Maison très agréable et spacieuse. Les photos sur le site correspondent à la réalité . Le Propriétaire a été super réactif à mes questions et flexible à mes demandes. Tout était propre. Je recommande ce lieu qui nous a permis de passer un moment extraordinaire entre amis. Pour visiter Madrid bus métro et ubers

La casa es muy bonica, las camas muy cómodas y todo muy nuevo y cuidado. Los alrededores son realmente increíbles, es una finca espectacular. Lo único “malo” es el acceso, ya que es por un camino largo con muchísimos baches que si llevas un coche bajito puede dar, nosotros llegamos de noche y no hay iluminación, hay que tener especial precaución. Por lo demás todo muy bien, para repetir y recomendar.

La casa está en ubicación expectacular para pasar unos días tranquilos, con la bbq,la piscina para verano debe de ser increíble! Nosotros hemos estado en invierno y frío no hemos pasado, se estaba súper agusto en las dos plantas principales y en la planta baja con el otro sistema de calor también se estaba bien! Para repetir!!!

Rubén fue un anfitrión muy atento y su madre, que nos recibió, encantadora. La casa es perfecta para un grupo grande de familiares o amigos, con espacio suficiente para todos. Junto con el jardín, hacen que la casa sea una opción genial para pasar un fin de semana entre amigos, como fue mi caso, y disfrutar del buen tiempo.

Muy buena anfitriona, nos ayudó mucho, la casa está muy bien equipada, y la casa está a 5 minutos en coche del metro. Mis dieces a Mercedes, si nos surge otra vez volver a Madrid, repetiremos ;)

A pesar de la lluvia del fin de semana, pasamos dos días muy buenos en la casa de Andrés, que tiene un área cubierta al aire libre. Recomendamos encarecidamente este alojamiento.

Five stars for this place. It's in a genuine Madrid neighborhood with authentic local flavor. Easy walk to the URGEL metro station, and then it's pretty easy to figure out how to go anywhere. The place is cozy and comfortable and EXCELLENT lighting so you can READ BOOKS not phone stare. When the weather cooperates the outside secluded patio and small pool are divine. And the best part was the assistance of Kevin and Jubia, with excellent English, infinite local knowledge, and abundant enthusiasm. Go!

This is a great private house located south of Madrid. The living room is a very generous size and has all the amenities listed. Located in a residential areas makes this a very quiet and practical place to stay.

Todo genial, desde el anfitrión hasta el piso. Nos ha gustado tanto que vamos a repetir en nuestra próxima estancia en la zona.

Nati was a great host. She met with us the morning that we arrived and covered all relevant/important information regarding the lodging facility, area, transportation options...etc. We enjoyed the location and learned quickly how to use the local transportation options (metro, bus service, taxi service...etc..). The location was quiet at night and we felt comfortable regarding all amenities provided in the apartment.

Good, modern appartment. Two smaller bedroom in first (entrance) floor, and another study + suite in lower floor. Lovely view to park. Big windows in living-room provide a spacious feeling. Kitchen fully equipped, as is all else. There is an appartment above, which does allow resonance when excessive movements/steps above. All is all, this appartment is an excellent choice when seeking a stay in Majadahonda or near Madrid (15 minutes away).

Séjour professionnel et le logement était parfait en termes de proximité par rapport à l’aéroport, les stations de métro. La résidence est sécurisée. L’environnement est urbain est beaucoup de commerces à proximité. Deux superbes parcs juste à côté. L’hôte était super, toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions rapidement. Merci beaucoup.

The apartment was very cozy and clean, fully furnished with everything what you need. Jea was wonderful host, he met me personally about 1:30 a.m. even I asked not to worry about me. The location is good if you stay here for working in the nearest offices, but subway station and city train station are not so far and it’s rather easy to get city centre. I would prefer if the supermarkets would be closer, but it’s also adoptable. I can recommend it

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.

Amazing place with amazing amenities. Not too far from public transportation. Host was very nice and helpful throughout this stay.

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten met mijn gezin. Katherine is een fijne en flexibele host. Gemakkelijk in de omgang en vriendelijk. Het appartement is in nette staat opgeleverd, schoon, ruim en veel natuur. Dank voor de fijne verblijf!
