Alcudia beach : locations de vacances avec piscine

We chose this villa for its central location from where you can explore many parts of the island. Whereas it lacked the charm of some villas, this was compensated for by the peaceful location, the security of parking for 1 or even 2 cars, the cleanliness, the well equipped kitchen, decent beds, 2 comfy sofas, a covered outside bbq eating area and spotless pool. The house is accessible and is like a bungalow in style. No frills but everything we needed, and it was convenient. Good agromart supermarket few minutes away. Good choice restaurants in Lloseta nearby village- We enjoyed Es Garuda. There’s a Train station nearby for convenient access to Palma .Friendly host who came to greet us and say farewell.

Es una casa muy agradable, con cuatro ambientes muy definidos, ideal para cuatro o cuatro más dos niños, en un lugar paradisiaco, donde afortunadamente todavía podemos disfrutar de turismo local y natural en Mallorca. Sin wifi gratuita y sin televisión. Y con varios caminos fáciles de una horita!!😂😂

We had a fantastic stay at Miquels house for a week of cycling. The house is exactly as described - very spacious, very well equiped and right in the heart of Sa Pobla. Only few meters walking from many cafes and restaurants, but still in a quiet side street. Miquel was always friendly, responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed the stay and can recommend the house.

Bellissima casa nella natura a circa 20 min di auto dal centro di Palma. Buona posizione per spostarsi in tutta l’isola

Todo fue tal cual planeamos según las características de la casa. Piscina, terraza barbacoa. Consell es un lugar muy tranquilo y acogedor. Recomiendo que prueben la experiencia de esta casa y de Mallorca.

Das war genauso, wenn nicht sogar noch schöner als auf den Bilder. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit die wir auch viel im Haus und am Pool gemacht haben. Mit einem Mietwagen ist man von dort sehr flexibel und schnell und einfach am Strand, man kann aber auch in das nächstgelegene Dorf laufen für kleine Einkäufe oder den Wochenmarkt. Diese sind auch weniger touristisch und sehr authentisch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder!

Un séjour exceptionnel dans ce havre de paix. En terme de localisation, Campanet est un village très mignon, et surtout très paisible. Parfait pour les amoureux de la nature, et pour ceux qui veulent accéder à l’ensemble des petits villages de l’île. Pour le logement, très accessible avec un parking situé à 2min à pied du logement. Il est très bien équipé, tout à été pensé en terme d’ustensiles, de vaisselles, condiments et pour nettoyer le linge. L’appartement est très calme, on s’y sent très bien. Le jardin est très agréable, sans vis à vis, et très pratique avec les 2 terrasses. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir la présence de différents chats et chatons ( ils étaient super mignon ). Concernant Manel, il est très réactif, à l’écoute et surtout il nous a permis de découvrir des plages et restaurants grâce à ses merveilleux conseils et recommandations. C’était un séjour inoubliable, nous y reviendrons sans aucun doutes !! 🤩🤩

The house is very lovely—well furnished, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool was a real highlight, very nice and relaxing. Communication with Antonia was smooth and easy from start to finish. A few tips for future guests: we recommend booking the pool heating if you’re visiting during a cooler season—we did it and int was very nice. The outdoor cats are adorable and perfect for animal lovers, but they do leave a lot of hair on the outdoor furniture, so just be mindful of that. The rooms had high humidity, but the air driers provided managed it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Le quartier était calme debut avril. Nous avons trouvé sans difficulté un stationnement dans la rue mais peut être est ce plus delicat l été.

What a wonderful place to stay. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. A really tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway, close to the beach and a wonderful stroll along the beach to Puerto Pollença. We had a fantastic time and loved the small touches like the plants, welcome food and drink, personal messages and privacy. Being able to buy organic goods from the cupboards in the kitchen and sustainable ethos were spot on. Thank you!

everything was perfect. the only comment I have is that Cristobal doesn't keep any consumables. not even salt or tissues. so you need to run for shopping as soon as you arrive.

