Heel leuk verblijf gehad! De communicatie ging heel vlot. Zalig dat we een ondergrondse parkeerplaats hadden die zo dicht bij het appartement ligt. Leuk om te wandelen, om eens aan het strand te liggen, eens aan het zwembad te liggen, uitstapjes te doen,… het terras is ook heel ruim en konden er genieten van ons glaasje bubbels die klaarstond :) We hadden echt een zalige vakantie!

Zona muy tranquila, todo estaba muy limpio y el jacuzzi era espectacular. Peter estuvo pendiente siempre si teníamos alguna duda.

Wat een fantastische ruime plek! We zijn hier al vaker geweest als we in Catral wilden overnachten. Je kunt er zeer goed parkeren en de poort stond al open toen we aan kwamen rijden. Verder wordt je er verwelkomt met een enorme fruitschaal en is de host Moisés zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles binnen is groot en schoon en in de prachtige tuin kun je goed zitten en 's ochtends in het zonnetje ontbijten. Ik denk dat we hier nog wel terug zullen komen.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property, and it exceeded all our expectations! The private pool, peaceful garden with orange trees, and the cozy barbecue area made it a perfect place to relax and unwind. As an avid bird photographer, the nearby Pego-Oliva nature reserve was a dream come true. The stunning landscapes and diverse birdlife provided endless opportunities to capture beautiful moments. This location is truly a paradise for nature enthusiasts and photographers alike! A special shoutout to Nando, who was an exceptional host! He provided a warm welcome and gave us a thorough introduction to both the property and the local area. His guidance made settling in seamless and enjoyable. The property perfectly matched its description, and we felt completely at home. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already started planning our next trip back to this wonderful haven. Thank you, Nando, for making our vacation unforgettable!

Olga's place was the perfect place to wrap up our holiday in Spain. We wanted a place where we can relax with our 7months old baby and this is exactly what we got! The townhouse is spacious and nicely decorated, with a small but pretty garden. It is very close to the beach (walkable) and the resort itself is nice and quiet (we were there at the end of season in Oct). Loved the jacuzzi - it was great for our baby to splash around (unfortunately he was not so keen on the sea) but also for us parents to unwind at the end of the day. Communication with Olga and Tania was seamless.

Hemos ido solo para 1 noche y hemos estado muy agusto. Álvaro es muy amable y muy dispuesto a hacer mejor la estancia. Ah!! en el alojamiento teníamos de todo y se agradece mucho. Espero volver 🙏🏼

The apartment is actually better than the photos, it’s open plan and feels very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need; plenty clean towels and bedding also. The location is superb, close by to the restaurants but just off the Main Street for a peaceful night sleep. Great value and we hope to stay again!

Wij hadden een zeer fijn verblijf in Altea Hills. Het huis was geweldig en de jacuzzi was heel fijn. Het uitzicht op de zee en op de bergen is ontzettend mooi! Het contact met Eric verliep zeer vlot en aangenaam. Een echte aanrader!

Das Appartement ist chic, sauber und für zwei Personen perfekt. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist unbeschreiblich schön. Alles war perfekt, so dass wir verlängert haben, was kein Problem war. Leider fiel unser Urlaub in die Unwetterkatastrophe von Valencia. Wir kamen hier nicht weg. Graciela hat uns von sich aus angeboten noch ein paar Tage länger zu bleiben, bis dass die Straßen wieder sicher passierbar waren. Sie war so unglaublich zuvorkommend und freundlich. Vielen lieben herzlichen Dank dafür!! Wir werden wiederkommen.

This is a good place if you want to stay in Playa De Gandia. It’s not right in the heart of the action being up one end of the beach but it’s close enough. The complex has a lovely pool and is generally a nice place to hang out. The hosts are very responsive and engaging. It’s a good apartment and I would just recommend they provided a few extra basics like oil, salt, kitchen towels etc. I would recommend if you want a nice place to stay close to a lovely beach.

un fin de semana perfecto, el alojamiento es lo que buscaba,tranquilo y privacidad. teniendo muy cerca todo lo necesario para ir a la playa,restaurantes,ocio ,etc. Fernando es muy amable y pendiente en todo momento. recomendando totalmente para ir a disfrutar y desconectar a la cabaña.

El piso de Juana es más que un simple alojamiento. Todo está hecho con el más cuidadoso detalle que te hace sentir que estás como en casa. La decoración con tema marítimo es ideal para la zona y los detalles son tan sencillos como especiales. La vista es impresionante, por la noche la luna llena aparecía en la ventana y la podía apreciar desde la cama. Durante el día el sol no incidía directamente a través de la ventana por lo que el el apartamento se mantenía fresco e iluminado. La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para descansar y desconectar. El apartamento estaba impecable y tiene a disposición sillas, sombrillas y toallas de playa e incluso sombreros para el uso de los huéspedes. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. La comunicación con Juana fue siempre directa y asertiva. Estuvo pendiente y fue proactiva al momento de la llegada y la salida. Recomiendo este alojamiento con los ojos cerrados. Y yo, sin duda, repetiré!!!!

