Stephen's place was exactly as described. In addition the big windows allow you to look out over the channel and see boats and float planes. We enjoyed the roomy patio. We also rented a truck from Stephen and did his whale watching tour. All were just the best! We had a wonderful time in Kodiak and would book this place again!

Sarah was very quick to respond and very accommodating. Her place was just what we needed for a quick stay and we would absolutely stay again!

My family and I had a wonderful time in Kodiak at John's place. There were 11 of us and everyone had a comfortable bed or futon to sleep on. We were there for my 30th high school reuion and it couldn't have been more perfect! Thank you again for sharing your awesome house:) Samantha Buell

I travel Alaska for business and this location is absolutely beautiful, incredibly relaxing, private, and pristine inside. Beautiful home, professional, and welcoming. Felt right at home, perfect accomodations for the traveling professional.

Born and raised on the island, but staying here felt like a new world! What a beautiful piece of Kodiak. The house was spacious, clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and more. Jeff and his wife were so kind and opened their beautiful home to our family. Would love to come back and stay again one day. The banya was hot, the views were exceptional, and we loved the peace and tranquillity. Beautiful beaches, four wheeling, paddle boarding and site seeing.

Very Nice appartement. Great view, we saw a lot of eagels. Location is good and the hosts are friendly an helpfull. Very Nice they offer a rentalcar as well.

Lucas' place is true "Alaska" with all the wildlife inside! He was very accommodating to our needs and promptly responded to messages. This is a place you don't want to miss out on!
