Prima appartement, met parkeerruimte. Erg ruim opgezet met een grote badkamer en slaapkamer. Alles was netjes schoon en de airco doet het goed. De keuken is zeer compleet. Restaurants binnen 5 tot 15 minuten lopen. Het oude centrum van Dürres ligt ook op prima loopafstand.

Miejsce świetne zwłaszcza teraz po sezonie - przy samej plaży i deptaku, mnóstwo restauracji i w każdej dobre jedzenie. Balkon rewelacja - wygodne fotele i widok na morze a wieczorem na zachód słońca. Nawet jak nie wychodzisz z domu, to korzystasz. W domu: super wygodna sofa, łóżko w sypialni też, łazienka przestronna. Nie gotowaliśmy, ale kuchnia schludna i miła. Gdy mieliśmy pytania właścicielka szybko odpisywała. Wypoczęliśmy, było fajnie!

Fantastisk lejlighed. Elskede min morgenkaffe på balkonen med udsigt over havet. Det samme med solnedgangen. Lejligheden har alt det vi som familie manglede. Superhurtigt wifi, hvilket vores børn elsker. Vi ankom 30 minutter senere end vi havde aftalt, fordi der var problemer med at få vores lejebil. Selv om vi ankom 23:30 blev vi modtaget hjerteligt. Vores værter var fantastiske. Vi har kun godt at sige. Vores bedste anbefalinger til kommende gæster.

Highly recommend. Spend the long weekend here, and it provided everything the group needed, from the market on the first floor of the building, and varieties of restaurants and bars in the boulevard. Highly recommend! Mrika, thank you and we will see you soon ❤️

I had a fantastic stay at Liza's apartment! The check-in process was incredibly smooth thanks to her detailed instructions, and the apartment itself was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-located. I truly appreciated Liza's hospitality and the effort she put into making everything easy for guests. She was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our month at the beach. Visiting during the transition of the tourist season to the beginning of the off-season gave us access to the beauty of the beach and surrounding area without the large crowds. We found a nice coffee shop where we could watch the sea each morning and a couple of mom-and-pop restaurants we enjoyed visiting several times each week. Our host, Gjergj, was accommodating and available whenever we had questions. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and made some great suggestions to make our time here even nicer (restaurants, places to visit, etc.). We would stay here again if our travels bring us back this way.

Top Lage, wunderbarer Ausblick vom Balkon, tolle Restaurants in der Nähe, Obst und Gemüseverkäufer jeden Morgen vor dem Haus, Strand in 50m entfernt. Mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe. Echt klasse, wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub :-)

Super fijne Airbnb met een prachtig, nieuw appartement. Geweldig uitzicht op het strand. Fijne host met goede communicatie. Apparartement was daarbij brandschoon.

Probably one of the view places in Golem that are still quite private and cosy. There is a walkway to the nearby beach where you can enjoy the sunset. The apartment is as described. It is clean. Since the house is surrounded by pines and other trees, obviously, be prepared for some mosquitoes. All windows have mosquito protection without any defects. Thus, just keep the door shut to keep the insects out of the apartment and remember to bring some mosquito spray for a relaxed time on the terrace. ;-) Rovena is a super host. Our extra wishes were no issue. The communication is perfect, immediate replies, friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot!

Erg fijne en warm welkom door de host. De buitenplaats is heerlijk privé en ruim. Aan alles gedacht, bijvoorbeeld airco aangezet, koffie en anti mug! Het huisjes is 15 meter van het strand. 2de douche buiten is fijn voor als je van het strand af komt.

What a beautiful view from the big terrace – we enjoyed the most amazing sunsets there!!!! We really enjoyed staying in Eno's super comfortable flat, close to beach and restaurants but still really peaceful. And the apartment is really well equipped – the kitchen has everything you need (not so in many other places we've stayed)! Eno was super helpful and always replied quickly. We wholeheartedly recommend Eno's place!

Heerlijk ruim huisje in alle rust. Een paar minuten lopen naar het strand en ook op loopafstand een heerlijk restaurant aan zee. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf en raden het ook echt aan!

Die Eltern des Gastgebers, die direkt nebenan wohnen waren total lieb. Wir haben frisches Obst aus dem Garten bekommen und sogar ein paar Stückchen vom selbstgemachten Kuchen. Es wurde sich immer um uns gekümmert. Wohnung hat eine gute Lage und war sauber und ruhig. Wir würden wieder kommen.

We had a very nice stay in Ksamil. Leonard and his family are very kind and helpful. We needed to go to a doctor and they drove us there or they would get us a taxi. The house was clean and spacious. It is a calm neighbourhood but if you walk 10-15 minutes you get to a lot of beaches, bars, shops, restaurants…(our favourite was “grill and chill”). We really recommend this place if you want a nice, peaceful stay in Ksamil that is not to far from everything.

Great place to stay with amazing views, spacious and well equipped. Dhimitri was quick to respond and very helpful. Couple of grocery stores, bakery, pharmacy and tourism agency all within 1-3 min walk

Incredible stay! Before we arrived, the host was extremely responsive and helpful and answered all my questions. When we arrived, we were greeted to a lovely home a minutes walk to the beach with beautiful balconies we could sit out on and see the sea, both in the morning and afternoon as where they were placed. The place was clean and tidy, there was only 2 of us so it was pretty massive honestly! Would suit a lot more people than just the two of us. It was a beautiful place very close to lots of good restaurants and cafes. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay here. Very central and great location. The rooms were spacious and it was lovely to have a balcony.

I spent two months in this apartment, and it was a truly wonderful stay. The apartment is beautiful, well-equipped, and the bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. One of the biggest highlights is the balcony – a perfect spot to relax, with cozy furniture and an incredible view of the sea. The sunsets from here are absolutely stunning. There is also a store nearby that is open all year round, which is very convenient. Zana and her husband are incredibly kind and helpful hosts who genuinely care about their guests’ comfort. I hope to have the chance to stay here for an even longer period in the future.

What a great location and facility exceeded our expectations as was in perfect order. Rubin was readily available to address any questions and made our stay a perfect experience. Truly enjoyed out stay and hope to return. Great value and well kept secret!!!
