Alcobendas : locations de vacances dans des lofts

We chose this place due to a convention at IFEMA. Distance walkable and metro reachable with bus connection. Not much of entertainment or restaurants around, but we looked for a specific bear IFEMA location. Lovely modern appartment, very quiet. Slept very well! I highly recommend to stay there

Had a wonderful stay at Luismi’s place. The location was ideal in the centre of the best neighbourhood in Madrid. Check in and communication were quick and easy. The place was super clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. It's very central and easily accessible by public transport; there's even a direct bus to the airport for just €5 from the Atocha train station next door. The hosts are very friendly and respond quickly to questions. I highly recommend the accommodation; I would stay there again anytime. And the bed was very comfortable! 🥰

1) Alejandro, the host, is excellent. Communication was fast and easy. (And he speaks very good English!) He scheduled things so we could have an early check-in. 2) The neighborhood is very nice and quiet; we had no noise from the street or neighbors. It is a bit away from the city center, but there are nice restaurants and bars nearby. The neighborhood seems safe. We had no issues walking to and from restaurants. We walked to most Madrid attractions, but the metro station is steps from the front door. 3) The apartment is much as described. Everything is clean. The kitchen has all necessary items and the appliances are good. The beds are fairly comfortable. The towels and linens are good. The bathrooms are small, but in mostly good shape. There are 2 bathrooms, which is very nice. There is plenty of hot water. TV and wifi are good. Some walls could use new paint and the sofa shows some wear.

Well equipped flat, often hard to find a place with a bath. Secure and brilliant location. easy walk to train station and the Prado. welcome extras and the umbrella was helpful. smart TV and toiletries also a bonus. There is an amazingly good value and delish restaurant a few doors down - Pepe Mollete.

My stay was great! The host was incredibly responsive and available whenever I needed anything, making the experience smooth and stress-free. The apartment is in an excellent location, with easy access to the airport and plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and bars right on the street. It’s also within close proximity to museums and all the great attractions Madrid has to offer, making it a fantastic base for exploring the city. However, while the area is lively and convenient, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for solo female travelers at night, as it didn’t always feel the most comfortable. As for the apartment itself, it was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Just a note for those who prefer a firmer bed—the mattress is quite soft. It’s a matter of personal preference, but something to keep in mind. Overall, it was a great stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a well-located and well-managed place with a super responsive host!

Notre week-end chez fifi a été excellent! L'appartement est idéalement situé à 5 min à pied de la plaza Mayor et du quartier la latina où nous avons pu profiter du marché le dimanche. L'appartement est parfait et correspond exactement à la description. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

El lugar es hermoso, con muebles antiguos, una cama super cómoda para dormir con gusto luego de un día de explorar la ciudad. La ubicación es perfecta ya que puedes caminar con facilidad hasta todos lados, también tienes dos líneas del metro. La zona es muy tranquila y es perfecta para descansar. No puedo recomendar más este lugar. Si van a Madrid quédense acá. Las fotos no muestran que el baño tiene puerta, pero si tiene no se preocupen

Our stay was perfect. The house is walking distance to everywhere in the city but is off the street so is very quiet. It was very cold and rainy when we were there. We really appreciated the dual climate control units. We also came with a suitcase full of dirty clothes and really appreciated all of the hangars and the drying rack that enabled us to do 3 loads of laundry the first night. Most Airbnbs have only a few hangars.

We had a great stay at this place. Super clean and we felt right at home. We enjoyed our stay here. Bathrooms are ultra clean, Karena communicates quickly and she just wanted us to enjoy our time in Madrid. The location is private and i could find parking spots around in 2 minutes. it is near city center and airport both !!!!

Ons verblijf was erg aangenaam. Het appartement was netjes, goed ingericht en voorzien van alle basiscomfort. De inrichting was eenvoudig maar doordacht, en alles was proper en goed onderhouden. De ligging in de stad was ideaal: centraal genoeg om alles gemakkelijk te bereiken, maar toch rustig genoeg om ’s avonds tot rust te komen. Perfect voor wie zowel de stad wil ontdekken als wat wil ontspannen. Ook het contact met de hosts verliep vlot. Ze waren bereikbaar, vriendelijk en behulpzaam wanneer nodig, zonder opdringerig te zijn. Alles bij elkaar een zorgeloos verblijf, waar weinig op aan te merken viel.

Location was great, near a Metro station, away from the tourist crowd. Check in was a breeze, place was clean and modern with good kitchen and washer/dryer (dryer is apparently not common in Spain). Grocery store is a block away and convenient. Place was on a ground floor of a building, with one side of the room facing the street; but with the rolling gate/wall, we felt safe (plus, it acts as a tight curtain to prevent sun light from entering). Would stay there again.

David fue un fantástico anfitrión. A nuestro parecer fue de los mejores alojamientos en los que nos hemos quedado. La casa impecable y cerca de una estación del metro, y David siempre pendiente mostrando iniciativa para darnos algunas recomendaciones.

Al met us when we arrived. He helped us up to the top floor and made sure we were able to get on WiFi. He provided us with many “must dos” while we were in Madrid to include food. We had one small issue and he was very quick to help with rectifying it. Al is incredibly friendly, funny, and helpful. The apartment was comfortable and was in a perfect location. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower was hot with great water pressure. Al was, hands down, the best host we’ve encountered in all our AirBnB stays! Will stay here again!

Leonardo’s house was great, located in the heart of Madrid and within ten min walks of a lot of nice neighbourhood to visit. Leonardo was very kind and understanding, also very flexible about my arrival and check out. Thank you !

El loft es muy bonito, tiene lo necesario para estancias largas, yo lo renté por un mes, trabajo en línea y estuve muy cómoda; en particular, la zona del baño es amplia, muy limpio todo, con buena presión de agua; la zona es bonita, muy citadina pero con áreas verdes cuidadas, el edificio está sobre una avenida pero no es ruidoso; a unos cuantos metros hay una plaza comercial, hay varios supermercados, mercados, y lo mejor, tienes cerca una estación del metro. Natalia es muy comprensiva a las necesidades y resuelve rápido, es una persona muy agradable.

Una estadía muy amena, el barrio nos encantó y la estación de metro estaba cerca.

Muy buena localizacion, comodo y acojedor, en nuestro ( mi esposa e hijo) no necesitabamos mas. Pero el studio cuenta con un buen baño y una pequeña cocina y refrigerador. Para los que venga de turismo esta super.

Muy bien sitio para estancias largas y especialmente si quieres salir de todo el movimiento del centro. Super cerca del metro y de varios supermercados. Muy cerca del parque de las siete tetas así que eso fue una maravilla tener al lado. Natalia me trató muy bien y nunca me sentí como si fuera un Airbnb; más como un piso propio.

Lugar tranquilo, calmo e de fácil acesso. Ficamos a vontade, recebemos todas as instruções e pudemos utilizar todas as comodidades do local. Ficamos 2 noites e foi muito agradável

La estadía en la casa de Alex estuvo muy bien. Él y Mohamed me han hecho sentir en casa. El espacio es pequeño pero totalmente funcional. Es una zona bien conectada con el centro de Madrid. Óptima propuesta para poder pasar unos días sin gastar demasiado.
