Alentejo : locations de vacances avec suite privative

This was one of the loveliest places we have stayed on. The peace of the location with stunning views of the mountains and only the sound of the birds to disturb the peace. It is an animal lovers haven with Joanne's three friendly dogs coming on walks with us and welcoming us home in the evening. While the road is rough we managed fine with a cheap Fiat Panda hire car, just watch out for Google maps taken you on impossible roads. We took the train to Lisbon (an accessible station only 25 minutes drive away). We had a day at stunning beach but most of all we enjoyed relaxing at this beautiful place. Joanne was one of the best and most helpful hosts in every way. We hope to be back! Ruth and Dave

En la misma finca está la casa de la anfitriona y la casa de invitados pero ambos independientes (solo se comparte la salida de la finca). La casa se corresponde totalmente con lo anunciado. Nos alojamos en Año Nuevo y, por lo tanto, no utilizamos la piscina pero estaba disponible e hizo muy agradable la visión desde el salón. El salón realmente es el porche de la casa de invitados. En invierno está cerrado con unas persianas transparentes de plástico y el espacio se aclimata con la estufa y un calefactor. Es un espacio un poco frio pero si te sientas junto a la estufa y con una manta te puedes tomar un buen vinho verde. 😉 La casa está ubicada en una zona elevada, tranquila y puedes aparcar en la puerta. Puedes ir andando hasta el centro de Sintra en solo 30 minutos, o acercarte en coche (10 minutos) y pagar un ticket de ORA por 13 euros para todo el día. En coche solo tardas 20 minutos a Lisboa o Cascais. La anfitriona siempre estuvo atenta y nos ayudó en todo. Gracias. 🙂

The place is absolutely beautiful! Very peaceful, true serenity in the landscape, and a perfect place to rest with a book. Just perfect. You can feel that the place was designed with taste and architectural passion. Luísa was a very friendly host, gave us delicious breakfast and coffee, made us feel right at home.

Rui und seine Frau haben einen schönen Ort der Ruhe erschaffen in der Nähe von tollen Stränden und Restaurants. Beide waren immer freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben uns Tipps gegeben. Wir werden sicher wider einen Urlaub bei ihnen verbringen

How can we rate this without running out of superlatives? We’ve stayed in many dozens of airBnBs around the world. This is the best we’ve ever found. Beautiful, lovingly decorated and furnished place in a lovely garden setting with a great view of an incredible city with wonderful warm hosts. Doesn’t feel like an apartment. It feels like a home. We would happily stay again and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Adorámos a nossa estadia na Little Suite. o espaço é pequeno e aconhegante. ficámos duas semanas. somos um casal que adora cozinhar e, a melhor parte, foi explorar o pátio para cozinhar e para longas refeições e conversas. Fomos muito poucas vezes ao restaurante, precisamente porque valorizámos mais o nosso pátio the cozinha exterior. o maior desafio foi o frigorífico, pois não tem congelador para o gelo. Rapidamente resolvemos essa questão, comprando gelo no supermecado perto da fármácia. Conseguimos conservar o gelo 2 dias antes que descongelasse por completo no frigorífico. levámos poucas roupas mas o suficiente para a experiência relaxada e prática da aldeia. a casa fica no coração da comporta. não usámos o carro para nada. a praia ficava a 15 min a pé. estamos com muita vontade de regressar. o senhor João é muito disponível, bem disposto e cuidadoso com os seus hospedes. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten eine schöne Zeit im Februar hier verbringen. Die Küste mit Stränden ist fussläufig in 30 Minuten erreichbar und der Weg hat uns gefallen. Birgit war immer ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Es ist zwar keine Küche in dem kleinen Apartment, aber man kann gut in der Nähe essen gehen oder die Aussenküche nutzen.

Wir haben uns bei Frank und Femke jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Beide sind tolle Gastgeber und sehr sympathisch. Frank und Femke haben uns viele brauchbare Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurantempfehlungen in der Umgebung gegeben. :-) Das Appartement selbst ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier. Auf dem Anwesen der Gastgeber leben viele unterschiedliche Tiere, die alle liebevoll umsorgt werden. Es war toll diese Tierliebe zu sehen. Nochmals besten Dank!

