Albanie : locations de villas de vacances

We hebben een erg fijn verblijf gehad bij Viljam! Hij communiceerde snel en duidelijk. Ook was het zwembad heerlijk en alles in het huis werkte goed en naar verwachting! Mooie omgeving en veel supermarkten in de buurt.

Schöne große Villa, gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Drei Terrassen. Eine große Küche. Wir waren mit 15 Personen dort. Lufnähe zum Zentrum 5 min. 15 min zum Strand. Ruhig in einem Tal gelegen, wo Schafe und Ziegen weiden. Gerne wieder!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene,appartamento perfettamente come in foto , tutto nuovo e pulito , piscina del complesso fantastica. Conoscevo già la zona per questo l’abbiamo scelta e ne vale la pena, vicinissimo a supermercati e ristoranti inoltre a due passi al marina bay . Area sorvegliata privata e tranquilla . L’unica piccola cosa che avrei da considerare sono i condizionatori che perdono un po’ d’acqua, ma niente di che non gli abbiamo dato neanche peso in quanto funzionavano perfettamente . Soddisfatti

Our family had a lovely stay at Nicolaus' Hidden Gem. The villa itself is cozy, clean, spacious and well furnished (perfect for longer stays). We especially love the expansive green space surrounding the villa. Our son looks forward to feeding the animals every morning and afternoon. There are ducks, geese, guinea fowls, and a puppy in the garden. Just as pictured. Our host Mateo is very friendly and helpful, plus speaks really good English. Location wise, there are two good sized supermarkets and fruits/veggie shops just 5-mins walk away. Easy walk to the town center as well. It's right in the middle of the city but it doesn't feel like it due to the expansive garden... a "hidden gem" it truly is.

We had a beautiful stay at Sabah and Sonilla’s place. The home is very well decorated, has an incredible view and very peaceful. The hosts were responsive, friendly and happy to provide local suggestions. They were also happy to accommodate our late arrival/check out which was much appreciated. Would recommend!

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Garten. Sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir verbrachten als Familie vier Nächte im Oktober und das nah gelegene Meer lud noch zum Baden ein. Mirjeta ist eine überaus freundliche Gastgeberin und war jederzeit erreichbar.

Very nice place and our hosts were extremely helpful. It is located at the end of this land strip, so you are surrounded by water and a beautiful landscape.

Anita's place is a lush oasis overlooking the sea from high above. The garden is wonderful and very well maintained, with lots of trees, fruits and flowers, with a great bbq corner, really like the pictures. The house is well equipped, comfortable with a cosy atmosphere. We enjoyed the place very much. Just across the street, the Taverna Viktoria can't be missed and is worth a few visits for the friendly service and tasty dishes to enjoy from the quiet terrace. Multiple beaches are a few kilometers away, each one offering a different scenery. We spent a great time in and around Piqeras, and we appreciated to come back to this nice place, to spend time in the garden. Getting fresh fresh pomegranate, lemon or kaki direct from the trees was a great plus to the stay. Not to forget the more than friendly cat coming and going and always happy to cuddle. This has been a great week and we thank Anita a lot for making this place available to us!

Fint sted for de som vil på en familietur med barn, men også for en vennegjeng på party tur. Rolig område med fine strender i nærheten. Deilig pool der man kan avkjøle seg på varme dager. Perfekt med egen bar der man kan bestille eget ølfat. Vi var 6 stykker på tur og alle var fornøyde og kunne reist hit igjen

Nous avons passé la dernière semaine de l'année 2024 en famille (12 pers) chez Blerta. La maison est très bien équipée, chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain et wc, et sont joliment décorées. Une lingerie (lave-linge, sèche-linge) est à disposition. L'emplacement de la maison est idéal et on profite d'une vue sur la mer à 180°. La météo clémente nous a permis de prendre des repas dans le jardin : salon de jardin, tables et chaises en quantité suffisante. La cuisine est très pratique, beaucoup de vaisselle, grands plats et casseroles. Le grand salon était décoré en mode Noël avec un magnifique sapin. Blerta et Koly sont sympathiques, disponibles et à l'écoute.

Nothing short of amazing! First, the host: Olgen was super responsive and quickly responded to any questions or concerns we had. Was super helpful when we checked in and often communicated to make sure we were good during our week stay. He even accommodated an extra pull out bed for an additional person that stayed with us for a few nights. Second, the space: super spacious and had enough room for 6-8 people to comfortably stay. Great outdoor area as well. There is parking space as well which was a plus. Bedrooms were comfortable and the 2 bathrooms were a plus for our group. This place had everything we were looking for and would 100000% recommend anyone that wants to visit Green Coast. We will definitely be coming back.

Super séjour, nous avons beaucoup apprécier les installations. Vue magnifique, piscine au top, cuisine bien équipée ! Seul un point et décevant. Hors saison tout est fermé car le complexe doit être en construction. Mais ça ne gâche en rien la qualité de la maison. Merci!

Fation’s place is a gem. It has everything you could wish for, luxurious design along with all the amenities necessary, and of course the place is amazing. Although mid October, I was still able to spend some time by the beach and even have a dive in the beautiful sea. Highly recommend.

