What an absolutely fantastic property! The home was perfect for our party of eight adults for a 50th birthday. Woodstock is the most adorable town with tons of fun things to do. You must get the stuffed bagels from moonrise. We couldn’t have expected a better experience with the house, the amenities, and The kitchen was very well appointed. I would absolutely come back here again and probably will.

Rashawn's place was great! Near downtown Albany, and plenty of sleeping space. Great for any size groups.

Lovely place in Saugerties, close to lots of great hiking and restaurants.

We love staying at Kali and Ed’s place!! I think that this was our eighth visit. It has become our home away from home. It is very comfortable, clean and spacious with a funky eclectic decor. The property is beautiful with plenty of room to hang out and for kids to run and play. The house is in the historic district of Cobleskill and many of the homes and buildings are charming. The house is walking distance to SUNY Cobleskill and coffee shops. Kali is an amazing host! Always very responsive, warm and welcoming. I am sad when we pack up to go home and then I look forward to our next stay.

Denise was thorough, responsive, prompt, and accommodating for us during our stay; it was so easy to check in and get settled in. Our dog loved it and felt right at home right away (which he doesn't always in a new space) and he/we loved going for a walk - very beautiful and peaceful. It was such a nice place to be after spending our day outside in the mountains, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much, Denise!

Nancy’s place was a great option for my stay in the area. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the couch was comfortable. As was the one bed I slept in. I was visiting for a work trip. Nancy was also incredibly responsive to any questions I had, and was offering suggestions for the area I found useful. I’m glad to have found this place. While on this trip, I did not bring my dogs, I will be sure to stay here on my next one to the area. I typically stay in hotels here, but I will do my best to stay at Nancy’s anytime visiting in the future.

Our family had a great time staying in Anneke’s house in Stockbridge; it had everything we needed and was very comfortable! The fenced yard was also great for our dog. Anneke checked in with us several times during the trip and was very responsive. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home, even better in person! Clean and cozy. Each room was stylishly and uniquely decorated. Great for large groups.

We stayed at Natalia’s house with another family with kids. The house had everything you could imagine for babies/children. It was beautiful, very nicely and thoughtfully decorated. In fact, it was nicer than the photos. Natalia was responsive and accommodating. We were so happy with the house, the location and hope to stay there again.

My friends and I had a great time at Stephen’s place. Stephen responded to any inquiries we had almost instantaneously and plowed the driveway for us in the morning when it snowed. The house was very cozy but it did get a bit cold in some of the rooms at night even with the thermostat increased but the weather outside was also unnaturally cold in the days we stayed so it wasn’t that huge of an issue. We also had a bit of an issue with ants in one of the rooms but getting rid of them wasn’t that hard. Otherwise, we had a fantastic stay and would love to come back in the summer to get use out of the pool and beautiful backyard!!

My wife and I stayed at Ron’s place for five nights for a winter getaway. We had a great stay, highlights include a comfortable king bed, a quiet setting, a cozy fireplace, and the large ground floor bathroom that feels like your own spa- we thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, huge bathtub, and rain shower. Ron was a great host and was very responsive with any questions we had. We spent many hours watching TV on the screen and projector set up, we grabbed more pillows from upstairs to add some more cushion to the leather couch downstairs.

I loved this place! It was super peaceful and secluded. The hot tub was so much fun and the kitchen was stocked with all the tools we’d need. There is definitely no service in the area so thankful that the WiFi worked. Caitlyn described everything perfectly and all the instructions and recommendations were great. If you’re going to Woodstock from here I’d recommend eating at Silvia’s.

House was very clean and comfortable. Loved the decor and bed was super comfortable and cosy. Everything was there in the house- kitchen, bathroom, hot water. Well styled decor. Spotless. Felt very private and peaceful. Location was not as picturesque as I prefer, but fairly close to sight seeing.

The house was beautiful and Rhonda was great, she was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and enjoyed the place more than Lake George :) , the hot tub and pool were great and i would recommend anyone coming to this area to definitely book the place if they get the chance.

This house was amazing. We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s wedding and had friends and family stay with us. It was plenty big enough for 7 adults, 2 teen agers and my 12 yr old son. It was fresh and clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the basement was nice to hang out and unwind after a day of shopping. Great hosts. I would definitely book again and recommend to anyone. Price is very reasonable for families traveling together or couples. 5 Stars!

Stayed at Val's place for 4 months. We were very happy here, it's extremely spacious and the furniture is very comfortable. Plus, it has everything you will ever need during your stay from a screw driver to cheese grater which is often hard to find in rentals and you end up having to buy extra supplies if staying for an extended period of time like we were. The Location is perfect, a few minutes walk to Warren Street and 5 min drive to Fairview Ave. Host is so helpful and responsive. Five + stars. Thank you Val!

Jason's home was lovely and accurately described & appointed - my friends and I spent a wonderful weekend with our pups and were even blessed by some snow! The fireplaces (yes - two!) were a great add-on and we were super excited to relax and enjoy all the home has to offer. Thanks so much again Jason! :)

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was just as described and it was a perfect little getaway for a night. Tons of little surprises in the dome! Worth every penny!

I loved staying in this home and hope to rent it again. It is just a few minutes from town and nestled in the woods. The place is beautifully decorated and has everything you need.

Hannah was extremely responsive at all times. She even provided us with Oat Milk for our coffee! The water does have a sulphur odor but no worries there is a big water dispensing for drinking if so desire. Place was clean, quiet and perfect for our stay in the Hudson Valley.

Jessica went above and beyond to be a responsive and welcoming host. The space was clean and the view was amazing! Love the area and had a great time with family and friends.

This was the ideal place for a family gathering: Roomy, private, functional and clean. There are comfortable places to hang out together and cozy spaces to privately zone out and rest. Jason is an excellent, reliable host. And those views! I definitely recommend it.
