My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. I had to work some of the time, but it was a perfect get away for the both of us. There was lots to do and see. The restaurants were awesome as well as the sites. Ann's place was the perfect size and location for us. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet retreat.

The best location you can ask for! Right in the heart of the corner. As described, you need to be okay with the noise of bars and restaurants - Coupe’s is right below you and you can definitely hear the music, but you can use a sound machine and it’s fine! Thanks for a great weekend.

Very quiet and peaceful. Convenient location for anyone with activities at the University. Price was very reasonable, especially given the accommodations. Stayed two nights, but suitable for longer stay as well.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Heidi’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to UVA, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made my stay extra comfortable, including a comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, etc. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. This space is so fun and unique! It’s very cozy with a ‘historic’ charm feel to it. Easy to get inside and very clean! The best part about this place is the location. It’s located right at the downtown mall. Perfect for walking to any local venues and/or restaurants! Thanks for having us!

The studio was so comfortable and clean. Kalin was so friendly and was wonderful about responding to my texts immediately. The neighborhood is beautiful and feels very safe. Highly recommend this place! We definitely will stay here again on our next trip to Charlottesville.

We enjoyed out stay at Steven's place. Check in was smooth, the home was clean, and the beds were comfy. The location is excellent. It's a quick walk to IX Art Park and the Downtown Mall. We'll stay here again if we return to Charlottesville!

Patricia was wonderful. we were in town for my grandmother's funeral and it turns out the hosts went to the same church. the host was super helpful and the community was wonderful. After the services we all gathered at the airbnb and we're able to create a night of lasting memories despite the circumstances. something like that would have just been different with hotel rooms. Thank you for everything Patricia ❤️

I enjoyed my several months here! The location is prime, walkable to so much of downtown C’ville. The home is clean, simple, and stocked with quality necessities. The backyard is fully fenced, great for dogs, with a wild “bramble” behind, great for birdsong in the mornings. Mallory is an excellent communicator, available and responsive.

Great place for our family get together. 6 adults plus 2 toddlers had plenty of room. The crib (pack and play sheet size) and 2 high chairs were great. Great stay.

We loved staying at this place! This house and property are truly awesome! You can tell the owners care a lot about the property and making sure guests have a wonderful time. (The gifts the left for our dogs was way way Pawesome!) Things like the river trail on the property just made this very apparent and an extra special time. We knew this place was a rural destination, the gravel road you have to drive in on is very STEEP at points. As someone from Wisconsin this driving is very different. Had we not arrived till after sunset we would have had a truly awful time finding this place and without 4wd I dont want to imagine how it would of went. Show up early if you haven't driven on backroads or rural mountains. Would recommend this place to anyone! Had a great time. Thanks again to the hosts!

House and location were great. It felt rural, but close to campus/parks/shopping. Everything was clean and as advertised. Wonderful accommodations!

We enjoyed our stay at Wendy’s unit. She was responsive prior to booking and answered all of our questions. My mother was traveling with us and accessibility was key. Wendy understood our requirements and was able to meet them. We were attending a wedding and the location was perfect! The unit was even better than the photos. In fact, every aspect was perfect. Wendy, thank you for making our stay special!