Eine schöne Unterkunft, um zu entspannen. In der Nähe von einem kleinen Dorf am Fluss, mit frischen Orangen aus dem Garten! :) Pedro ist stehts bemüht, dass man seinen Aufenthalt genießt, bietet seine Hilfe an und man kann sich immer melden, wenn man was braucht. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt, unsere Katze auch, sie hat hier viele Katzenfreunde gefunden! Das Internet und die Matratze sind sehr gut! Viele Grüße!

Estancia muy tranquila y relajada. La habitación es muy confortable y la anfitriona nos ha recibido de forma amable, siempre pendiente de nuestro bienestar. la Zona es muy bonita para hacer actividades y disfrutar de la naturaleza.

We hadden een paar geweldige dagen in de oude molen van Salir. Een prachtige en goedverzorgde plek met mooie bloemen en veel buitenruimte. De gastsuite blijft koel op warme dagen en heeft airconditioning. Adelmo en Rui zijn fantastische en enthousiaste gastheren. We werden verwelkomd met een rondleiding. Er stond vers fruit en eieren vsn eigen terrein voor ons klaar en koude drankjes in de koelkast. Ze gaven ons tips voor activiteiten in de omgeving en goede restaurants. Onze dochter mocht helpen met het voeren van de dieren. We maakten een mooie (berg)wandeling bij Rocha da Pena en vonden verkoeling in een natuurbad in het mooie plaatsje Alte. Het strand van Quarteira ligt op 25 minuten rijden. Als het zwembad gerepareerd is verdient deze oase 6 sterren, dank jullie wel we hebben ervan genoten!

The apartment had everything we needed, and within a five-minute drive we enjoyed beachside cafe and pizza place, along with a small local grocery store. The pool was lovely to return to, after day visits to Ericeira and Sintra. Johanna and Ronny were excellent hosts. Would highly recommend!

Ana and Joanna’s place was lovely. It matched the photos exactly. The interior and exterior of the apartment is first class. The gardens are well designed and maintained. The location is rural but very close to some well stocked local shops. We were attending a wedding in the palace which was walking distance from the apartment. The girls were very friendly and helpful at all times.

A quaint little appt about six minutes walk away from the main marina area. The appt was very clean and also very well equipped with everything you would need if you chose to cook (hob only). Washing machine also available. Bathroom also well equipped with great shower. Would certainly book again.

Stéphane war ein grossartiger und liebenswerter Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Die Gegend ist einmalig. Das Haus eine aussergewöhnlich, wunderschöne und ruhige Oase um sich bestens zu erholen. Wir haben es geliebt und geschätzt, im geheizten Schwimmbad zu baden. La estancia de Andreas muy buena, la comunicacion con el fue excelente y estaba al pendiente de cualquier solicitud. Esta cerca del aeropuerto y un consejo para los proximos visitantes, pueden tomar el camion de la ruta 722 o 783 pasa enfrente de la terminal 1, se bajan en Encarnacao son 3 paradas y de ahi es una cuadra y media. O pueden caminar desde terminal 1 se hacen como 17 minutos. Para regresar al aeropuerto o ir a otra zonas pueden tomar las mismas rutas de camion. La estacion del metro Encarnacao esta algo lejos pero igual es una opcion. Les recomiendo que compren la Lisboa card me ayudo para transportes ilimitados y entradas a los principales sitios de interes. La casa esta alejada del centro de lisboa, promedio te haces a la plaza del comercio de entre 48 minutos a 1:10 hr. El unico pequeño detalle es que mi esposa decia que apartamento olia a humedad, cosa que yo senti levemente, al segundo dia ya se habia ido el olor. Si vuelvo a Lisboa repetiria con la estancia de Andreas

Le logement un dans un endroit calme, un peu en retrait du centre historique. Mais une balade à pied de 15 mn vous permettra de vous y rendre. La piscine est bien agréable… et le logement coquet. Manuel et Gloria sont aux petits soins….tout en discrétion !

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very spacious, located in a peaceful, green area, which made it a perfect place to relax. Anne-Marie and her husband are very friendly and accommodating hosts. The only constructive criticism we have is that the apartment was quite dusty overall, with many cobwebs. However, it was not dirty or unclean—both the kitchen and bathroom were reasonably clean.