¡100% recomendable! Nuestra estancia en la casa rural fue simplemente perfecta. Ana y su marido son unos anfitriones excepcionales: cercanos, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. La casa es impresionante, amplia y con muchísimo encanto. Éramos un grupo de 13 amigos y tuvimos espacio de sobra. A pesar de ser invierno, la temperatura en el interior fue muy agradable en todo momento. Uno de los mayores placeres fue disfrutar de sus dos chimeneas en el enorme salón, creando un ambiente cálido y acogedor. Además, el entorno es una maravilla: en plena naturaleza, rodeado de una inmensa pinada ideal para rutas de senderismo. Si viajas con niños o mascotas, este lugar es perfecto. Sin duda, repetiremos cuando tengamos la oportunidad. Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable. ¡Gracias por todo! :)

Tranquilidad absoluta, un entorno encantador, a pesar de que habían más casas de huéspedes, hay mucho espacio y zonas para ponerte donde quieras, la barbacoa es grande y se puede usar a la vez con otros huéspedes, la piscina increible y los dueños son muy amables. Para desconectar es un lugar ideal.

Квартира находится в очень удобном месте - в пешей доступности магазины , рестораны, кафе и конечно , пляж - это самое главное и он шикарен . В квартире есть все необходимое - постельное белье , много полотенец, запасные подушки , одеяла , пледы. Есть много посуды для приготовления пищи. Микроволновка и стиральная машина . Квартира очень теплая , солнечная. Все просто идеально . Хозяйка очень отзывчивый человек , по первому требования все пожелания были выполнены ! Мы остались очень довольны , жили в квартире 5 месяцев !!!

Gareth est très accueillant et disponible en cas de besoin. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans sa maison, l'endroit est très calme et offre de nombreuses balades aux alentours. Je recommande !

Wij (mijn vrouw, dochter van 4 en ik) hebben enorm genoten van het prachtige huis van Katja en Kay. Het is een ruim, schoon en perfect ingericht huis, waar het je aan niks zal ontbreken. Het zwembad deel je met het andere huisje op het erf, maar het zwembad en de ruimte er omheen is groot genoeg dat dat geen enkel probleem is. Fijne bijkomstigheid van het huis is dat je je auto (die je wel nodig hebt in de omgeving) op eigen terrein achter een gesloten poort kan parkeren. Het huis ligt in een hele rustige wijk, waar je geen last hebt van verkeer of ander tourisme. Uiteraard betekent dat wel dat de afstand naar het centrum van Albir en het strand iets groter is, maar alles is nog altijd prima te bereiken. Wij hadden er geen last van in ieder geval. Katja en Kay zijn goede hosts die telkens razendsnel reageren op vragen (zelfs als je om half 7 's ochtends de code van het sleutelkastje bent vergeten:)) Dit huis is 100% een aanrader!

Large and beautiful property in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house was very clean, has a nice layout and had everything we needed. The private pool has the perfect size. The checkin was in person and went very smooth. We really appreciated the orange trees in the garden. Highly recommended!

Un super logement dans une résidence paisible avec une splendide piscine équipée d'un bar. Il est situé à proximité d'une magnifique plage, et le centre de Dénia, avec ses nombreux restaurants et son charme à découvrir, est facilement accessible en voiture. C’est très agréable et facile de communiquer avec Carine et Marisa. Nous avons passé 2 magnifique semaines ! Merci

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und privat gefühlt. Wunderbarer Garten und Pool. Ein Auto sollte man dabei haben zB für den Einkauf und die Sehenswürdigkeiten. Am Abend wäre mehr Licht ganz schön. Aber sonst alles perfekt! Martina ist zudem unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir würden das Haus noch einmal buchen💫

Beautiful apartment, with a homely feel. Views and the 2 balcony areas fantastic, can get the sun one side and watch the brilliant sunset. Extremely well equipped kitchen, bonus to have an oven, small kitchen but not a problem as very practical. Good living space, bright bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with both a bath and shower. Pressure as advised was ok, but found the single shower had better pressure than the over bath one. Bath takes far too long to run, so only used it once for grand child who then had showers. We went oct 20-28th. Weather was mostly good, so beach and sea most days, we did go in the pool, but it was rather cold as not heated. I am ok with cold water, but wouldnt suit most. As there is no wifi a manual with basic info about the area, supermarkets, trams etc would have been useful. We felt very comfortable in this residential area, private gated parking a bonus. Trams approx 8 min walk away, regular & on time.neighbours are very friendly, a lovely winter break

Lynne és molt atenta i amable, un encant. Ens ha donat totes les facilitats del món, tant a l'entrada com a l'eixida, i ens hem sentit com a casa. La ubicació que ens va facilitar era molt precisa, i la casa és encantadora. Molt tranquil·la, enmig de la muntanya, ideal per desconnectar i descansar. És menuda i acollidora, però perfecta per al que nosaltres necessitàvem. Trobar-nos el riu va ser una sorpresa per a nosaltres, encara que és cert que el pont per creuar no està en molt bones condicions i has d'anar amb precaució. L'entorn és inmillorable i l'atenció personal, també. Lynne és un encant i va ser un plaer conèixer-la.
