We had a great stay! Beautiful views & nice location. The condo was pristine and very nicely decorated.

Lots of space in the place. Quiet side of town. We had some lovely walks from the place. The scones Edgewater were amazing! Wanaka is a beautiful town.

Great place for our short stay. Accomodations were clean and comfortable in a perfect location with everything you need a short walk away. Would happily stay here again.

Incredible spot steps from Wanaka center and with great views of the lake from living and main bed rooms. We stayed here 4 nights in December with two small kids and loved every second of it. From walking to see birds and eels down by the water to the extremely accessible and cool playground this place was a dream. And it had parking and a pool, hot tub, and exercise facility to boot! If you’re looking for comfort, access, views and perfection in Wanaka look no further!

Die Wohnung von Wayne ist super. Es war alles sehr sauber. Eine gute Ausstattung. Toller Ausblick. Alles perfekt. Auch der Schwimmbadbereich war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist perfekt, alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr gute Kommunikation. Wir hatten zu Beginn ein Problem mit einem Abfluss. Sofort wurde uns jemand geschickt. Wir hatten grad ausgepackt, da war das Problem bereits behoben. Wir haben nachgezählt. Es ist unsere 31. airbnb-Unterkunft in Neuseeland in den letzten drei Jahren und gehört definitiv zu den Top 3. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Lovely house, comfortable and clean, easy walk to lakefront, really friendly and communicative hosts.

I'm very glad we ended up staying at Lake Hāwea, as opposed to Wanaka. The lack of tourist clutter was incredibly peaceful and having the ability to walk down the lake front and essentially have the beach to yourself was spectacular. The house felt cozy, like a classic NZ bach. We only had four of us staying here, but it allowed us to spread out and enjoy our own space. I imagine having a larger group would be great too though. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. P.s. The knives in the kitchen could so with a sharpening, or replacing!

We loved having coffee and looking out on the gorgeous views of Lake Hawea every morning. Easy access to Wanaka and all the outdoor activities. Lake Hawea is a quiet oasis away from the tourist center of Wanaka and Queenstown. The house is tidy and comfortable and we could walk right out the back door to a lovely trail around the lake. There were clear instructions and recommendations for things to do and restaurants. The bathroom is modern. The kitchen is serviceable but could be updated. We were very happy with Holly’s responsiveness when we reached out about missing supplies for the house (e.g., dish soap). Would definitely stay again.

This house is on the edge of Wanaka. There are divine lake and mountain views, and whilst there are houses on either side, it is beautifully peaceful with all day sun. The house is spacious and well equipped. comminication was clear and easy. Heartily recommend. We'll be back!

Thanks Amanda. We had a fabulous break at your lovely home in Lake Hawea. The lake was breathtaking, we had a brilliant outdoor time on bikes and walks and we loved our meals at the Lake Hawea hotel.

Lovely classic kiwi home with a view! The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds were really comfortable (nice linen) and very soft The bathrooms are quite old-school but it has it's charm! The living space has a big TV and comfy couches. The back terrace is a great spot for a late morning coffee Town is walking distance (if you're commited - took us 25 mins) and the surroundings have a good walking path

This home is absolutely perfect for families or a large group. We could not have asked for a better place to spend a week together with extended family and friends. The place is huge and spacious both inside and out, with toys for the kids and nice rest areas for the adults to relax and socialise. The location is stunning, private and so easily accessible to the lake and the trail that takes you to town. We would 100 percent stay here again if we could! Julian is a fantastic host and always did his best to help if we needed it, which wasn’t often as the place is fully kitted out.
