This is a cute place. Well-equipped kitchen and well stocked with all needed amenities and coffee pods (yay!)... Very responsive to questions.

From retired grandparents to working professionals, two small children, and even our dog, the house had something for everyone. The lakefront views were stunning, providing a peaceful backdrop for morning coffee and evening conversations. The house was thoughtfully equipped with modern conveniences, making it both comfortable and functional. It truly felt like a home away from home, with cozy spaces to gather, a well-appointed kitchen, and plenty of room for everyone to relax. The owners clearly take pride in the property, and the attention to detail was evident. Whether it was enjoying family meals together, taking in the serenity of the lake, or simply spending quality time, this house offered everything we could ask for. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend!

Our stay at Anne's house was simply amazing. She is the perfect host, always responsive, helpful, accommodating whenever possible, willing to answer questions, and the home itself was absolutely perfect! Every single person in our group returned raving about the house and how perfect it was for our weekend of skiing.

This place was a hidden gym amongst the mountains close to boone..huge basement full of entertainment for my little kids was the highlight of the place.. outdoor gas fire pit and table made for a cool night of smores overlooking the valley and stars. Host was very responsive when i needed something. Place was very clean and spacious and great for 2 families. Would stay here again for sure!! Hot tub on the deck was awesome too

The location was great, the house was cozy and the king size bed upstairs was super comfortable. My family had a great time and we'd be happy to return in the future. Sheila was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Really great place! AC works really well so bring warm sleeping clothes! Spacious and very clean upon arrival. Helped me switch my arrival and departure times as well!

This place was perfect for our weekend in the mountains! The house is beautiful, with a really nice kitchen and deck and a cozy loft area. Debby was very proactive in communication and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

The place was truly breathtaking we thoroughly enjoyed the horse riding which was absolutely amazing now we're deeply inspired to move to the mountains this place is gorgeous you wake up to a stunning view of the horses we will definitely go back again.

My daughter and I did an unconditional Thanksgiving and stayed at the RV. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful, beautiful views and property. Host were so friendly, helpful, and attentive. Stay here!! You wont regret it. Just FYI if you have an unfriendly dog (my dog doesn't get along with other dogs) there are three little dogs that free roam at times as it is their home. The dogs are great I was just on high alert anytime my dog was outside.

Definitely one of our favorite Airbnb stays. Place was stunning, open, airy and just overall a beautiful and peaceful place to spend several days. We loved the outdoor activities of pool and lake. It was a very relaxing and fun get away for myself and my 2 teen boys. Hope to be back again soon

This home is the most well stocked air BnB I’ve ever rented. From bedding, paper products, cleaning supplies lake floats and a kitchen that’s has absolutely everything you need. It was clean, comfortable beds, a gated stairway in case you want your dogs or kiddos to be contained either up or downstairs There are stairs going from the parking to the house and the backyard is very sloped so you will get a work out carting supplies to the lake. We rented a boat from the nearby Marina and boated to Copper Penny ( excellent food and service) for the day. The lake is perfect for swimming, even in the cove. Not yucky at all. Our pups loved the big fenced yard and got lots of exercise running down to the lake (there’s a gate so they can’t get directly in the water unless you want them to) and back up to the house. All my pre arrival questions were answered by the host immediately. It is an older home but everything was in working order. Very comfortable feeling in the house. Highly recommend
