Alcalá de Guadaíra : locations de vacances qui acceptent les fumeurs

Hemos estado muy cómodas en el apartamento, de Manuel, situado en una comunidad muy tranquila i agradable. Hemos visitado todo a pie desde el alojamiento. Nosotras llegamos en avion pero el apartamento ofrece parking (que nosotras no utilizamos) Tiene una cocina completa que nos permitió desayunar alli. De todos modos tiene una cafeteria estupenda al lado de la entrada al edificio que utilizamos el dia de nuestra llegada. El wifi funcionaba perfecto. Manuel nos contesto siempre de manera ràpida y eficiente. Nos aconsejó donde dejar nuestro equipaje el dia de nuestra partida y nos permitió dejarlo antes del check-in (estaban limpiando tras la salida del grupo anterior), cosa que nos facilitó empezar a disfrutar de la ciudad. El departamento es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, éramos 4 personas y estábamos muy cómodos. Las camas eran muy cómodas, tiene todo lo que se necesita! Guiños en auto así que el parking fue muy cómodo tenerlo en el mismo edificio Queda a 20 minutos camindando de la catedral, de la giralda, tiendas, etc Muy cerca hay gran cantidad de bares y restaurantes. José nos dio muchísimas recomendaciones de lugares de interés y de restaurantes . Gracias Jose, sin duda volveremos a alojarnos en tu departamento en nuestra próxima visita a Sevilla

Die Lage ist für alle Stadttouristen in Sevilla ideal und es hat an wirklich nichts gefehlt in der Unterkunft! Zudem waren mehrere Schlüssel vorhanden und unserer Wunsch nach einem flexiblen Check-In wurde auch erfüllt! Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sevilla’nın merkezinde olması, sakin ve nezih bir ortamda bulunması, temiz ve ihtiyacımız olan herşeye evde ulaşabiliyor olmak ve uygun fiyatının olması paha biçilmezdi. Yine gelirsem aynı yerde kalmak isterim. Herşey için teşekkürler

Tomás es un excelente anfitrión: amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Estuvo para recibirnos a pesar de la lluvia y respondió con prontitud a todas nuestras preguntas y solicitudes. El departamento es muy acogedor, aislado del bullicio y sin embargo a 2 minutos a pie de la zona monumental de Sevilla. Las camas nos parecieron muy cómodas, la temperatura y presión del agua fueron adecuadas, todos los electrodomésticos funcionaron sin problemas y en general el departamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos y la descripción. A pesar de la constante lluvia , disfrutamos de Sevilla y Andalucía en gran manera. Estamos muy agradecidos con las atenciones de Tomás y recomendamos este departamento para estancias largas. Pasamos 3 semanas como si estuviéramos “en casa”.

Location Location Location! 5 star location close to the bars, restaurants, everything local! Very non touristy - at least when I was there. Not an American fastfood chain in sight! Everything is local! It makes me love it even more. The check in was easy and was shown into the apartment by Cristina. The apartment is quite spacious. Has AC, and other comforts. It felt like someone’s home than an airbnb. Instantly felt at home. The building didn’t have a lift, but 3 flights are good! But you are already warned while booking about the absence of a lift. I would stay here next time happily! It was a great stay!

Absolutely loved our stay in this Seville apartment! The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city and easily walkable to all the main sights, shops, and restaurants. The space was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend!

La casa está fenomenal, el tiempo no nos acompañó para disfrutar de la parte exterior pero está super bien.

Una estancia preciosa para disfrutar con tus perretes. interiores y exteriores cuidados al detalle. Lo mejor, ellos, los anfitriones, Ismael, Sofía y Brenda muy atentos y amables en todo momento, desde la llegada hasta la salida. Espero volver pronto!

Notre séjour chez Isabel a été formidable, le plus bel air BNB que nous ayons fait ! le jardin est paisible, une oasis de fraîcheur au milieu de la chaleur de seville. la piscine et la terrasse sont très agréable, la maison est jolie, bien meublée et agréable à vivre. la literie est très bonne, et la maison reste fraîche quand il fait 34 degrés dehors. Isabel est une hôte très gentille, de part sa disponibilité et ses attentions, ainsi que son chien duque qui a été de bonne compagnie pour nous et notre chienne. il est facile de se garer dans la rue, et le bus est a quelques centaines de mètres, qui mène au métro rapidement. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement, que nous quittons à regrets.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Puri. Le logement était facile d’accès et l’entrée très facile également. Idéalement placé nous avons pu tout faire à pieds avec des bars et restaurants à proximité. Le nombre de salles de bains par rapport au nombre de chambres est très bien aussi car nous étions 12 et c’était vraiment pratique. Il y a aussi plein d’espaces de vie. Coup de cœur pour la terrasse sur le toit qui est vraiment un plus ! Info pratique, un locker se trouve juste en face du logement, pour le jour du départ c’est très pratique. Je recommande ce logement sans hésiter.