Pedro is the best host an avid traveler could ask for. He deserves 10 Stars on everything. We travel the world about 3-4 months every year and Pedro’s place was perfect in every respect. Well equipped kitchen, ultra clean. Great washing machine. In addition, Pedro is incredibly friendly and will to share his detailed knowledge about the best places to visit on the island. Great location in the city of a Pollenca making it easy to go out and eat or for drinks without having to take the car. The parking was in the street but easy to find some space a few blocks over. The apartment was large with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms which is great to have! The only downside we found was limited supply in some basic amenities like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Not a big deal but that was the one thing that we found as a con. Otherwise, we would stay here back in a heartbeat! Really recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Alcudia. L’appartement était parfaitement fonctionnel et bien situé à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

A nice stay in Mallorca. Nothing much around is opened in December as it's low peak season but we enjoyed the peace and quietness. The apartment has everything that we need. The beach is just few minutes walk away. Though we wished the balcony faces the sun to enjoy the coffee in the morning, otherwise it would be perfect!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und eine tolle Zeit gehabt. Francesco hat uns wunderbar begrüßt und stand uns bei Rückfragen immer zur Verfügung. Das Haus liegt ideal in einer sicheren und ruhigen Umgebung, perfekter Ausgangspunkt um die gesamte Insel zu erkunden. Vom Flughafen haben wir nur 35 Minuten gebraucht. Man ist rasch in den Bergen oder auch am Meer. Die Ausstattung ist genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, sehr geschmackvoll und es wurde an Alles gedacht. Es hat einfach an nichts gefehlt und ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Het huis en het zwembad zijn heerlijk! We waren met 2 kleine kinderen, het was super voor hun. Veel ruimte om te spelen en het zwembad was perfect. Het uitzicht ‘s avonds op de bergen is heel mooi. En een ongelofelijke rust en stilte. Fijne bedden met spierwitte lakens. Alim, de sleutelbeerder is heel behulpzaam en reageert snel, ze woont om de hoek. Als er iets is, is ze er zo. Interhome, de tussenpersoon, is minder goed bereikbaar. We hebben heel erg genoten van de plek.

Наша компанія провела тиждень у цьому чудовому котеджі на Пальмі, і це був неймовірний відпочинок. Усе було на вищому рівні: котедж чистий та добре обладнаний. Особливо порадував басейн, який був бездоганно чистим, а зона відпочинку навколо нього дуже комфортна. Усе необхідне для зручного проживання було в будівлі. Окрім того, вся інфраструктура знаходиться поруч, що значно полегшує життя під час відпочинку. Одного разу голосно слухали музику і сусід зробив нам зауваження, але взагалі слухати музику можна. Щиро дякуємо господарю за гостинність і турботу. Рекомендуємо!

A lovely stay, great town, great location, some good shop and places to eat close by. Pool is not heated and not lots of sun in the pool area but this was month of October so I’m sure it’s perfect in summer! Thanks

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Teresa avec une bouteille (ok nous ne buvons pas mais c’est l’intention qui compte)… le logement est situé dans un environnement très calme. La literie est de qualité.

Supermysigt hus med privat och avskild innergård med stora ytor och charmiga växter. Huset var väldigt välstädat och vackert dekorerat. Det fanns allt man behövde. Ägaren Marc mötte upp oss i huset och han hade fyllt kylen med kall dryck, köpt shampoo, tvål mm så vi behövde inte handla mer än mat. Han gav oss en god kaka som välkomstpresent och gav oss rekommendationer på restauranger. Bilen gick enkelt att parkera på gatan precis utanför huset, ingen kostnad. Platsen är alldeles perfekt, gå höger och du har vackra bondgårdar och naturlandskap alldeles runt knuten. Gå vänster och du har en jättebra SPAR supermarket med allt du kan tänkas behöva. Det är också ett perfekt läge för att göra utflykter på ön. En timme till magiska Soller i bergen, en halvtimme till charmiga Porto Cristo och ca 45 min upp till Alcudia. Vi gjorde utflykter varje dag men njöt också i den härliga poolen!! Det var kallt i slutet av oktober men var ändå badbart för oss svenskar!!

Super schöne Finca- für Familien sehr zu empfehlen. Hier ist es egal, wie viele Touristen auf der Insel sind- man hat ein großes Areal für sich und der nächste Nachbar ist weit entfernt. Gerne wieder.
