Alcantara : locations de vacances

The house was perfect for our visit to the Catania area. All 3 bedrooms were clean, air conditioned, and spacious with private baths. The pictures in the listing show exactly what you can expect. The outside patio and porch areas are beautiful and great for enjoying a morning coffee and evening beverage. Marco worked with us to accommodate an early check-in. He promptly responded to all of our requests and concerns. The house is gated so privacy and security was not a concern.

Warmly recommended . Confirm what many have written. 5 minute walk to little town has everything for your basic needs. Fabulous cafe on Main Street. Cheese shop that has fresh bursts and mozzarella. House has all the facilities anyone could need on a vacation whether young or old, including a basil plan for salads!! Everything is clean and has been thought of and taken care of. Plenty of space for 9 people. Beautiful gardens and pool. We were sorry we could not take more advantage of pool as weather was not great. The bbq area is unbelievable. Good value if you go with 9 people. Close to Giardini a holiday town and Taormina, which is pretty but full of tourists. Need a car to get around but close to Giardini which has access to all buses and trains. Finally as has been said the owners are helpful and kind and available at all times to help.

Property has absolutely delightful outside space and the master bedroom is fantastic. The kitchen is very well equipped. The check in instructions could be clearer on the listing, and the address took us to the next road, but Roberta was a delight to deal with and quickly put us right - they could enhance the check in instructions because until they messaged, we weren’t clear quite what we were doing. The second and third bedrooms are fine and comfortable, but not all that big, with a toilet upstairs but the shower for those two downstairs. The pool, outdoor furniture etc are amazing, as are the views. They had a very helpful tour/taxi organiser who they put us in touch with, who sorted out wine tastings, taxis and boat trips for us, all of very good quality and not overly expensive for what you got. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved the wild garden with fruits and vegetables to eat. It was close to the sea, the kitchen was well equipped, the bed was really comfortable and the best thing were the cats, especially Lady and Mitu. They stole our heart! Aci Castello is easily reachable with 20 min walk.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön. Ich bin gemeinsam mit einer Freundin gereist und wir hatten den gesamten Gartenbereich, den Pool, sowie die Küche für 7 Tage nur für uns. Wir haben uns ein Auto gemietet und konnten dieses auch im Hof parken. Der Ort Monterosso ist nicht sehr touristisch, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat um einen Einblick in das Leben der Einheimischen zu erhalten. Zu dem Zimmer kann ich nur sagen, dass es sehr ordentlich und alles notwendige vorhanden war. Das einzige was man wissen sollte ist, dass das Bett etwas hart ist. Ansonsten war wirklich alles super. Der Aufenthalt hat uns super erholt und sehr gut gefallen.

We had a delightful visit to the villa. 8 adults shared the space and enjoyed the accommodations. It is as advertised in the pictures. A wonderful rustic villa on a large working farm of olive trees and grapes, with a few sheep. Bed rooms and bath room were what we expected. We used the pool several days and it is large with spectacular views. We really had a great dinner with the chef Rosario provided and it was one of our most memorable nights. When we arrived there was a lovely basket with wine and olive oil from the working farm and a host of other goodies we used during the week. Rosario was very responsive and we had no notable issues. We used the washer throughout the week. She met us as we were arriving to help us find the property, as it was accessible in one direction off the main road, and she helped guide us up the narrow road to the villa. She also met us to checkout and it worked out well. I would certainly recommend the villa and Rosario.

Massimo is a great host. Massimo is very responsive and respectful. The unit was very clean and had nice kitchen appliances.

A real Taormina Gem ! I was able to walk everywhere and get the beautiful views without compromising privacy and confort , super clean and peaceful place . Will definitely come back ☺️
