Beautiful place and garden, you walk in the sand to the beach, where you’ll find a nice little Beach café with the best Jackfruit shake. If you leave the house and turn left, you’ll find a fish restaurant with excellent food. Thanks for welcoming us!

Jerin was an excellent host and was helpful throughout our stay. We were provided with 2 bedrooms with attached bathooms. He provided good food and helped us with local transport to station and back. The rooms were basic but comfortable. There was no washing machine but a person was there to help hand wash the clothes. Bathrooms could have had better fittings but one cannot complain as the proximity to the beach meant any fitting would rust due to the salty sea air. The house is a 2 minute walk from the beach. The beach itself was spectacular, with hardly any debris. The waters were calm and clean. If you go in the early morning you can see the fishermen bring in their catch. We had a lovely trip and must once again thank Jerin for his hospitality.

What a beautiful setting right on the beach. ideal for sunset watching. A perfect place if you're looking for peace and beauty and enjoy a hammock. Diphna and her family, especially her mother in law, were wonderful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious as was evening meal, if requested as an extra. My room was cleaned regularly and tea was provided whenever I asked. Their massage recommendation was the best! I had a truly magical stay.

Sherin was an outstanding host. Highly recommended. The house and location is second to none. The food her mum provided was excellent. She has the insider knowledge of all the events and rituals that happening locally and invited our small party to join - what a privilege!! This address and Sherin’s details is certainly one I will be keeping and I hope to visit at some stage in the not too distant future. Thanks again to Sherin and her family.

The place is really nice just by the sea. It is very calm and peaceful. Boney and other staffs are very helpful, polite and kind. They assisted me for everything. Food is really good and very budget friendly here. I will definitely come to this place again if I am in Alleppy. You should definitely go for it if you are planning trip to Alleppy.

Bernie has very thoughtfully curated this haven away from the hustle and bustle of the commercial tourist life you generally see in Kerala. The highlight is actually everything, the people, the private beach, the food is amazing. We found good friends at the property. It just felt like our own place. Extremely warm and hospitable. Loved every bit of it!!

We had a wonderful time at Jesudas's place.He was extremely hospitable and was very flexible with the check in check out time. He gave a lot of local recommendations and helped us plan our itinerary. Mummy who stayed downstairs was warm and welcoming. Gave us a great cup of coffee and we had some great conversation with her. Such a sweet lady! Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a cozy place near the Azhapuzha beach

This apartment was an excellent choice for our Cochin trip. Its prime location near Broadway, Marine Drive, and MG Road allowed us to easily walk to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The apartment itself was beautifully appointed, with a stunning balcony offering panoramic views. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area added a touch of home comfort. A great Kerala heritage place to stay at. Walkable distance from Maratikulam beach. Host made sure that we have a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it to all :)

Good accommodation a minute's walk from the sea. Very close to a restaurant where you can have a delicious breakfast and lunch. Mukhammed was very responsive, organized Kayaks in the morning and helped and gave a lot of useful advice that helped me a lot with my vacation.

The stay was really good. Peaceful neighborhood, walked to the beach, food was excellent. The host was very friendly and helpful in everything.
