la casa cueva es una monería, tal cuál las fotos... muy cómoda y si buscas tranquilidad, la tendrás. el pueblo lo tienes a tres minutos... lo único que no lleves tacones por las cuestas que hay. Paco y Claudia son unas maravillosas personas muy atentos y amables. la mini piscina fue espectacular mis hijos y nosotros la disfrutamos a tope.el jardín es precioso e ideal para los desayunos y cenas. cocina muy bien equipada. y por las noches de verano no te enteras del calor. sitio muy recomendable

El sitio es estupendo, con un canal de agua que corre junto a la casa, refrescando el ambiente. Hay, sin embargo, relativamente pocos mosquitos. Todas las ventanas tienen mosquiteras y eso ayuda. La casa está muy bien equipada, en especial la cocina, con todo lo necesario y una enorme vajilla. La única pequeña pega es que la finca no está vallada y pasa gente y bicicletas por la misma puerta, lo cual resta intimidad. La piscina y la temperatura del agua han sido geniales.

We really liked Maria's house. We could see the whole valley and the town of Yuanquera from the pool. It was absolutely quiet and we were able to relax just as we had planned. During the day we lay by the pool and in the late afternoon we switched to a very nice seating area under olive trees for a cocktail hour. In the evenings we usually sat on the terrace, played cards and had a good time. Yunquera is a nice little place that you can walk to to go shopping for everything you need. On the property there are many different fruit trees (peaches and figs), grapevines, tomato bushes and peppers or even aubergines and almond trees. Every now and then the gardener brought us fruit or tomatoes, which just tasted wonderful. It was very nice with Maria :)

Wir hatten schon viele nette Gastgeberinnen, aber was wir hier erlebt haben war nochmal herzlicher. Die Gastgeberin spricht nur wenige Worte englisch, aber wir konnten uns Problemlos und ohne große Mühe verständigen. Kleine Gesten und Geschenke haben uns den Aufenthalt versüßt und die Speisen waren super. Wir hatten nicht damit gerechnet koreanische Gerichte in Marokko zu essen und dann auch noch so gut! Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und hat einen ganz eigenen Charakter. Die Kletterfelsen sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und können es nur weiter empfehlen :)

The cave house was the more exciting booking for our road trip around Andalucia, and didn't disappoint.I previously stayed at one further out that was more barren;Los Balcones is set in a valley with a canyon below,which offered beautiful and adventurous walks.We only stayed one night so were unable to explore the nearby astropark or find out about restaurants etc.We had the place to ourselves and although out of season,the pool was filled and very clean,as well as fun and charming in design.Our cave house was carefully furnished and decorated and our hosts had lit the fire for our arrival - a very efficient wood-burning stove that made us very comfortable.Juan and Pepa were so kind,we arrived later than estimated and kept them waiting for hours to my shame,but they were patient and sunny with us despite the inconvenience.They are great people with a wonderful vision for this ambitious project to restore the cave community,and I wish them the best. We hope to return for longer.x

Where to begin? Our stay at the caves was amazing. Juan, Pepa y Manuel were fantastic hosts. We felt immediately at home from the moment Juan and Pepa greeted as we drove onto the property. The were so very, very warm, nice, intelligent and authentic. The caves were stylishly decorated and the temperature inside was a "cool" welcome from the heat outside. It was such a unique experience! Our two kids loved staying in the caves and playing at the pool. There were several other families staying in the caves and we had a few combined meals. It really was magical! This place is the real deal if you are looking for a tranquil place to get away and soak up some beautiful Andalucían canyon country! 100% recommendable!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à la Cueva ! Le logement est calme et la piscine magnifique. Excellent emplacement pour visiter la région. Notre hôte a été très serviable.

I liked the place so much, I booked it for an extra extended period. Everything was so peaceful and wonderful. Life is very slow in a very good way in the tiny village of Berwawa. Even though I stayed in the winter, I was plenty warm inside my bedroom with the heater on low. We had some nice rains while I was there and some very clear and sunny days. The rolling green hills looked just like a postcard. So picturesque with olive trees dotting the landscape. The locals continued to be super welcoming and I had no problems whatsoever. Note: The locals here don’t speak much of any English, but we had fun having deep conversations with the Google Translate app for instant spoken word translation. Power remained consistent as well as Maroc Telecom 4G connectivity. Note: Other carriers may have issues, but you’ll probably want Maroc Telecom anyhow since you’ll have the greatest coverage, country-wide. I came to Berwawa to get away from distractions and focus on working and writing music. It was so perfect there that I developed some great playing techniques far beyond my expectations! Mohammed was super accommodating and came to pick me up at short notice when my plans changed and I moved on to Fes. Now, sitting in my sweeping-panorama-view apartment inside the old Fes medina, I find myself missing the tranquility of Berwawa. I wish I could have stayed longer. Never once did I feel unsafe, and I had everything I needed from the local farming villagers or from the little store in-town. Even though I don’t have any specialized “farm lore” skills, I never felt inconvenienced by the simplicity of the accommodations and had no troubles with my daily routine whatsoever. I felt relieved to dial things back and simplify my life for a moment while I unwound in the serenity of it all. I just discovered that there’s taxi service which makes a round trip between Fes and Berwawa each day. The cost is 60MAD (about $6.50USD) per-seat, each way. A bargain since it take 2-3 hours each way. This alone makes Berwawa easily accessible for tourists wanting to get away from it all to enjoy the fresh air, clean water, and the wonderful produce from the bountiful Rif Mountain region. Here, there is no fear of getting ripped off by greedy touts looking to fleece you as you'll find in the tourist traps. This never occurred here. Berwawan's are an honest and honorable people in my opinion. Mohammed’s place has been an amazing experience. Truly the highlight of my entire Moroccan tour. Renting the entire ½ acre citrus, olive and vegetable farm with the large adobe farmhouse proved to be not only a great deal for the money, but an untapped area where there are zero tourists, and local hospitality abounds. I’ll never forget the friendships I made there since you’ll be treated as family with a genuineness of heart that is such a rarity in the world today. Thank you again, Mohammed. You and your family will always hold a dear place in my heart and I hope to come again to Berwawa sooner than later!

Nous avons été accueillis par Corinne qui est une hôte formidable et je pèse mes mots elle est au petit soin et très agréable vous ferez connaissance de sa maman qui et a l'image de Corinne et aussi des différents animaux de Corinne . Vous êtes dans un havre de paix au milieu des oliviers et orangeraie tout et clôturé et sécurisé. La maison et top pour se ressourcer dans le calme . Beautiful cave in the Sacromonte district of Granada. The views are amazing from the terrace especially of the Alhambra. Peaceful place to be. It’s around a 30 min walk into the centre of Granada.

La casa es impresionante y todo muy limpio y en perfectas condiciones. Nos pillaba un poco lejos del evento al que íbamos y la carretera muy complicada, pero justo lo que queríamos para descansar sin ruidos y en plena naturaleza. Mercedes muy atenta, nos ayudo sobre el tema del transporte al evento.