La casa es genial ! Sin dudas la mejor edificación de Sarandë. El trato es muy bueno y la vista inmejorable. El equipamiento de la casa está muy bien. Para pasar los días no recomiendo las playas de Ksamil o Sarande , mucha gente y pocos servicios , es mejor viajar más y alejarse. Lo mejor fueron la zona de Himare y desde allí los tour en Barco a las playas. Mas lindas , menos gente y buenos restaurantes. Sin dudas el tiempo que pasamos dentro de la casa fue muy relajante y divertido, diríamos que hasta mejor que el que pasamos por las playas que las cercanas no las recomiendo.

Eine wunderschöne Villa mit fantastische Aussicht. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Kommunikation war super. Eneas war jederzeit erreichbar bei Fragen. Im allgemeinen war die Villa sehr sauber. Die Inneneinrichtung der Villa hat mich fasziniert. Die couch im Wohnzimmer absolut gemütlich. Ab den ersten Moment habe ich mich hier zuhause gefühlt. Ich freue mich aufs Wiedersehen. Danke.

Our family stayed for 3 nights at Ardi’s. It is located in a gated community complex on the pristine Green Coast. The place was clean, new furnishings and spacious - great bathrooms as well. There was ample parking and outdoor space. About 5 minutes walk to the beaches with a super clean public beach and about 7-10 beach clubs lined along the coast. The beach had some of the clearest waters I’ve ever been in and waters were relatively calm. Pebble beaches so water shoes are recommended. We came in September a little outside of peak season so some of the restaurants were closed/didn’t have all food available - but it’s a developing area (lots of new complexes and shops being built) so I’m sure will get busier/lively as time goes by even in off season. You could rent a golf cart or there are golf cart shuttles available if you have accessibility issues (my grandma can’t walk very far) to get to the beaches. Ardi was very responsive and helpful when communicating. Great stay.

A well-maintained villa with ample space for families to share (we were 4 adults and 4 children) and yet still didn’t use the fourth bedroom. The outside seating is lovely but beware the local cats as do they appear frequently albeit can be ushered away. A couple of minor issues were dealt with within a couple of hours of reporting which was great and made our stay very comfortable. Access for cars is on an unpaved slope so just take it easy getting in and out. This also makes it tricky for buggies (we had 4 children under 4). Overall a good base for our exploring to begin each morning with shops and beaches around 1km away from the villa. Thank you for your fabulous hospitality.

I booked here for my best friends surprise 30th and it exceeded all expectations!! First time visiting Albania and Ambra helped me so much with every question I had. She was so helpful, always answered every questions and just was so responsive. Never had such an amazing airbnb host. Recommend places to go. I needed a decoration company and she put me in touch with someone and it was perfect. The views are insane. The restaurant near by Pelikani is just also top quality service and food. All of it was perfect. The house was so comfortable. I have no bad points. My recommendation would be to do lots of research if this is your first time travelling but also book with Ambra as she helped with everything.. taxis, supermarkets etc. we had a small power cut as of a storm and we had an electrician with us within 20 minutes. You must come here!!!.

We had an incredible time hosting our New Year's get-together at this villa. The property was spacious, beautifully maintained, and provided the perfect setting for our group. The host was exceptional—friendly, accommodating, and attentive to every detail, ensuring our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The villa's cozy indoor spaces and lovely outdoor areas gave us plenty of room to relax and celebrate. It was the ideal spot to create lasting memories with friends, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for anyone planning a special gathering!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful new villa in the north of Albania. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly hosts, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. Communication via Airbnb was very good. The villa is perfect for a large group or multiple families and offers a great view of Lake Skoder. There is a lakeside beach within walking distance, as well as cozy restaurants and cafes nearby. For groceries, you need to travel a bit further, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Montenegro is within driving distance and definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a clean and relaxing vacation!

WOW! Wat hebben we genoten van ons verblijf bij Artur! Super fijne communicatie en we werden meteen opgehaald van het vliegveld. Bij aankomst wachtte een heerlijk ontbijt op ons. Het huis zelf was prachtig: rustig, groen en elke avond een zonsondergang als cadeautje. Het zwembad was top, de kids hebben ervan genoten, ook al was het in oktober natuurlijk wat frisser. Na een dag Albanië ontdekken was het heerlijk om even te relaxen aan het zwembad. De kamers waren netjes, bedden lagen heerlijk, en goede stevige kussens. We mochten hun twee auto’s gebruiken, één kon zelfs omgebouwd worden tot 7-zitter—super handig! Enkele bezienswaardigheden op korte afstand (ca. 30 / 45 min.) Mini Market (ca. 5 min.) Ook hebben we twee keer een heerlijk ontbijt en diner gehad, restaurantwaardig en met hun eigen wijn erbij. Al met al echt een plek waar we zeker terug willen komen. Onze jongste dochter (7) heeft immers een belofte gedaan, we komen graag nog een keer terug! Artur en je vrouw erg bedankt!

Villa très agréable, située à 30 min à pied du centre de Tirana. On a apprécié l’espace, la piscine, le garage privé…Kevin et Taulant ont été très réactifs suite à une panne de Climatisation. Très bons conseils de la part de Kévin concernant les restaurants, le TYMI, par exemple, très bon et déco très originale. Merci encore à Kevin et Taulant. Hervé
