As first time airbnb guests, Blueberry Haven has definitely spoiled us for all future rentals. Karen and Walt have created a comfortable, bucolic environment without skimping on any amenities. They have thoughtfully assembled just about anything you’d need for a turnkey, relaxing stay. Combined with their attention to detail in all areas of the house, Karen’s and Walt’s warmth, friendliness, and generosity make Blueberry Haven THE place to stay. This place was great…super comfy and cozy, beds were comfy, hot tub was a great amenity after a long day out and about exploring. And the views were spectacular! And we were even lucky enough to catch the northern lights dancing across the sky as we were leaving for the airport. Would definitely look to book again! :)

Beautiful home and property. We had everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend and stay there again!!

John place was just as described, we felt right at home. John is a nice host and responded right away. Location was great in the middle of town close to a lot of places that we went to. I would definitely stay again.

Victoria is a gracious and responsive hos! We arrived and left at odd hours due to our flight times, but the contactless check-in made it easy. The fresh flowers invited us in and the amenities she provided like muffins and breakfast sandwiches, made for an easy breakfast after a late night arrival. There were even gift cards to some of her local recommendations. The house was very clean and checking out was as easy as the check in. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Wonderful, welcoming and helpful host! Everything was clean. They even had breakfast items left for us. So accommodating! And very close to the airport and restaurants in town.

Ryan was extremely accommodating when our flight changed and communication was so quick. Comfortable and spacious place to stay. Beds were extremely comfortable. Easy walk to downtown area yet quiet and setting. Would definitely stay here again !

We really enjoyed our stay at Wendy’s Airbnb! The place is very clean and well-stocked - Wendy even prepared a bunch of snacks and breakfast items in the fridge for us. Overall very cozy and comfortable stay. The location is amazing. It’s only 10min to North Pole and about 20min to Fairbanks, so restaurants are pretty easily accessible. In addition, there was a northern lights viewing area just 3min drive from the Airbnb on Northdale where we saw northern lights the first night! Also a short 30min drive to Cleary Summit. Wendy was extremely responsive over messages and provided a ton of recommendation before we came. During our stay, she was also very kind to keep us posted on when / where we might be able to catch northern lights. Overall 10/10 and would definitely stay here again if we come back!

Wonderful experience for a last minute visit

My daughter and I were in Wasilla for her hockey tournament and Amy & Adam’s place was perfect. It was clean, cozy, private, safe, just 3 minutes from the ice rink, and had everything we needed. The coffee/tea and snacks were a very nice addition. Their communication prior to check-in was very helpful in ensuring a smooth check-in process and answered any questions that might come up during our stay in advance (how to adjust temperature if desired, which profile to use on provided streaming services, where to park, how to pull out sofa-bed, etc.). A very comfortable, convenient, and pleasant place to stay!

Amazing airbnb with amazing hosts. Definitely recommended and will try and stay again if available.

Limited options in Bethel, Alaska with many places being hit or miss. Lloyd's facility is always well maintained, well heated, with a full kitchen. Prices are competitive if you use both bedrooms. I really don't consider staying anywhere else if I am overnighting in Bethel.

Have stayed with them twice and they are simply the best!

August place was great. Had everything we needed clean, roomie, close to everything . He can tell she takes pride in her place. It shows. Would definitely book here again.

We had a great time and loved the space. We saw a moose nearly every day just a few hundred yards west of the property.

Kate's place was nice, comfortable and peaceful. Initially, it was a bit chilly but once heater was on it warmed up nicely. Kate is an amazing host, friendly, kind and generous with her time.

We are 1.5 weeks into our visit to Alaska. Traveling every town! But nothing beats our stay on the lake with June. It was Absolutely beautiful and everything/ more than what we imagined for our wedding night! I can not stress enough how much this stay meant to us! The views, bed comfort, fire place and bathroom just blew us away!!! Don’t pass up!!!!! You will regret it!

We definitely hit the jackpot on our first trip to Alaska by staying at Barry’s place! The views of the mountains were incredible - definitely breathtaking! This was a perfect distance from the city life in Anchorage. I cannot express how beautiful the views of the mountains were from this airbnb.

Can't say enough about the Red Cabin B&B! We stayed in the smaller annex which was everything we needed. The location is just perfect, remote yet close to Kenai and Soldatna and all the area offers, a great home base while in the area. John and Jacquie are wonderful hosts, eager to share their love and extensive knowledge of the area. The cabin was clean and well-stocked with fresh fruit, coffee, and plenty of breakfast food. The welcoming committee, Lola, Sandy and three horses was a happy surprise! A great place to stay in this area, hope to return some day.

Very comfortable and quiet location. We were able to bring our dog which meant a lot to us. Very responsive and polite hosts.

Came up to celebrate 2025 Iditarod-exactly 100 years since our original 1925 Serum Run; and had the wonderful opportunity to stay with Elijah. The neighborhood was perfectly safe and quiet, and Elijah was greatly informative and accommodating. Beautiful Room and Bathroom, Great Hot Tub, Spacious House with plenty to do and see! Had a close encounter with a neighborhood Mama Moose and Calf, but all ended well, and even more lovely birds to watch! Staying here was definitely a highlight of my trip, and I'm proud to recommend this host for your next trip to Anchorage. You're in for a great stay and a great time.

Uta and Bernie’s place is a hidden gem. Located in remote village of Wiseman, the cabins are beautifully built, well-maintained and have all the required amenities. We checked in really late, but the instructions are clearly written and easy to follow. Next morning, Bernie prepared a nice breakfast and we chatted with him and get to know a lot about life up in the arctic. The place is very scenic and lot to explore around it. I highly recommend this stay.
