This was my 2nd stay at Peter’s apartment. Location is great, very quiet and private parking is a bonus. Apartment was very clean and had everything I needed for my short stay. Look forward to my next visit.

Everything as described is accurate and the parking space is an added bonus. Stuart was helpful and replied very quickly to a couple of pre arrival questions we had. Would highly recommend a stay here if you are in the area.

Had a lovely 3 nights in Norwich (just before the second lockdown, so great timing!) - the apartment was spotless and in a great location! Really easy to find and parking ideal. Perfect for couples.

Perfect location and perfect base for our time in Ipswich. Apartment had everything we needed and a few extras which were a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again for our next visit.

Perfect location for a weekend in Norwich, however it is very loud at night. We also had a few people sleeping in the entrance of the flat on the first night but they appeared to have left by the morning. The flat is so lovely inside, has everything you need and is very spacious. However there was a lot of dust on the stairs and the bannisters. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, also the parking is literally about 2 mins away! Overall we loved our weekend and will definitely be back soon!

Excellent accommodation over looking the river with a pub/restaurant within 100m. Local walks to exercise or look at the local nature. Ideal accommodation to fit our family in and a great place to relax or travel to local attractions. Emma was great providing us with all the useful information you would otherwise have to research yourself. All the space was spot on and the hot Tub was fantastic to relax in either day or night. Would definitely recommend.

For just the two of us this was a perfect choice for a peaceful ‘away from it all’ holiday break. We had plenty of room to spread out in this beautiful, and extremely well equipped home. Our special thanks to Graham & Jo for having it so well prepared, and for being very helpful with arrival & departure arrangements. This location is already a favourite of ours, with a wide variety of interesting places within a reasonably short distance. We are already looking for dates to go again !

Our second stay at T&T’s beautiful home. Myself and my partner John could not fault the hosts in any way, the property is beautiful and even some added extras since our last stay and our suggestion listened to from before. Hosts were amazing when we had issues with heating and hot water and their handy man was very friendly and fixed the issue as quickly as possible. Such generous and amazing hosts. We look forward to hopefully returning in the future.

We had a great stay in Lizzie's house. The house itself is modern and well-equipped - the three bathrooms plus the downstairs cloakroom are very unusual for Harwich. It has outside space which would be great for rentals in warmer weather. The house was very clean, beds comfy and bedding and towels luxurious. Lizzie provided our dog with a bed, bowls and toy which was a lovely touch, and also left us with fresh bread, mince pies and eggs - really appreciated. The position of the house is ideal for the river/sea front and old Harwich. Local shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, Penny Pier and museum all a few mins walk. The beach is 10/15 minutes walk away. We've stayed in various places in Harwich/Dovercourt over the past few years, and this has been our best rental to date. There's ample extra parking in the street outside, however, the house is adjacent to Harwich station, and within walking distance of so much, car is not necessary. We noticed no train noise when indoors, however.

Beautiful place to stay and everything was high spec..short walk to Norwich centre but also shops pubs and coffee shops right on the door step..would definitely recommend and stay again..could not fault a thing

Thimble Cottage was compact but had everything we needed and made for an excellent stay; only a short walk from the beach and easy access to the amenities we needed - with very good, fresh fish and chips at the end of the road perfect if arriving later on in the day. As was described (and we were aware of in advance), the staircase at the cottage is particularly steep, so it could be awkward if you have impaired mobility or balance but this did not impact our stay and formed part of the cottage's unique character.

We had a wonderful time in Felixstowe. Ian's home was amazing. It was spotless and comfortable. There were all the appliances you could possibly ask for and we were able to access the Landguard Fort and the port, Felixstowe Ferry and the shops very easily. 2 Parking spaces and the beach a few yards away. Plenty of play activities if you have children. We had a great time and I would highly recommend Ian's lovely home.

Great place to stay and Mark is very helpful. This is the second time we've stayed so I guess that speaks for itself. Thanks Mark and highly recommend you to everyone.

What a fantastic stay! Kim was very communicative in the booking and check in process. The flat was spotless on arrival and she had left lots of treats for the stay with coffee/tea/condiments/spices. It felt just like a home away from home. The location was fantastic for walking everywhere as it's so close to the train station. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

This place is just a short walk from the train station and in a quiet block. It is lovely and clean and comfortable. Scott is quick to respond to any questions and helpful. A walk of about 25 minutes gets you to the city centre.

Leza is very responsive and friendly, the apartment is trendy and spotless, beds are comfy, two bathrooms. It’s a short walk to town centre yet it’s very quiet and private, the Namaste Indian over on Queens Road is a must. It’s a great base for everything, thank Leza for being a great host.

We had a lovely weekend getaway at Tim’s place. I booked it very last minute and he was quick to get all the information to me to ensure a smooth entrance to the property. The flat itself is right on the beach with gorgeous views for your morning coffee! The flat is quiet and cosy and has everything you need for a relaxing trip. Thanks guys!

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x

This was our first time using air bnb and it did not disappoint! Jane met us on arrival despite us arriving late evening. She ran through mandatory fire and safety instructions and showed us round the property. Everything was spotless and perfectly clean. Everything felt so new and fresh, from the bedding and towels to cutlery and glasses. We could walk to the seafront within a couple of minutes but were nicely tucked away from the main part itself. The keypads to enter the property is such a good idea as you don’t have to worry about losing any keys! We couldn’t fault this property or Jane at all. It was amazing and we will definitely be returning to Jays Bay when we wish to visit Great Yarmouth in the future.
