Roxanne was more than accommodating. My family and I found ourselves having to stay in Albuquerque for over a month due to an unexpected tragedy. Roxanne’s place was perfect for us. The location very convenient and she went above and beyond. I would highly recommend!

We have stayed here a couple times now and its one of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Love the house, the neighborhood and the town. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The hosts are always super friendly and responsive as well.

Shannon was very responsive to my questions and requests. When mentioned that the kitchen could use a large non-scratch spoon to use with the non-stick pots she immediately ordered a complete set of non-stick utensils and had them delivered the very next day.

A quiet peaceful place to get away from it all. We found the location ideal in it's beautiful setting as well as being convenient to both Albuquerque and Santa Fe. The host was clear and responsive in all communications. Expectations were clear and reasonable. We found everything we needed in the house. A great stay which we recommend to others.

The backyard is like a mini park, very beautiful landscaping! The house is next to a kinda busy street, so there is a little noise from time to time. We were so grateful for a beautiful and safe place to stay while we were in town to visit friends.

This was a very nice little two bedroom. They paid a lot of attention to small details which was very noticeable from the mirror on the wall to help show where you could plug in chargers on the back of the desk to plenty of different types of coffee and teas. The kitchen Was stocked a lot better than many other airbnbs I've been to. It had a really nice front porch area with seating and a grill. there's places to put our suitcase and our clothes and they had really put a lot of time thought and effort into making this a sweet spot for a short vacation. I definitely look for this place for the next time I'm visiting Albuquerque!

we had 2 nights at Billys place and it was great Everything you needed and more! Hot tub, games area was a nice touch! Very clean and loads of equipment as well, would stay again if I ever returned to New Mexico!

This was my second stay at Jimmy’s, and I had another great experience. The apartment is very close to the University, and the full kitchen and the laundry room are great amenities.

Love the Unit and the location feels like home, we used the fitness facility, pool and hot tub, this is my second time staying there and have recommended to my daughter and a friend.

Courtney was a very friendly and responsive host and she did everything she could to make our stay as pleasent as possible. The kitchen had more than average spices and dishes which would be great for a longer stay. There's a little back yard between the buildings that had shade, a little Cafe table and even a grill. It was good for our little dog to relieve himself too. The top bunk bed is a little rickety so probably only good for kids not teens. The space is super cute and unique. You can tell Courtney put her heart into designing the space. We had a hot couple days on the shoulder season, before the swamp cooler was up and running (still freeze danger) and it was necessary to have fans to sleep comfortably. Thankfully Courtney was on it and even bought another one for the apartment while we were there. Thanks for being a great host, Courtney!

I will book again and again! Everything I needed for a longer stay. Thomas offers help checking in and available at a moments notice if needed. But did not need anything. This place is homey, easily accessible to university, restaurants and shops. Quiet neighborhood that felt ( and is ) safe. Thank you !

Very quiet and lovely place. As an architect i was impressed with the stainless steel “kitchen on a wall” unit on the wall. My only issue was there was no kleenx in the place, so i used TP. No real issue there of course, just something i noticed. I recommend this casita without reservation.

I just had an amazing stay at an Airbnb that I can't stop raving about! The host was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was perfect. From the moment I booked, they reached out to provide helpful information about the area and even offered to adjust my check-in time to fit our needs. The space itself was fantastic—spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. Location-wise, it was ideal, close to great restaurants and attractions. I truly appreciate how the host made me feel at home, and I can't recommend this Airbnb enough. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking for a friendly and welcoming place to stay. The home was a good place for us to stay in while Albuquerque to work on my mother-in-laws house. We felt comfortable there which was nice after a few days of hard work.

Great townhouse in downtown Albuquerque. Very clean and comfortable. Near all kinds of shops and restaurants and easy access to UNM and other points in the city, but peaceful and quiet. Jeanne is an excellent host.

Had a great stay at Douglas’s. Walkable to many restaurants and grocery stores and close to the university. We had everything we needed and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend. Douglas was an excellent host.

Perfect place. I would've love to have stayed longer. I felt at home as soon as I walked in.
