuten Fahrtzeit überall, wo man sein muss. Strand, Supermärkte, etc. nicht weit weg. Da es etwas schwer ist die Unterkunft mit Navigation zu finden, wurden wir vom Gastgeber an einem Treffpunkt empfangen, der dann vorgefahren ist, um uns die Unterkunft zu zeigen. Es war alles vorhanden und der Pool wurde auch mehrmals gereinigt. Weiterhin haben die Gastgeber sehr schnell auf alle Fragen und Anliegen reagiert. Auch die Sprachbarriere war kein Problem, da wir einfach mit Google Übersetzer kommuniziert haben. Alle waren unfassbar bemüht und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!!

It's a resort on top of a hill. Very spacious apartment with a nice view. Good gym and other facilities. Make sure you have a car when you come here (or use taxis), since the distance to the town is quite far.

Wir haben uns in Indira's Wohnung pudelwohl gefühlt. Es ist eine sehr schöne, große Wohnung. Die Lage ist super, direkt an der Barbaros Straße mit vielfältigen Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen (kleiner Markt direkt unter der Wohnung mit sehr nettem Inhaber, A101 direkt gegenüber), shoppen und Essen. Der Strand ist durch eine Unterführung in 3min zu erreichen. Pool und Sauna waren durch einen Umbau leider nicht zu nutzen, das war uns jedoch auch nicht besonders wichtig. Die Wohnung selber war sauber, die Küche verfügte über alles was man zum kochen benötigt. Die Betten sind gemütlich und der Balkon vorne raus ist schön groß. Die Kommunikation war problemlos. Alles in Allem würden wir immer gerne wiederkommen, vielen Dank!

Great place as advertised. Great responsive host. Big apartment, private pool, walkable neighborhood. Beach access. The beach is rocky (as in big rock, not gravel) though, not very safe for children.

Beautiful apartment. Cozy and spacious. You got what you need for cook and well location nearby with cafe supermarket like BIM and restos.beach is 6 mins by walk and the host agus is helpful and quick response .clear instructions for the self check in . I recommend

Es war zum zweiten Mal ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt? Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis super freundlich und super hilfreich. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

It's a great apartment for a family vacation. We travelled with a small 8-month boy and there were many facilities for him: bed, baby chair and playpen. In the balcony we cooked barbecue. There were all utensils we needed. 3 bedrooms with comfortable clean beds. Kitchen with all things you may need. View from the kitchen is amazing. A few pools, hammam, sauna, gym and other facilities. Eugeniu was very polite and helpful. I highly recommended this place to visit with big family or 2-3 families.

The flat is wonderful. I liked the interior and the view from the balcony. Everything was clean, tidy, and cozy. The check-in and check-out were very convenient. I didn't need to wait for anyone. It has a lot of equipment for cooking, living, and washing clothes, which was important to me. The location is good for people who like silence.

The place is nice. Location is on a "party" side, expect to hear the music at night. Close to the beach and groceries, had few nice bakeries around. Electricity and water bills are charged separately (which is common for Turkey) so read the description of property.

Очень приятное и красивое место, чистейший воздух, горы, на территории террасирование сады с хурмой, яблоками, лаймами, куча цветов, все поддерживается в ухоженном состоянии, есть где прогуливаться с отличными видами на город, море и горы. Очень уютная обстановка в квартире, как дома, все продумано до мелочей, все необходимое есть (и даже больше). Марина была на связи все время, помогала во всех вопросах. Большой плюс - возможность пользоваться инфраструктурой комплекса (бассейны, банный комплекс, тренажёрка). В главном здании есть хороший ресторан на 16 этаже, оч вкусно и по приемлемым ценам, мини магазинчик со всем самым необходимым. Конечно, со своей машиной было бы намного удобнее, но в сезон ходят бесплатные шаттлы до пляжа, и 3 раза в день платный автобус до центра Аланьи - варианты есть. Мы заказывали доставку продуктов из Мигрос, удобно. 2 недели пролетели быстро, мы остались оч довольны. Благодарности Марине!

Camilla is a great host. She has always helpfully responded to us. The apartment was very clean and cozy. It’s been provided with a basic kitchen equipments and different furniture. The pool outside and small gym were available. However, the pool was cold, considering the weather and whirlpool was out of service. I suppose to be that a seasonal thing. Everything else, whatever you could just think of ( as all possible services as cleaning, start package with a food and transfer from/on the airport ) is available.
