We absolutely loved the cute, clean, roomy farmhouse! Our family & extended family were all able to stay with us to allow for some really great family time! We loved the large kitchen table, comfortable bedrooms and large kitchen! Overall, a really great experience! We would definitely stay here again!

Cynthia’s place is much better than the photos and the description. Whether you’re a family or a group of friends looking to get away from the city or just traveling nearby, you will not be disappointed. The property has a charm that’s hard to describe. The early morning mist rising from the pond which has a viewing deck is perfect for the first cup of coffee or evening sittings. The backyard has a fully equipped grill with all amenities needed for the perfect BBQ. The serene and green surroundings make it an ideal stress reliever. All this while having the warmth off a family home and not some cooperate property. Cynthia and her family went above and beyond to make ourselves feel right at home. From timely responses too helpful tips too being one off the most accommodating hosts we’ve stayed with. The hospitality is truly unmatched. Can’t wait to visit again.

My cousin and I really enjoyed our stay at Marsha’s lovely home for 3 nights. We are both seasoned rental home travelers and it is hard to tell from the pictures that this home has been completely remodeled and modernized. It is in a nice neighborhood, is very clean and tidy and has new appliances, great kitchen amenities, higher end linens and very comfy beds. We would definitely stay again if/when we are in the Winchester area. Marsha was always quick to respond with any questions we may have had and was an excellent host. Thank you!!

We had 4 generations stay at Patrick's house. It was a great place for kids, fenced backyard with playground equipment, basement with pool table for the young at heart. Patrick surprised us with a carefully decorated Christmas tree for us to gather around to celebrate. There was plenty of room to gather or spread apart.

Tyler’s home was even better than I expected. Everything was clean, the house itself was very modern and cute, and anything you could have needed was available to us. Tyler is an excellent host and I recommend his home to anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting!

The condo is in a great location with beautiful views. I watched a stunning sunrise and sunset over the lake from the balcony. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you.

This space is a mother-in-law quarters attached to the owner’s home. Since they live on site, questions/problems can be resolved very quickly. When we entered, we found the space to be very clean and inviting. While the kitchen doesn’t have a stove, it does have a nice toaster oven and a small two-burner cooker if you should need it. There is also a Kuerig provided and K-cups, although they were all decaf. The couch has two recliners that are comfortable enough for sleeping. The bed is also very comfortable, not too firm or too soft. The WiFi works well. The only recommendations we would make would be to have some table or floor lamps in the sitting room, ice trays in the freezer, real dishes (paper dishes are provided), and provide more kitchen supplies such as non-stick spray, dish towels/dishcloths, and oven mitts.

Great spot within walking distance to several local businesses and restaurants. Walking distance to the water. Would definitely come back to this place.
