We wanted to ski at Smuggler’s Notch for Presidents’ Day weekend. We found Sherry’s lake house in Milton VT. It was better than the pictures. Cozy and relaxing with a beautiful lake view. We almost didn’t want to leave the living room overlooking the lake. Sherry and her husband are fantastic hosts and I would definitely stay here again. They are proactive hosts who naturally know how to make their guests comfortable. Overall we had a great time and the kids were sad to leave. Highly recommend for a family of four.

Shauna’s home was well maintained, clean, and well stocked with the essentials. We had a large party, and everyone was able to hang out together but also find smaller spaces for quiet time. It is very close to town, while also being an easy 20 minute drive from Whiteface. We would love to stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Molly's house on the lake. The area is rural and beautiful; we spent days kayaking, cycling to nearby islands, and just sitting on the back patio enjoying the lake. Molly was responsive and friendly.

This is a spectular place for a retreat. You can see Ash and Ryan have put a lot of thought and love into this property. Theyve designed it in a way that you can really unwind and relax - both inside and out! The setting is so serene and magical and the Sauna on the lakefront takes it to another level. Ash and Ryan were very helpful and responsive throughout the process including with very detailed directions. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. This was the perfect spot for our family trip. Plenty of room for 8 adults. The house is private and there’s lots to do close by. We swam, golfed, hiked, and made day trips to Burlington VT and Montréal. The sunsets by the dock were amazing. I loved this property and would visit again if available.

Second time staying here, and it always makes for the perfect vacation! I leave feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. There’s no better view to wake up to than the gorgeous snow covered trees and morning sun rising over Chazy Lake. We can’t wait to come back again and again! Especially grateful for the flexible check in/out time since no one else had booked around our winter stay. Thank you!!

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour en amoureux ! L’endroit est bien situé, avec des voisins à proximité, mais offre tout de même une bonne intimité. Tout était impeccablement propre et extrêmement bien équipé. Il est rare de trouver un Airbnb avec une cuisine aussi bien fournie. Nous avions choisi cet endroit spécialement pour profiter du foyer, mais nous avons eu une petite frousse en tentant de refermer la porte une fois le feu allumé. Heureusement, le propriétaire a été très réactif, nous a donner les explications pour la remettre en place et nous a assurés que des mesures étaient en cours pour la réparer. Le seul autre petit bémol concerne la taille des bûches, qui étaient tellement longues qu’elles rentraient à peine dans le foyer. En devant les plaer en diagonale, elles touchaient difficilement les braises, ce qui compliquait la réalisation d’un beau feu. Malgré cela, nous sommes vraiment heureux de notre séjour. Nous prévoyons déjà d’y revenir cet été pour profiter du lac !

Chalet très mignon au bord de l'eau, avec un grand bureau idéal pour du télétravail avec une belle vue sur le lac. Situé dans une très belle région, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Our stay was amazing! We were moving our daughter into her dorm at UVM and were in Burlington for a week. We decided to stay here rather than a hotel near campus. It was the best decision ever. Jack and Robin’s cottage was the perfect place to prepare for dorm move-in. We were able to get out and explore the area. The sunrises over Lake Champlain were beautiful while we drank our morning coffee. Walks on the causeway were great for watching sunsets. 10/10 will stay here again when we visit our daughter at UVM. Go Catamounts!

Sarah’s place is warm and cozy, even when it’s bitter cold outside. A beautiful location next to a lovely creek. Easy to get to and located right in town with some good amenities and restaurants.

Lisa is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We love love her place, amazing place to stay specially in summer!!! Amazing view, everything is provided. Love 1000/10❤️🥰

Sophie keeps a very clean and very well-organized place. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We didn't realize that both bedrooms and bathrooms would be downstairs, but it made it feel like two separate places, which we didn't mind. The beds are very soft and comfy. The place is located on a street corner. It is super quiet and very rural, but not private or close to anything. There are neigbours on all sides and no curtains at all upstairs in the kitchen and living room. This means anyone going by can see you, especially at night. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of skiing. Sophie was great at communicating with us even checking in half way through our stay to make sure all was well. Thanks for a great stay, Sophie.

The house was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. Sue was super with communication and very kind.

If you are looking for a comfy cabin to stay in, stop looking. You found it! 10/10 cozy, warm and wonderful

Our stay at the ZaLo waterfront cabin was nothing short of peaceful and cozy. The space had everything we needed to make the most of our winter stay. We especially enjoyed utilizing the fully stocked kitchen to enjoy homemade meals and braving the cold to warm up in the conveniently located hot tub. Jon and his family were extremely welcoming and communicative. It’s apparent they take pride in their spaces and truly enjoy making experiences memorable for others.

Kristy’s cabin was beautiful and in a gorgeous scenic spot with a great view of the mountains and lake. She was very quick to respond to questions , and the cabin was stocked with all the items and amenities like kayaks and comfy beach chairs that you would ever need for an Adirondack lake vacation. The location is nice and quiet and the neighboring cabins were well maintained. Just a few steps from the beach and the water was 80 degrees! A+++++ hostess and cabin. I doubt you could do better on either count.

We had a very quiet and peaceful stay, the view of the lake at sunset and sunrise was phenomenal, the cabin felt like home

Patricia was a lovely host. The place was clean, smelled like pines, it was cozy and warm. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. At night, you could see the stars and hear the wind blow through the trees like in a movie. The coffee machine was amazing too! We loved every second of it, and the kindness Patricia showed making sure we had a good time. Only complication we had during our stay was one of the guests became addicted to the Uno game from the board games drawer 😝🧡!

This house was perfect for our family, the kids loved being right by the lake. Having a fire pit, grill, water activities and quick access to the main roads made for a great weekend. The place was immaculate with more than enough for our stay.

this cottage was perfect for our getaway. from the sunrise coming up over the mountains and lake to kayaking the lake and just pure peace and serenity. the views were amazing and not too far away from stowe and the capital. I would come back and stay here again and again. suggest to have 4 wheel drive as dirt roads going to cottage but so worth it. the screened in porch was our favorite place to be. fall foliage beautiful. highly recomrecommend
