We loved using the pool and the patio/grill area. The view and the landscaping are beautiful. The owner was helpful and responsive; she supplied firewood and charcoal. Plenty of dining space both indoors and out. Good A/C.

Our family of four (two kids - 6 and 3) statyed at Pine Lake Lodge for 2 nights over President's Day Weekend after having to leave another AirBnB that didn't have any heat (!). The transition could not have been starker: Pine Lake Lodge was as an oasis of warmth, comfort, and aesthetic beauty all around. The pictures really don't do it justice -- there are huge windows overlooking a pond and a big, spacious, high-ceiling open-concept dining room/kitchen area with a fire place. The place feels lived in, in a good way -- with family pictures and mementos all around -- but they have also decorated it beautifully and added all kinds of nice touches, like a record player and a great collection of records to play. The hosts were also flexible with our need for a late checkout on the final day. We had an absolutely wonderful time and hope to return in the future.

Susan’s farm house was perfect for enjoying a relaxing getaway with plenty of space for multiple families and kids. All of the spices are very large and honestly it’s better in person than in the pictures. We would recommend it to anyone and return again! The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you could need. And it was great being right on the winery.

Loved the location and the stay. Great communication. Just keep in mind they designed this for people who travel for pleasure. If you are a working contractor with a larger vehicle then you will have to park in a spot next door. Not a huge deal, just prepare for a long walk.

We had a great time staying at Sarah’s house for an extended winter weekend! The house has been outfitted with modern amenities with a cozy home feel. It was clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed the Record player and vinyl collection. Sarah was very responsive and provided a great recommendation for a local bakery for a delicious birthday cake. Would love to come back during the summer to use the pool and outdoor space!

This property is just WOW! Conveniently located to the best wineries Virginia has to offer but so private and beautiful. The home is world-class in its amenities, architecture, and tranquility. Jamie’s team was responsive and fantastic to book with.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location of the house was great and walkable to many locations. Yes, it is on a Main Street but we didn’t have too many issues getting in and out and it was worth it to walk to where we wanted to be! The house is very clean and well kept, it is historic and we were there when it was 20 degrees so some of the house like the owners suite downstairs was pretty cold no matter what we did. We were given a space heater which helped some and the host did their best to ease any concerns we had since we were traveling with an infant. The rest of the house was great though. And it was very clean, and had thoughtful details included like coffee, snacks and even some baby dish soaps for bottles! Would certainly stay again.

This house is perfect for a group!! It’s so charming and much bigger than it looks!! We had plenty of space for our group of 11! The upstairs is like its own little apartment. The basement is as well (full kitchen, dining and living room down there!). Communication was great, check in and out were easy and the house was nice a clean. Highly recommend!!

a unique property and experience. the pond view offered the level of privacy and relaxation needed for a valentine's day weekend. wouldn't mind staying again. I would also be interested in venturing toward a different type of themed stay offered. the add on of a couples massage was great too.

Sarah’s place was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway with friends! We enjoyed relaxing in the spacious kitchen and living room each evening and the rooms were all great sizes for our stay. Sarah’s communication was very helpful and timely. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if in the area! Seeing deer walking and squirrels playing in the backyard were added bonuses!

We loved this little house! Our dog was happy about the backyard. It is on a hill and there are somewhat steep steps to get in, so people with mobility limitations may find that difficult. But, perfect for us!

This was the second time we’ve stayed at Dean’s place and it was perfect for our family. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The backyard and windows looking out over it are beautiful. Dean was very responsive.

Great stay. Quiet neighborhood. Great location. All that Charlottesville has to offer is literally minutes away. I hope to return. My hosts were very approachable and accessible. Highly recommended.

Patricia was wonderful. we were in town for my grandmother's funeral and it turns out the hosts went to the same church. the host was super helpful and the community was wonderful. After the services we all gathered at the airbnb and we're able to create a night of lasting memories despite the circumstances. something like that would have just been different with hotel rooms. Thank you for everything Patricia ❤️

So happy to have stayed in Susanne's home! She was so warm and welcoming at our check-in and was ready to answer questions that I now see were already answered in the posting but I had overlooked hahaha. She was kind nonetheless and was helpful! My husband, 2 year old, parents, mother-in-law, and aunt & uncle stayed the weekend for a nearby wedding. We were so pleased to see that there were toys and books for our son! He absolutely loved the home, especially having ample space outside to play and see the cows too! It was a beautiful and peaceful property! Just a note that I wanted to add for future stays in case it's helpful for anyone planning - the full bathroom upstairs is shared between the single beds (bedroom 3 in the pictures) and the queen (bedroom 4). The double bed (bedroom 2) would have to enter through either of the other two rooms to use that bathroom. And then the downstairs bathroom is the only one downstairs. It worked out perfectly fine for us and our arrangements!

Judy is a wonderful host and makes you feel right at home with this beautiful home. Her hospitality is hard to find these days and she makes some delicious bread too! The home is in a prime location near wintergreen and all the cool breweries in Nelson.

Everything was perfect. Mark was available next door if we needed anything. Very convenient to downtown Crozet.

Our stay was wonderful. Everyone had plenty of room. The house was perfect for us. They put a Christmas tree up for us which was so thoughtful. Very much enjoyed our stay

We loved our stay here! All the supplies we needed for our toddler and more were available (high chair, pack and play, crib, etc). Great location. Private with plenty of room, but also near many breweries and restaurants. Host was kind and responsive, gave clear explanations for any questions in a very timely manner. I have no complaints at all!

We had a great time staying here. The house is in a great location- a minute or less from downtown Crozet restaurants and shops and very close to many nearby attractions- less than 5 minutes from Pro Re Nata Brewery and less than 10 minutes to Septenary and King Family wineries. The beds were very comfortable and the two full bathrooms were great upstairs. The house was well stocked with spices and a full kitchen. We had a question about turning the heat on and the host responded almost immediately via the app- communication was great!