We spent a week at Teresa’s place with our two children, aged 4 and 2, and we greatly appreciated Teresa’s kindness and helpfulness! The house is practical, located in a residential area about 20 minutes from Seville. Teresa kindly provided us with a small space heater, which was very much needed given the cold morning temperatures! It was winter, so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool (note: it doesn’t have a cover). The children loved the outdoor toys and picking lemons in the garden. Thank you so much, Teresa, for everything you did for us – the kids are still talking about you!

Alojamiento limpio, zona tranquila, cerca de Sevilla, con mucho espacio en el jardín y bien equipado. Yolanda estuvo siempre muy atenta en todo momento.

Ana Maria is very kind, warm and caring host. The house has a lot of character and very comfortable. Although it's clear that the place is a work in progress, it was perfect for us and was a very relaxing stay especially after the busy 3 weeks of traveling around Andalucía. It's proximity to the airport made early departure easy. The property is quiet and it was a true delight to watch the peacocks! The kitchen is well equipped and Ana Maria provided tons of supplies for breakfast and snack. The delucious home made egg and potatoe tortilla and eggs from her chickens were a wonderful surprise when we arrived. The wonderful wine tasting with the homemade pate and the local cheese was so much appreciated, especially given the what the family was going through at the time. Thank you for very much Ana Maria for your kindness and hospitality!

La casa di Nkoula è veramente perfetta per un gruppo numeroso: noi eravamo in 9 ed abbiamo usato le 6 stanze da letto disposte su 3 piani ed i 5 bagni a disposizione . Tutti gli ambienti sono puliti, perfetti e ben tenuti, la casa e2grandissima e le stanze hanno i letti molto comodi. La cucina al primo piano è molto bella e funzionale, perfetta per una colazione tutti insieme. Insomma abbiamo passato 2 giorni fantastici anche grazie alla cortesia di Nkoula e la sua bella casa . Grazie ancora, alla prossima vacanza nella fantastica Siviglia!!

Estancia cómoda en el centro de Carmona con todo lo necesario, atención y amabilidad de los anfitriones,bonitas vistas y flexibilidad a la hora de la salida.

말로 다 할 수 없을만큼 너무 좋았습니다! 세비야는 에스더로 기억될 거예요 :) 5살 딸과 저 둘이서 4박 이용했는데 그동안 에스더가 제 딸을 너무 예뻐해줘서 오늘 체크아웃하고 차에서 작별인사하는데 아이가 펑펑 울더라구요 ㅜ 그리고 에스더에게는 귀여운 강아지 1마리와 예쁜 고양이 3마리가 있는데 매일 오전 내내 아이랑 저랑 강아지랑 고양이랑 노느라 외출은 늘 오후에 했답니다! 아침식사와 커피 우유 등을 챙겨주시고 저는 에스더가 너무 좋아서 2번 저녁 식사를 같이했어요! 에스더는 스페인어만 하시고 저는 영어만 가능해서 구글 트랜슬레이터로 실시간으로 소통했는데 정말 즐거웠어요! 제가 아주간단한 한식을 해드렸더니 저와 제 아이에게 디저트도 챙겨주시고 심지어 맛있는 칵테일까지!! 세비야 도시자체도 너무 좋았지만 저에게 세비야는 늘 에스더로 기억될겁니다! 아참 동네는 정말 안전하고 평화롭습니다! 시내까지는 버스 한번이면 가고 심지어 에스더는 버스카드까지 빌려주셨어요! 담엔 아이와함께 여름에 방문해서 에스더랑 수영장도 같이 가기로했어요:) 그리울거예요 에스더! 제 아이가 옆에서 많은 키스를 보냅니다:)

What stands out immediately is the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of Enrique, Maria and their two (grownup) children. The apartment is light, with a large outside terrace…. a big plus in the right weather. The bed and bedding are lovely and comfortable. The location is excellent if you are travelling by car as the roads leading to the apartment are very spacious and of course you have the private parking. It is also a good location if you are using public transport or just want to walk into the centre. One small problem could be if you are a light sleeper, as there are bars across the street which can make the late evenings a bit of challenge.

Wonderful location on the top floor with panoramic view of Catedral de Seville, Real Alcazar, and plaza below. Penthouse is spacious, spotlessly clean, and includes many amenities. Short walk to many places and in the heart of lots of restaurants. Host is fast to respond and flexible. Quiet at night and can hear music from the square below in the morning. Thanks for hosting us!
