What a great place to stay and very helpful communicative hosts. We came for ice fishing over a winter weekend and despite some weather the road and driveway were cleared and the walkway shoveled. The house was great- incredibly clean. The ice fishing was top notch. I would certainly recommend.

It was a great place! Beautiful stay. We had 8 people total and it was big enough for us to not feel cramped. Would return in the future.

This place was spacious & beautiful! The outside area & dock was perfect for all of us! The kitchen was stocked w/ many plates, pots & pans. Would definitely come back !!

So glad we stumbled upon The Mill Creek House for our snowmobiling trip! It is perfectly located by the trails, was clean and had all the necessities you need. Ryan was a great host and answered all our questions in a quick manner. Would highly recommend The Mill Creek House and we definitely can’t wait to come back!

This was a very comfortable property. It definitely lived up to the advertisement! Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try the eggs. I wish we had brought a carton container with us. My daughter-in-law was able to visit with Sherry and see the chicken coop first hand. The tub/shower combo was beautiful. The coffee/tea provisions were appreciated. We will definitely keep it in mind as I have MS appointments at Hotel Dieu that extend over days. Clean, comfortable and perfect for our canine family members! 10 minutes out of the city. We will be back!

Christina's cottage was a great place to relax and unwind with my friends. Seriously, we didn't want to leave. The house is clean, uncluttered, and perfectly decorated. The fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living room made our stay extra enjoyable. Christina has thought of everything that a traveler may need... snacks, games, toiletries, beach towels.. you name it. The back deck gave us a front row seat for the sunset, so nice! She was very responsive to anything we needed. Great house, great host. Thank you.

Once again, camp Reminiscing did not disappoint!! This was our 4th time here for our annual guys weekend. The house was comfortable and large enough for us. The kitchen was well stocked, and we were able to make some great feasts! Watching football, euchre games, night time astrophotography, and walking the neighborhood were some of our activities. We had such a lovely family retreat. The lot size was VERY spacious and had room for many outdoor activities. That said, it would have been amazing to have a fenced in yard for our dogs, but we knew what we were getting into. Everything was clean and organized. Being right on the water was amazing! The kids were able to play by the shore and we were all able to enjoy the water. Such a lovely location and beautifully decorated apartment. Enjoyed everything about it from sitting out on the deck watching birds, boats etc to firepits in the evening and walking to the local Tikki Bar for food, beverage and socializing. We found the people in this area to be the friendliest we've come across in our travels. Oh yes and the bed is heaven.

Very nice place, house was very nice and you can tell the owner takes great care and the attention to detail is very noticeable. Would definitely stay there again.

spacious clean apartment with small but full kitchen, comfortable living room and comfortable king bed. a little tricky to find .. house numbers small ... and had a bit of trouble at check in .. but Barbara was very responsive to a phone call and greeted us with the key code we needed to get in. no river view as it was fall but just a short walk from house.

It was perfect for us. It is small, but truly cozy and comfortable, perfect for 2 adults. As it was mid to late March in the north country we loved the fireplace and used it almost every night! The apartment was neat, clean, orderly and had everything we needed! If we go back to that area we will definitely look to rent there again!!

Place as advertized. All amenities there that were needed. Nice and quiet. Good place to telax.

My family and I were looking for a place to ride snowmobiles right from our lodging location. This property is on a “rideable road”. Unfortunately there is not sufficient snow to do so regularly. However, we found a location several miles away to park and ride on groomed trails. Jens house is very comfortable and the wood burning stove was nice to sit around after a long day of riding. Definitely a place worth considering if you want to stay away from the more touristy areas and stay tucked away in privacy.

Absolutely amazing, we had great plans, but the ice storm and the cozy fireplace changed those plans. Hermann and Tracy were an absolute blast! Super chill, and super friendly, we would come back just to spend time with them! We had a cute visitor to come check up on us as well! We hope to be back, thank you hosting us Hermann and Tracy!

I was coming into the Adirondacks to do some backpacking. We were going to be arriving late and starting the trip early in morning, so we just needed a place to crash for the night and sort some gear in the morning while we had breakfast. This was a perfect spot and exactly what we needed, though it would have been tempting to relax there for a few days.

Our stay at Tiffany and Adam's cabin was the perfect destination for an anniversary weekend celebration! Tiffany was communicative, detail oriented and so sweet! We loved the serenity of the TR property, the white noise of the babbling creek and the cozy amenities of the cabin. Renting the sxs was a blast and was a great way to explore local trails as a family. An added bonus was having the flexibility to include our dog on vacation. We can't wait to return next year!!

We had an amazing stay at this cozy little cabin. This quiet, peaceful location was the perfect getaway. The hot tub was very private and clean. Beds were comfortable. Perfect place to reset. Also, great communication with the owner. Thank you Vanessa!

We really enjoyed our time at Black Bear Cabin. The quaint little cabin was just what we needed for our little getaway. It was private and peaceful with lots to do in the area. We went hiking and explored the little lake side towns. We highly recommend to anyone looking to unplug for a few days. We will find an excuse to come back and stay at the black Bear Cabin again in the future! Thanks Bonnie

Judy was very communicative, easy check-in and everything was as expected. We didn't really have any hiccups apart from extreme winter weather which was out of anyone's control. Even then there was a number for a plow guy on the fridge who came in 20 mins when we were snowed in to the driveway. Stunning taxidermy. I wouldn't call the kitchen very well equipped as some have said here, but definitely better than other airbnb's I've been too. Overall a great spot.
