Excellent stay! The house is equipped with everything you need and then some! So peaceful and quiet The walk down to the water is a workout but beautiful. We had an amazing stay here and will come back if we are in the area again!

Property was close to our weekend conference at one third the price of other options. Space was comfortable and clean. Host was attentive and very accommodating.

The house was very cozy, and well appointed. We had everything we could need. It was just a few minute drive to Emerald Hollow Mine. Because we have young children we had to be aware of how close the house was to the road and how fast the cars drive by. Overall it was perfect place to break up a long drive down I77.

I stayed at this wonderful lake house during winter. It was so quiet and peaceful. The property has everything you need to enjoy a quiet winter gateway. Great views of the lake from master bedroom and living room. The master bathroom is spacious with a huge shower and a awesome jacuzzi bathtub. The host was so helpful and responsive.

We loved our Thanksgiving stay at Ollie’s Hideaway in Hickory. It provided us plenty of room to celebrate the holiday with our growing family, including an infant, toddler and child. Highlights: extremely clean - spotless bathrooms! Plenty of cookware and utensils in the kitchen available for use. Gorgeous fall views - leaves falling all around and easily viewable through large windows all around the upper floor. Lots of space!! This house is larger and more beautiful that can even be shown through the pictures. Lowlights: Unfortunately the tv in the downstairs bedroom would not work for us and the air hockey table didn’t seem to be blowing air on both ends which made it more difficult to play - neither of these are a big deal but worth the mention. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. Great place, Mark and Skylar was very accomodating and quick to response. House is in a very pretty and walkable neighborhood and would highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Jeff’s place. Definitely has a great vibe. My room was very spacious so I took some professional artsy photos of myself during my stay!

Exactly as the listing and comments say it is. Very clean, modern, clutter free and comfortable. Spacious and relaxing. Beds are comfortable and bathroom has ample space. Everything seemed brand new!

I would highly recommend Jamie's home to anyone visiting the Hickory-Granite Falls-Hudson area. Jamie's home was very beautiful,warm, and inviting. Her home is set in a very quiet woodsy neighborhood. I would give Jamie's home a 10+! I have family in the Hickory area so know i will have a great place to stay anytime we come for a visit.

The Hickory Hideaway was the perfect little place to stay. Peaceful and private describes it perfectly!

I enjoyed my stay at Nate & Erin's unit. They were quick to address an issue that arose, friendly, and flexible when I forgot something after checkout and had to return. The highlight for me was seeing so many kitties around. Great location convenient to everything. The kitchen was well-stocked for its size and I loved the bright palette and decor.

What an amazing stay, positioned perfectly at the top of a beautiful mountain - I enjoyed some light snow, a couple days of ice glistening trees, and then beautiful bright days and sunrises all nestled in one spot. The space is open and clean with great energy. The kitchen and bathroom are both updated and very nice. The king sized bed is comfy. And the view from that loft is breathtaking. My soul was sad to leave - so I’ll be back soon!

Incredibly peaceful mtn retreat. We adore the Art of Living and Thomas’s place is set up in a modest but thoughtful way - nice seating in the loft to take in breathtaking views during day and sit under stars at night and balcony furniture for relaxing coffee time while feeling connected to nature and breathtaking views.
