Perfect location , apartment was as exactly as described & felt like home. Spacious with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Peter was very responsive & pleasant to deal with . We will definitely stay again. Highly recommend !

Andy's apartment suited us very well. Nice ans close to Rundle Mall and the track for Supercars. Any issue Andy was on to it..great host..great position..would stay again. New blinds in lounge area would be wonderful to keep the light out and privacy.

Julie’s place was impeccable, from easy access, communication, furniture everything was the way it should be we had no trouble finding restaurants, bars etc.. with easy walking distance to trams and the beach, it was the perfect location and Julie was amazing at responding. Highly recommend her place. Would most definitely go back there. Rose

We enjoyed our stay, it was only a short drive to the bay. The local train station is walkable. Beds were comfortable and the fans were very helpful during this time of year. The carport is only suitable for compact cars and off street parking may be a challenge.

Lovely apartment right on the Esplanade. Loved the balcony, facilities and easy access to beach etc. Apartment very clean, everything you needed, good kitchen facilities and great spot for a beach holiday. Beds comfy. Aircon throughout for hot days & nights. Tracy was easy to deal with and provided lots of info for stay. The secure carpark is tight to negotiate, but this is just the layout of the apartment complex. Overall a wonderful place to stay. Missing the wines/coffee on the balcony.......

We stayed at Tony's place for 5 days, and were very pleased with our choice. It is right over the road from the beach (for walking, not swimming) and a 10 minutes stroll from town. It is spacious and well equipped - we did our own cooking and found everything we needed. Best of all, Tony has managed to keep this family holiday flat at an affordable price.

I would highly recommend this apartment. Fantastic location / modern / clean / it had all the amenities you needed ( and more ) for a very comfortable stay / everything was within walking distance, Dee was a fabulous host , very proactive with instructions / help / etc etc. We would definitely stay again .

The place is lovely and amazing, perfect stay for a couple. Tsz is a responsible host and she is always glad to help with anything happened during the stay. We had a great time here, would like to come back again for another visit.

Gabby and James were fantastic attentive hosts. The place was as described and Gabby was both proactive and responsive in communication! There were some nice little touches that made our stay even easier which were truly appreciated! Location is great and I'd recommend it to anyone!

Perfect Beachside Stay – 5 Stars! My partner Kaitlyn and I had an amazing two-week stay at 199 Swan Terrace, Semaphore, SA 5019. Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach with fantastic running routes along the coast. The host was outstanding—responsive, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. We had one minor issue, but it was fixed immediately, showing their great attention to detail. The home had everything we needed, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a relaxing, well-maintained, and conveniently located Airbnb, this is it! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Semaphore. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and close to the places and things we wanted to do. The tram nearby was very handy.

We were in Victor Harbour for parkrun and loved staying at Marg and Ray's place! It was close to town and had great space. They kindly provided breakfast as well. Very friendly and great stay!

Debra and Vince very kind, helpful and unobtrusive. The flat was perfect for us in Adelaide’s hot late bit of summer and brilliant for Fringe and beaches. Quiet, comfortable and convenient. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Trudi’s place is the perfect city HQ for events at the Adelaide Convention Center across the street. We could walk and catch the free tram to the South Australian Museum, Adelaide Botanic Garden, Adelaide Central Market, great restaurants, and more. It was wonderful to have a full kitchen, laundry, and beautiful space to return to each evening. It is well thought out and very clean, and Trudi is so friendly, responsive, and welcoming. We highly recommend!

We had an unforgettable stay in the library loft. This is the perfect place to escape into nature, beautiful landscapes, with plenty of wildlife (shoutout to the cutest pooch & kitten around!). Melanie was incredibly responsive, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Could not recommend this beautiful place more - thank you so much ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was great and what a fabulous location. Close enough to Jetty Rd to feel like you are in the middle of it but far enough away to not have the hustle and bustle or noise at the apartment. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Adelaide.
