Alcudia beach : locations de vacances en appartement

War mit ein paar Freunden Anfang Oktober da und es hat uns gut gefallen es war sauber und auch die Ausstattung war in Ordnung, das wichtigste war da.

We are a residential care company and used Antonia's place to take one of our residents on holiday. they had a lovely time and said the hosts were lovely. they said the property was clean and had everything they needed. lovely time had, many thanks.

Der Aufenthalt bei Antonia war sehr schön und die Wohnung genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Beide Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend, nett und flexibel beim checkin. Große Empfehlung :)

Logement conforme aux photos et à la description. Il est spacieux et la terrasse est agréable. Emplacement au top ! Nous étions avec nos 2 ados et chacun pouvait faire sa petit vie à pied ! Shopping, plage,sport , apéro !!! Et apparemment bien situé pour aller aussi aux belles plages de Formentor, Alcudia, Muro … Appartement calme vu sa situation. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour !

We stayed in at Rafel's place during the off season which meant that most of the local shops and restaurants are closed. Nonetheless we got tips and advice from Rafel who welcomed us friendly and was easy and fast in communication. The place is near the beach and a nice natural reserve to go for walks. Eventhough it was the cold season the heating made the place warm and cosy. Can only recommend the place for a stayover

Bellissima casa, molto spaziosa e comoda. All'interno ci sono un sacco di comfort ed è tutto reso disponibile dall'host. Attrezzata per tutto: mare, spiaggia, escursioni ecc. All'ultimo piano della casa c'è una carinissima terrazza con una stupenda vista sul monastero sulla collina. Nel complesso una bellissima esperienza!

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und wurde schon 1 Woche vor Ankunft freundlich kontaktiert. Sie war super hilfsbereit, freundlich und antwortet schnell auf Fragen. Die Betten waren besonders gut und gemütlich. Ruhige Lage, leicht zu parken und Ideal für Wanderungen. Auch Strände und kleine Badenuchten sind gleich zu erreichen. Ich kann es hier nur absolut empfehlen und habe mich selten so wohl gefühlt. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit perfektem Blick auf das Meer Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft wirklich genossen! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, was uns sofort willkommen fühlte. Besonders beeindruckend war der direkte Blick auf das Meer – es war einfach traumhaft, jeden Morgen mit diesem Ausblick aufzuwachen. Auch die Lage war hervorragend; alles, was wir brauchten, war in der Nähe, aber es war dennoch angenehm ruhig, besonders im März. Wir konnten uns perfekt entspannen und die Ruhe genießen. Der Kontakt mit Maria war ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Sie war immer schnell erreichbar und hat uns bei allem sehr geholfen. Insgesamt war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Great spot to stay! Very close to the ocean and restaurants nearby. The place was clean and Pedro communicated everything well. There is a beautiful walk to a couple of beaches 3km away and there is a small beach a minute walk away in Sant Perre!

Alojamiento excelente. A 5 minutos de la playa andando. Está muy limpio y tiene de todo, incluso TV con netflix. El dueño estaba siempre atento y la comunicación fue muy fluida, además nos dio todas las facilidades para la llegada. La urbanizacion tiene piscina y se aparca muy fácil en las calles aledañas, sin pagar. Terraza estupenda sin que dé a la calle de los bares, por lo que se puede dormir bien.

Manuel’s place is one of the best stays we’ve ever been at. The apartment is spacious, has everything you might need. A huge terrace, big living, many space for storage, perfect in-bedroom bathroom, central conditioning & central heating, extremely well equipped kitchen. The location is great, everything in a walking distance. Manuel is a great host, responsive, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Un gros coup de coeur pour ce logement et pour la ville de Can Picafort

Le quartier était calme debut avril. Nous avons trouvé sans difficulté un stationnement dans la rue mais peut être est ce plus delicat l été.

What a wonderful place to stay. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. A really tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway, close to the beach and a wonderful stroll along the beach to Puerto Pollença. We had a fantastic time and loved the small touches like the plants, welcome food and drink, personal messages and privacy. Being able to buy organic goods from the cupboards in the kitchen and sustainable ethos were spot on. Thank you!

everything was perfect. the only comment I have is that Cristobal doesn't keep any consumables. not even salt or tissues. so you need to run for shopping as soon as you arrive.

Pedro is the best host an avid traveler could ask for. He deserves 10 Stars on everything. We travel the world about 3-4 months every year and Pedro’s place was perfect in every respect. Well equipped kitchen, ultra clean. Great washing machine. In addition, Pedro is incredibly friendly and will to share his detailed knowledge about the best places to visit on the island. You won’t regret reserving his place. Book it now!

Wir waren sehr Begeistert von der Unterkunft und dem gesamten Areal. In privater und gemütlicher Atmosphäre haben wir eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Sehr Freundliches Personal, und dank den regelmäßigen Reinigungen auch immer ein sauberes Apartment sowie Handtücher etc.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Alcudia. L’appartement était parfaitement fonctionnel et bien situé à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

we were there for over a week with a 2yo kid. great place - in our opinion better than in the first sea line - much quieter, without walkers. close to Pine Walk, very comfortable apartment with two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. very functional kitchen and spacious living room - but we used the very large terrace the most, where we rested after the day and ate meals. nice addition was the beach toys for children - we also left some for the next guests. communication was clear and fast. check-in and check-out without problems. a very nice gesture was a bottle of water, a few nespresso capsules and a bottle of wine to welcome. we sincerely recommend and will probably come back if we plan to stay in Port de Pollença.
