Everything was wonderful! It’s was a peaceful weekend getaway that we were looking for. Parking is a little tight if you have a bigger vehicle, and the shower is small. Overall would be back!

First time staying in a cabin and was absolutely the best experience. Host had very clear instructions and was very helpful with any questions we had during our stay.

Very wonderful for a Christmas getaway. Pam was very quick to respond and always made sure we were doing okay and there were no problems. She even made us some cookies and delivered them to the porch. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful cabin, I had a great stay. The view are beautiful, and the hot tub is also very very nice. A lot of space and the shower was very spacious. Location was close enough to stuff but also private

Cabin was wonderful and pretty secluded. It was so peaceful and the place was very clean. Tim and Shirley were super helpful and very responsive when we had a question. We enjoyed every minute of the view and our time being able to relax and unwind.

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was just like the pictures. Everything was well cleaned and organized. Checking in & out was extremely easy. This was our first time staying in a cabin and it exceeded our expectations! We would definitely love to come back! Brett and Meredith’s communication was great & it was amazing how they would frequently check in with us. Again, this is an amazing cabin to stay for a relaxing vacation!

My family really enjoyed the cabin. The beds were very comfortable the hot tub and fire place were a great way to wind down at then end of the day.

Wonderful cottage. The area is beautiful unfortunately I became ill during my stay. Paul was very attentive checking in on me to make sure I was doing OK. I would definitely stay here again.

The last pet friendly place we stayed at you could tell there were pets there before. This cabin I could not tell pets were there. Everything was so clean and new looking. It was welcoming and inviting. Even coffee pods were supplied which is such a nice touch. I can’t think of anything I’d change.

My wife and I have spent many long weekends in the Merriville area and of all the Airbnb‘s we have stayed at this place rates as one of the best. The home was very comfortable and relaxing, great atmosphere, excellent place to spend time with family. Highly recommend.

It was very cute, inside was very clean, the outside could have been better maintained, it was not horrible but I swept the entry of leaves, to not track them inside. And the walkway to the outdoor sitting area could have had better lighting. All in all a great historical place to stay.

The Lazy Bear Cabin was a wonderful place for us to call home for the week we spent in the Smoky Mountains. It is perfect for families with young children. We traveled with 2 small families (4 adults and 2 kids) and had 2 lovely king size bedrooms with private bathrooms for the adults and the kids each had their own bedroom. While removed from the nearby towns, it is easy to drive to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gattlinburg. Only 30-45 minutes from the National Park and 10-20 minutes from local restaurants, playgrounds, and activities. Our kids loved the toys and things to do in the cabin, including the very clean hot tub, air hockey table, and video games. Unfortunately we did not get to see any Black Bears, but we did get to see plenty of other wildlife from a safe distance. Would definitely recommend this place and working with Michael!

This cabin is beautiful, perfectly clean and in wonderful condition. Great appliances, showers, linens, etc. It’s well stocked with towels, hand soap at every sink, everything you would need in a kitchen and even glass Tupperware to store left overs. It’s spacious but cozy. We loved the downstairs game room, hot tub and pool. The view is gorgeous. The road leading to the cabin is paved and very easy to navigate. I liked being in a neighborhood but still felt like we had privacy. I would definitely stay here again or at another Mountain Vibe Vacation rental. It was very easy to communicate with the hosts and they were responsive. It was also nice having a full sized washer and drier in great condition as well. I enjoyed having my morning coffee in front of the fire with the beautiful view and my evening wine on the patio at the fire table. The only thing that would enhance the property would be an actual fire pit on the grounds. We are already looking to return.

Matt was so responsive! He provided excellent photos and notes to guide us to the location. His unit sits on top of a mountain with very steep, windy roads. This was a little unnerving at first but we soon got comfortable driving these very steep roads. Although the outside of the complex could use some updates, the inside was exactly as pictured. We felt safe here and enjoyed our stay.

Everything described about the place is accurate. Clean rooms and well took care of. For us the location was perfect easy in easy out to get there. Definitely staying again.

The cabin was as described. very convenient location. The strip was less than 5 minutes away, Cal Ripken Experience was about 8 minutes depending on lights and The Island was about the same. Place was very clean. Host was proactive and very responsive. Only thing I could add for your convenience would be to bring some towels. There is a washer and dryer but for the 4 of us we could have used more towels. That is minuscule to all the pluses this place offers. We would definitely stay in the future 100%!

The location is fantastic! Very close in but just far enough off the main roads that you feel you’re in the woods. We love hearing the train at Dollywood and watching the fireworks. The hosts are very responsive and have great recommendations if you need it. Will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice place, exactly as described, and a perfect fit for our family of 7(2 adults, 4 teenagers, and 1 child). The location was easy to get to, but still private enough. Everything was so clean when we arrived! The host was very responsive and helpful. Our family will definitely be staying here again if it's available next time we visit the area!

Cabin was great for the 7 of us (5 adults, 2 kids)! We appreciated the views and the outside decks (plus the hot tub). The bedrooms had plenty of space and the living room/kitchen could accommodate all of us. We had a great time!
