I truly enjoyed the peacefulness of this home—it’s beautiful, relaxing, and has both a front and back porch to sit on and unwind. Just wonderful! One thing I really appreciate is how pet-friendly the home is while still being impeccably clean. I travel everywhere with my small Yorkies, and it means so much to stay somewhere that welcomes pets but doesn’t have that typical pet smell. It truly feels like home, just as I keep mine. The location is also perfect for peaceful morning and evening walks, with a beautiful park just around the corner. There’s so much to see and enjoy in the surroundings, making it a truly serene getaway.

My family members and I traveled to Matthew's place and stayed for Thanksgiving weekend. The home was very clean, uncluttered and welcoming. My musician nephew particularly enjoyed the grand piano in the living room! The location was a perfect, near shops and restaurants, with a quick walk to Bush Park. The large kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare our meal, and there were more than enough beds for our group of six. The yard was well cared for, with giant pumpkins in the garden and seeds for us to grow our own! I especially appreciated that Matthew took the time to subtly decorate for the holidays, including an Autumn floral arrangement in the entryway and Christmas mugs on the kitchen shelf. Matthew was friendly and responsive, and flexible when we asked to check in early. My family would enjoy staying in his cozy home again.

Andria’s place was perfect for my needs with ample space inside and outside. It’s also close to campus, a grocery, and coffee shop. Overall a great spot!

Beautiful home and so close to the lake. We stayed here during a visit at Brownsville for Thanksgiving with my family. This place was perfect for our family to relax comfortably after our visits in Brownsville. The kitchen was great and offered many options for us to cook some of our favorite Thanksgiving dishes there since other kitchen in Brownsville was full. Erica’s place will not disappoint.

Dan and Shelly’s home was immaculate!! It had everything we needed and so much more. They were very responsive to questions and made sure all was well with a follow up call.

This was the most comfortable stay of my entire trip. It was nice to sleep in such a comfortable bed. The home was clean and well stocked. I can tell there was a lot of time and effort put into it. Thank you!

Such a lovely peaceful place. The view is amazing. We sat on the deck watching the red-winged blackbirds and hearing them call. It is just 5 minutes from town so perfect to run in and get something. Couldn't be better and we look forward to coming back!

This was the perfect place to stay while I was in Silverton! Clean, cute, quiet and close to restaurants and shops. Not far from beautiful hiking as well. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Good communication, clear instructions, friendly greeting at the gate. Not much to look at from the outside by tghe place was clean and tidy with nice kitchenette amenities.

We came to Salem for bluebird portraits and Peter was extremely accommodating allowed us to have late checkout which made for our stay to be even that much easier. Thank you so much for a fabulous stay. We all enjoyed it. We look forward to coming back.

15 min walk to downtown restaurants. Would be a good 30 min walk to campus I think. Never heard the train. We were greeted upon arrival by two tweekers dumpster diving, but area felt generally safe. Place is in a sort of old apartment complex but it's fine for a couple night stay. Couch is comfy, one of us slept on it, and the extra blankets in the basket were appreciated. TV is good. Bathroom fine except toilet is a bit too close to bathtub and requires one to sit at a weird angle- not a real prob but it's a thing. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need if you want to make a simple meal. Parking is fine, right at the window. Other units were quiet. Good value and would stay here again, at this price point.

This place is absolutely adorable. It was quiet and peaceful. I wish I’d had more time to spend there and I will definitely stay here again. The whole town is cute and charming and Priscilla’s place fit right in with that.

Jeffrey was a wonderful host. Space was exactly as described and very clean. Beds were amazingly comfortable.

This was a good home base while moving my son into Willamette. Apartment was clean, conveniently located, comfortable beds, and good heating for a cold winter stay. Appreciated the off street parking and sound of the creek. As noted in the listing this is an older building -- it's not a fancy new place but it had everything we needed, the neighbors were friendly, and the neighborhood quiet. Amanda was a great host -- flexible, responsive, and eager to help.

I really enjoyed my stay here with my dogs. Megan was great and very helpful. The only thing to note is if you have larger dogs like I do then make sure you supervise them in the yard because the gate is very easy to open just by giving it a push (without lifting the latch). This didn’t end up being a problem for me because I didn’t use the yard that much but it’s still just something to be aware of. Overall I had a great time and would recommend staying here.

This was my third time staying at this property and I would stay here any time I'm in town. This place is perfectly located close to everything you need. It's so clean, comfortable and feels like home. I can't say enough how wonderful the hosts Brandon and Renee both are! Being communicative and responsive is one thing but they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and ensure we had a great stay! This place is a must when you're visiting Salem!
