Clean, brighf,restful and perfect for a family of 3 plus dog. We love the history of the place and its character, as well as the view. Beds really comfortable which is a big win from us

Excellent apartment, in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Spotlessly clean throughout. 30 minute walk into the city, where there are plenty of nice restaurants. Nice and spacious accommodation, well equipped, and very eco friendly - refillable washing up liquid, hand wash and wgac toilet tissue 😊. Would recommend.

Harry & Rachael were great hosts. Very responsive when we had a problem with the tv which wasn’t their fault and they came to get it right straightaway. Their place is really convenient of being right in the centre of Woodbridge. We had a lovely stay for two nights. Perfect for what we needed.

Michelle was super helpful and so was the receptionist. Lovely little getaway!

We had a bit of a bumpy start with the boiler breaking on Christmas eve. Spoke with Swift, who were VERY helpful and got us moved to another Airbnb. They were very apologetic but these things cannot be helped. We actually then extended our stay by a few days and they were very happy to help sort this with us. Highly recommend both properties and also the company!

fantastic property, and so stunning would reccomend to everyone only problem is the apartment looks over a wetherspoons pub garden so at around 8am they are binning all their glass bottles so if the windows are open it’s very loud

we had the most fantastic stay and will definitely be back. we've been to lowestoft before but the location here made it even better. sea views from the apartment. the place is immaculate. I was worried about noise from neighbours as we usually stay in houses, but it's over 2 floors with the bedrooms being on the top floor - perfect. the kitchen is brand new as are the bathrooms, no expense has been spared. the beds are very comfy and the linen was amazing. even a bottle of bubbly waiting for us - thank you! our only very minor quibble was the blinds in the bedrooms don't fully cover the windows, we wore eye Masks which was no drama but our 6 year old was up very early every morning. next time we will pack a travel black out blind. that's our only very minor issue in a perfect and stunning apartment. thank you 😊

My husband and I had a lovely stay for his birthday. Our stay was comfortable and carefree, the apparent moment was larger than we expected, we especially loved the roof terrace off of the kitchen for breakfasts and coffee in the sun. Advice on local free car parks was spot on. Location was fabulous, right in the centre and close to the beach. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us!

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay! We had an amazing experience staying at The Loft! Everything was spotlessly clean, well-organised, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better. Sarah was incredibly welcoming and communicative, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The welcome hamper was a lovely surprise too! The space itself was beautifully decorated, modern, cosy, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the views were a beautiful bonus. Location-wise, it was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore and very quiet and peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in the area. Highly, highly recommend!

Perfect location for a weekend in Norwich, however it is very loud at night. We also had a few people sleeping in the entrance of the flat on the first night but they appeared to have left by the morning. The flat is so lovely inside, has everything you need and is very spacious. However there was a lot of dust on the stairs and the bannisters. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, also the parking is literally about 2 mins away! Overall we loved our weekend and will definitely be back soon!

Really lush place. Peacocks everywhere, silent surroundings and beautiful views. The hot tub had quite a lot of chlorine in it which bleached my swim suit but otherwise it was such a great stay. Hosts were really helpful. Really nice little welcome of biscuits and fizz. We’re really sad to have left it was fab

Absolutely beautiful and cosy apartment, clean, great amenities. Clear communication from the host made check-in super easy :). Location is both close to the train station and to Ipswich Town Centre (shops, restaurants, etc). Would love to stay here again!! Much love <3

This property was very clean throughout. Overall a very well thought out home with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those weekend cooking great food with family and friends. With both a comfortable snug around the log burner downstairs and a lovely airy sitting room upstairs with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, there’s plenty of space to enjoy your time here. A notable mention to how comfortable the beds were at Pelican Lodge. It has gated, off road parking for 2 cars, while the rear garden is secure so you can let the dog roam worry free. The wood fired hot tub and kamado bbq completed what we thought was a brilliant home for the weekend. Would 100% recommend.

Great place to stay and very friendly hosts. The hot tub was amazing, the only downside was that we were only there 1 night 😂
