We had an incredible 11-day stay at this Airbnb! The host was outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and full of great tips for exploring the area. The neighborhood was mostly quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. The closest beach is just 5 minutes away, which was super convenient. The flat had everything we needed, and our stay was fantastic. The terrace was the highlight—an amazing spot to unwind and take in the surroundings. Highly recommend!

Great place for a family holiday, the apartment is beautiful and in a great location, everything looks just like it does in the pictures! Stefani is also a great host, she is super friendly and helpful!

Well, I hesitated writing the review. From purely selfish reasons. This is a gem I wish I could keep to myself. Location, amenities, hospitality, convenience…second to none. As soon as you go through the gates of the gated community, you feel like you entered a 5 star resort. Modern, yet classy, next to historical sites, attractions, restaurants and yes, unlimited views. And then the surprise escalates. The hosts and the apartment are simply superb. After a long trip there, we had fresh fruit, cold water and chilled wine waiting for us. The gummy bears were a special touch for a little guilty pleasure. The condo offers everything you could find in your own home. Immaculate, clean, artsy, welcoming and much more. Martin and Claudia are simply fabulous. They thought of every single detail to welcome you and make you feel at home. And if you forgot your toothbrush, you would fine one there. We can’t wait to visit again next year. Thank you so much.

Имахме абсолютно възхитителен престой в апартамента на Nikolay. Беше безупречно чисто, удобно и красиво декорирано. Домакинът беше невероятно гостоприемен и ни накара да се чувстваме като у дома си. Благодаря ,за водата оставена при пристигането ни 😊Това беше идеалното място за почивката ни . Силно препоръчвам !!!

Ne-am simțit foarte bine în acest concediu, totul a fost excelent. Studioul este foarte bine amplasat, foarte curat și cu tot ce aveai nevoie. Ne-a plăcut foarte mult faptul ca puteai ieși direct în curte lângă piscina, fiind situat la parter. Complexul este superb, cu multe piscine și restaurante, iar la 5-10 min de mers cu mașina poți ajunge la plajele Heros și Adora care sunt ff potrivite pentru copii. Recomand și vom reveni cu siguranta

I am in love with the place. Cosy, stylish, very well organised and clean apartment, I found everything needed for a comfortable stay. Antonina has taken care for the comfort of her guests, the atmosphere in the bedroom is very nice and relaxing and there are some interesting books for reading. The location is great, there is a public transport station right in front of the building and it is easy to get to the city centre and other points. A grocery, pharmacy, stadium, the Varna Grand mall are super close to the place. Antonina is welcoming, helpful and cheerful person with a great energy. My time there flew in an instant. I hope for my next visit to Varna to be able to stay longer and enjoy the place. I definitely recommend it!

The apartment was exactly as described and as shown in photos. Amazing views, central location with everything you need really close by. We were lucky as most of the neighboring apartments were not occupied, so it was really quiet and private for such a central location. We really enjoyed the terrace, where we watched sunrises and sometimes even dolphins!

We had a great time Mark's place. The apartment is in a premium location with ocean views, right in front of the pool, on the top floor (note: there is no elevator). The resort was not too crowded when we visited, the staff were friendly and all the restaurants were good. We'd stay again if we have the opportunity.

Great studio in a beautiful modern building. Very clean and cozy. Good communication with the host, being proactive and available for questions. Really professional and can definitely recommend staying at this place.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It’s located right on the beach and the view from the balcony is stunning. Right in front there is a supermarket where we found all the essentials we needed. Restaurants and shops are all around. Just in front on the beach there are both the private areas with paid beach chairs and the free public area. We didn’t feel like paying for chairs every day when we wanted to stay just a few hours in the morning, so having the option to choose worked out well for us. We travelled with our daughter so it was very practical to be able to go up at the apartment in 2-3 min to get things we forgot 😅. The equipped kitchen is also very useful when travelling with children - you can easily cook something for them, prepare snacks for the beach or heat up take away food. The building is quiet and the windows offer good isolation from the noise outside. All rooms have AC. The (paid) parking is just behind the building. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.

we had great time. apartment is luxurious with excellent sea view. even better than shown on pictures. though a little far from the beach, must have a car, otherwise not so easy to get to the sea. the pools in the area are perfect, visiting the beach is not really important.

Es ist eine schöne saubere Anlage.Gut zu erreichen. Da wir ein Auto gemietet hatten, waren alle Bereiche gut zu erreichen. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Sehr nette zuvorkommende Vermieter.Auch behilflich in allen Fragen.

Really nice beach, beautiful terrace with sea view, bathrooms a little too old, really friendly and communicative owner, thank you! A second key would be helpful for bigger groups.

The house ist very nice, very good equipment. We felt like home. The communication with Violeta was very easy und uncomplicated. We liked the private feeling and enjoyed our stay in this area.

Разположението на помещенията, удобството на самостоятелните бани и няколкото санитарни възела, оборудваната кухня ни позволиха да преживеем празника си, все едно сме си у дома! Къщата се оказа идеална за нашето голямо и обичащо се семейство! Препоръчвам къщата, независимо от сезона!

Maria’s villa was as in the description. It was spacious and clean. Maria and Steve were very responsive to our questions, for example how to work the cooker hood! They provided a lovely welcome bundle so that we didn’t need to rush out to the shops. The pool was great and larger than we expected. There is a good local shop a short walk away and two local places to eat. The place next door to the shop was fine ( the duck was good) but even better was the restaurant / pizza place that you get to walking 5 minutes further along the road from the shop and crossing the main road. ( recommend the fish soup there). There is a sandy beach, but we only went down there once, there are 197 steps down and then up again! We preferred the pool. We would love to return to Maria’s villa one day!

We had a wonderful 10 days stay at Blacksearama. The place is actually bigger than what we imagined from the pictures, although pictures are accurate. The view is amazing, the surroundings really peaceful and the host was really helpful. We got all the recommendations and guidance we needed. Our two dogs enjoyed a lot playing in the generous and well maintained garden. It was the perfect spot for our family vacation and we were three generations 😉 We would love to come back.
