Shanna’s house was amazing in all aspects! Clean, spacious, stocked with amenities and the pool was just the icing on the cake! We woke up a few days to moose in the backyard, which was a treat for the kids. Would absolutely recommend to future guests and we hope to come back again soon!!

We had a great time at Jana’s home. The location is awesome and so many amenities on site to include a great hot tub, backyard fire pit, board games inside, etc. Her place definitely felt like a home away from home from the start. We hope to be back to Fairbanks in the future and would definitely stay here again!

Went here for my son’s 14th bday with the family! It was a perfect place for a family get together! The pool was warm, lots of toys and private. My kids absolutely had a blast and we will 100% be making this a regular place to hold our events. The hosts were friendly, responsive and they were extremely kid friendly. We stayed here during a difficult time, in town for a funeral, and the house turned out to be exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and very well-appointed. The pool area and games helped keep the kids happy and distracted, which made a big difference. The hosts were also excellent. They were very responsive and communicative, and quick to answer any questions we had. We really appreciated having such a comfortable, peaceful space to come back to each day. Highly recommended.

If you are planning to spend time in the Central Peninsula area (Kenai/Soldotna) this is absolutely the best location. The stunning views overlooking the mouth of the Kenai River and Cook Inlet, combined with the charm of old-town Kenai, make the location of the property unbeatable. The home is charming and well stocked for utilizing the kitchen. It was cozy and worked well for our group of 12. The kids thought they were in a fairytale.

This house is just what we needed. I had to come up to Anchorage from Homer for a medical procedure and wanted somewhere quiet and comfortable to recuperate, the house was perfect. Nicely renovated, super clean, comfortable beds, and couch, well appointed kitchen, even had good tasting filtered water available. Nice quiet neighborhood, no road noise. Extremely conveniently located. 5-15 minutes from everything we needed to do. We will definitely stay here again. Easy to communicate with the host, who was helpful and friendly.

William's place was excellent for our stay in Valdez. The house was very comfortable, clean, and had almost everything you'd need. We had minor issue with hot water and they were very responsive and had it resolved quickly while we were out for the day. Plenty of room, beds were comfortable, and everything was well stocked. House was just a minute from grocery store and couple more to the downtown area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at the Small Haven. The house was perfect for what we needed and our girls had an absolute blast staying there. It's a perfect little getaway location when you want something more than a hotel... Paige was very responsive and communicative and made ours stay wonderful. Small amenities included with the house made us feel right at home. Definitely recommend staying here if you happen to find it available!

Our stay was peaceful and we felt safe and at home. Camden provided easy to follow directions, as well as information about the cabin and surrounding property. The cabin was clean and well supplied. The area was absolutely beautiful! We will definitely return.

Our family came from all over the U.S. to spend time together in Alaska and this was the perfect home for our party of 11. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and close location to the harbor. Thank you for sharing your home!

It's peaceful and quiet. Within walking distance to the post office and Waterfront Park. A couple of minutes drive to SeaLife Centre and hikes.

Amazing Stay – Cozy Cabin with Northern Lights Views! Our stay at this cabin in Fairbanks was absolutely wonderful! The cabin was incredibly cozy, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable experience. The highlight was definitely being able to see the Northern Lights right from the cabin—such a magical experience! The location was peaceful and felt secluded, yet it was still convenient to get to town. Barbara was super friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great stay. The cabin itself was warm, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. If you’re looking for a cozy and unique place to experience Fairbanks and the Aurora Borealis, this is the perfect spot! We would absolutely stay here again.

Carrie brought homemade cookies when we checked in as well as a few footballs after she saw we had young boys. The pictures on the ad are a bit outdated but that means the place is way better than we expected as they have all new furniture. Very cozy cabin with all the needed amenities.

We enjoyed our stay! The hot tub was especially nice, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the skiing was very close by. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tad and Andrea’s. The house is privately tucked away with everything you could possibly need for a little getaway! Our sons made good use of the hot tub and trampoline out back. Family dinners were perfectly cozy and the inside of the home is very well thought out. Would absolutely recommend!

This is a great deal and a nice place to relax. Very peaceful. We showed up a few minutes early and Eric accommodated us and let us in 30min early. Very kind thing to do! I will come back if it’s available.

Josie was responsive before and during our trip when we had multiple needs for changes for our starting and ending dates. She responded to several needs that we had at the house during our stay very rapidly. She also made several recommendations for some local activities that we may not have known about.

When I use AirBnB I want to know that my host will communicate clearly with me and respond should I need to contact him. Scott does an outstanding job of this and this is why we have stayed at this property for seven years. Scott is an excellent host and the property suits our needs perfectly. We will be back!

Loved the place!! Mark was very responsive and helped us with any questions we had, only suggestion I have is maybe some blankets or throws for the couch upstairs, got little cold at night and we didn’t have a spare. But overall it was a great place and if we ever come back to Juneau I would definitely stay again !
