Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der Unterkunft von Enrique und haben die Nähe zum Strand sehr genossen.

Nicolas was a great host. He agreed to a late check in and even come to meet us at the airport. The place is very clean and he is eager to help and easy to communicate with. The bus station is literally in the front of the building and the metro is at 5 minutes walk. We would definitely come back.

Tout était parfait ! Logement d’une propreté irréprochable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour (produits d’hygiène, serviettes, café et condiments). La pièce de vie est très grande et agréable à vivre. La chambre parentale avec sa salle de bain privée est très bien. Les deux autres chambres disposent également d’une salle bain avec baignoire dans le couloir. Accueil parfait, Magda est d’une gentillesse extraordinaire. La climatisation se trouve dans le couloir qui donne accès aux chambres. Elle permet de passer une nuit au frais ce qui est très appréciable avec les chaleurs. La vue est simplement magnifique ! Le garage à côté de l’appartement avec la place privée est un vrai plus même si nous n’avons pas eu de soucis pour nous garer en face de l’appartement. Rapport qualité prix parfait ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

This apartment was so beautiful and perfect for my large group (8 guests). The hosts were continuously available and quick at responding. As well as able to help out with our check in after a delayed flight!

The place is perfect for us - close to the beach, with enough space for a family (the study turned into a 3rd bedroom), very homely and cosy - it really is a home away from home! But what stood out was Naty and Adonai’s kindness and genuine concern for us, something that is very rare to find in a rental. From the minute we arrived, Naty treated us like family, being so warm especially to my children. We were there during the storm/DANA in Valencia and we felt really safe. A day after the storm, we checked out to go to another destination but encountered difficulty going out of Valencia. Despite not being their problem, Adonai went out of his way to help us find an alternative accommodation, making sure that we were safe and had a place to stay that night. Naty also sent us government warnings and info on road closures to help with our journey. We were so lucky to have met people like them. They embody the true spirit of an airbnb, the human connection and compassion.

Apartamento bien ubicado con todas las comodidades. Moderno y totalmente equipado. La zona es tranquila (siempre y cuando no haya partido, supongo). Sin duda, repetiríamos. Hemos estado como en casa.

Carlos jest bardzo miłą i przyjazną osobą. Odpowiada natychmiastowo na informacje. Kontaktował się przed przyjazdem, w trakcie pobytu i po. Przekazał cenne informacje, czułem się zaopiekowały. Apartament była zgodny ze zdjęciami.

El apartamento es incluso mejor que en las fotos. Bonito y muy bien equipado. La limpieza impecable y olía de maravilla. La comunicación con el anfitrión ha sido muy buena y él se ha mostrado amable y disponible en todo momento. Sin duda, lo recomiendo.

Deze ruimte was geschikt voor een gezin van vier. Fijn om een keukentje te hebben. Gio/ Juan waren erg behulpzaam en reageerden snel op mijn vragen. De airbnb ligt heel dicht bij de wijk Carmen, we konden heel veel lopen. Leuke cafeetjes en restaurants in de buurt.

By far the best Airbnb we had during our three months in Valencia. Unlike many lodging options, Kelly's Torrefiel apartment is beautifully lit, thoughtfully furnished, and really feels like home. The beds are comfortable and the kitchenware is decent—increasingly rare attributes! You're not in the thick of the city center, but you are a block from a grocery store and right on a bus line which can get you to La Xerea in 20 minutes. Kelly is also the ideal Airbnb host, as she is helpful and kind while also giving you your space. If we ever come back, we know where we're staying!

Super séjour super

Alojamiento super acogedor y trato magnífico!!! Sin duda volveremos!

Boendet var super fint, precis som på bilderna! Fint städat och lätt att hålla rent under vistelsen. Boendet är 3 minuter från mercado och trevligt gångavstånd till de mesta egentligen. Olga var en super host verkligen! Svarade alltid snabbt och hade enkla instruktioner och glatt humör. Skulle absolut rekommendera detta om någon ska till Valencia.

Wonderful place to stay in Valencia! Located within short walking distance of both the train station and metro, which made it very easy to explore the city. Adri met us outside upon our arrival and showed us around the place, which was very helpful. Would highly recommend if you are planning a trip to Valencia!

l appartement a une très bellel vue, il est spacieux et bien équipé pour 6. le linge de maison est de très bonne qualité , les prestations aussi. l hôte est très attentionné, il y avait bcp de produits offerts pour notre accueil. Julian est resté en contact avec nous durant notre séjour , il nous a toujours conseillé, bien que nous ne l' ayons pas rencontré son voisin Noé étant venu très gentillement nous accueillir pour lui. Merci.

Lägenheten med Oscar som värd var över förväntan. Sköna sängar, tyst sovrum, välutrustat och funktionellt kök, stort härligt badrum, fantastiskt läge i trevliga och mysiga kvarter, nära till bageri, matmarknad och en mängd restauranger och caféer. Vår värd Oscar var mycket tillmötesgående och mån om att vår vistelse skulle bli så bra som möjligt.

Everything went perfectly, the apartment was a delight, we felt very welcome, and Javier was the perfect host. he was friendly, helpful and immediately responsive - even when we locked ourselves out on a Saturday night!

El departamenro de Justo fue amor a primera vista y no defraudo. Ademas de todas las comodidades q ofrece tiene un piano en la sala que para cualquier aficionado (como es el caso de nuestra familia) fue un plus. Justo es muy abierto y bondadoso con su espacio, comparte su hogar y sus bienes como si sus huespedes fueran familia. Te deja su musica, sus libros, sus bebidas con total confianza. Nos recibio con un aperitivo al llegar y estuvo en contacto previo a cada momento. El departamento tiene aire acondicionado en cada ambiente, ban̈os completo en cada habitacion. Lavadora, lavavajilla. Te deja elementos de playa, espacio en sus placares. Tiene agua filtrada en el grifo q parece una pavada pero resuelve enormemente la logística diaria. Se encuentra a distancia a pie de la Ciudad de la Ciencias y el Parque Gulliver. En fin, sin duda lo recomiendo y volveria (es cierto q tiene un tema de olor al accionar el ban̈o principal pero me temo que q un tema generalizado de Valencia y no propio)

A pesar de empezar con un pequeño incidente con la calefacción, Anthony estuvo pendiente desde el primer momento y nos lo solucionó muy rapidamente. Piso amplio y comodo. Anfitrion amable y atento. Repetiremos en futuras visitas.

Excellent séjour chez Alicia, l’appartement était très agréable. Il est très bien équipé et conformes à toutes les photos. Compter 40 min à pied pour la plage, 15 min à pied pour l’Oceanographic et les musées attenants. 15 min pour le centre ville. Magasin de vélo de location vraiment bon marché « like bike rent » à 5 min. Métro pour l’aéroport à moins de 15 min à pied. Un supermarché « Consum » a 20m. Un super séjour, très agréable on recommande !

Recomandam cu caldura apartamentul de 5 stele situat in centrul de interes al Valenciei, luminos, curat, frumos, dotat cu orice am avut nevoie dar mai mult , am beneficiat de gratia si cunostintele pretioase ale gazdei noastre Maria,, autentica Valenciana, care pentru noi si fiica noastra a fost ghid in ce sa vizitam , sa mancam si unde sa facem cumparaturi. Gracias Maria ❤️, ne reintoarcem curand.

Es un lugar precioso, con todas las comodidades y llevado adelante por Mari que es súper atenta a todo lo que necesitamos.
