A very nice location with a beautiful view. Place is well kept and the host is friendly and responsive. He was very flexible with check in and check out timings too. The only issue I had was a bad stench which was off putting. Hope Mr Nandan fixes it soon. I would definitely recommend this place

I was very happy with my stay. Jackson is a professional host. He responds to inquiries immediately, and when something broke, he had it repaired immediately. The accommodation is well located. Centrally located on the water, right on the promenade, with lots of shops and restaurants as well as the ferry terminal and metro nearby. The rooms are spacious and bright, everything worked perfectly and was clean. A little noise from the main road penetrates the apartment, but it dies down at night. I would come back here anytime. Good value for money.

We had a wonderful stay!! The house was perfect for the 8 of us, we felt at home and it was really amazing. Our hosts were so sweet and so easy to reach out to. All essentials were there at the house. The caretaker was also very helpful. Overall it was a splendid experience and it is a very beautiful house. The house is a bit in the interior but you can always get Uber cabs/autos within 3 mins. We got the privacy we needed and everything was just perfect. Totally worth the price. Great place for friends/bachelors and also for families with elderly and kids. The lawn outside is an ideal place for kids and the property has enough space for elders to walk. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 washroom which is connected to 1 of the rooms so its very useful for elderly. 100% recommend this place!!!

Peaceful stay.. perfect way for me to welcome 2025! Its a beautiful 2 bedroom space with a coomon room n spacious verandah towards the backside of the home. There is also backwaters behind the house which makes for perfect early mornings n evenings. The best time i spent was early mornings by the backwaters - could see flock of ducks pass by, locals taking boats going to their destinations, and the beautiful sunrise hitting the waters - just gorgeous! Jeffin was amazing - very responsive, helpful, and the complimentary breakfast provided was yummy Kerala style. Thank you for all the help during the stay. If you are looking for a serene place with calming vibes and gorgeous tropical climate then please book a stay.

If you want to enjoy backwater stay,this is the place to spend it with Family. It's very well maintained house even though it's built in early 2000's(not sure), it needs lot of time to maintain this big house. My kids and spouse enjoyed it away from your city traffic, I recommend for a people who have their 4 wheeler if you neeed to reach in the night. Google will show some short cut which is very narrow to reach upto main road. Explore the place, we enjoyed it.

Book the property with no second thought. The best place where you want to spend your weekend with family or friends away from the city hustle. Things to do: Reach the property around late afternoon. Enjoy the sunset and have a great time with all the activities. Try out kayaking and canoeing the next morning, the host will suggest the best places and he will take care of everything. The host, Shiju is super friendly and took good care right from reaching out to the property and till the checkout.

wonderful holiday stay at Vaikom, this property offers both comfort and warmth. Mr. Binu, a responsive host, and his dad, Mr. Ramachandra Panickar (a retired IAF officer), was truly welcoming and kind. The house help, Mr. Surendran and his wife, Ms. Rethi Chechi, went above and beyond, treating us like family and preparing delicious meals, tailored for our kids’s liking. The property itself is lovely, featuring three well-maintained bedrooms with attached bathrooms that were spotless from the moment we arrived. Binu also shared helpful contact details for renting a car, making commuting around easy at affordable costs. The breakfast, priced at 150 per person, included idli, dosa, vada, and boiled banana with chutney and sambar. For lunch and dinner, the non-veg option (fish/chicken) was 250 per person was worth for the price point, quality and quantity served while the vegetarian meal was 225. Would definitely visit the next time!

Beautiful 1950’s villa with a team of house staff led by Mr Cherian, who took care of everything including delivering amazing food from the sister hotel Eighth Bastion. Sumptuous breakfasts were provided at the hotel, or we could make our own with the provisions supplied (even our fussy 6 year old enjoyed the cornflakes and banana cake). Had a wonderful staycation, with daily music lessons at the Kerala Kathakali centre.

Stayed at the flat for 2 weeks-We had a great time, clean, safe, nice ambience. Host responded immediately every time we had a question or concern. Overall it was a great experience.

Un logement magnifique, la déco, la chambre la vue tout était incroyable. Endroit très propre. Nancy ( la gardienne ) a étais tout simplement incroyable, du début jusqu’à à la fin elle a était très disponible. Mention spécial pour leur petit déjeuner et café très bon. Ils ont étaient très flexible sur notre arrivée et départ ce qui est un point fort pour les voyageurs qui viennent en avion. Je reviendrai certainement ici pour mon prochain voyage en Inde

The attention to detail was outstanding, from the cozy ambiance to the thoughtful amenities provided. The location was perfect, offering both convenience and a peaceful retreat. This was truly one of the best experiences we've had, the very first one with Airbnb, and we can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a stay that exceeds expectations, this is the one!

The flat was spacious, squeaky clean, well located and simply fabulous. It’s a 3BHK with 3 bath and a fully functional kitchen. Separate living and dining area along with a giant balcony. The one off note was that the best bedroom in the flat which comes with a wonderful view didn’t have a washroom attached to it. Ayaan and Fayiz took as much care of us as they could. Only thing that bugged us was a little episode with the host Shanu. We had requested for an early check in. We flew in early and wanted to get an update if they could accommodate us sooner. We couldn’t connect with the caretaker. In the process we had to call the host multiple times. He seemed impatient and rude on the call and he interrogated my friend whether she was lying about not being able to reach Fayiz. Later Fayiz reached out to us and he was awesomely welcoming. They did give us the room at 12noon instead of 1pm which was the scheduled check in time. And as we entered the room, well it was just incredible..
