Hamada is very decent, one I reserved the apartment he provided me with his contacts and shared the exact location. He contacted me the day before my arrival to notify of the unplanned utilities works in the building and offered an alternative very close apartment, which was a very clean one with amazing view. I requested to delay my check out for a couple of hours and he was very cooperative.

Absolutely exceptional stay,The place was spotless, and you can tell they really pay attention to the details. It had everything I needed, making it feel like a second home. Super cozy and chill atmosphere perfect for relaxing. Daniel was incredibly helpful and friendly, always making sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-kept stay. Will definitely be back

Karim’s property is the right place to explore Alexandria. It’s clean, well furnished and huge. I recommend this place for every one needs to enjoy a vacation.

It was great! The view to the sea and the flat were more than beautiful! We enjoyed so much! Also Mohamad was a very nice and polite person and his english was also very good.

اثناء مراسلة المضيف كان متفاعلا جدا ومرنا معنا وسريع بالاستجابة بداية استأذنته بالدخول قبل الموعد المقرر وفعلا فتح قلبه قبل بابه لنا وتعامل معنا بمنتهى الذوق والاخلاق الشقة كانت جميلة وكل شيء فيها غرفتين بأربع أسرّة واستقبال وحمام ومطبخ متكامل وثلاجة وانترنت خدمات فوق المستوى والسعر كان بسيط جدا مقابل الخدمات المقدمة اقامتنا كانت مريحة وتجربة رائعة في زيارة الاسكندرية بشواطئها وقلوب اهلها الغرف والاسرة نظيفة والصالة كبيرة والهواء منعش جدا يملأ البيت بالتأكيد تجربة لا تنسى وباذن الله سوف تتكرر وانصح فيها جميع النزلاء المحترمين والذين يبحثون عن الاجواء العائلية والراحة ..

The location on Airbnb is accurate, if you go there and let Hassan know, that you are there, he will find you easily. It is not a touristy neighbourhood, we only saw locals, which is nice and compared to Cairo, people don't bother you that much and are more laid back, only on the beach during the day time some kids will try to sell you stuff. Apartment was nice and clean, there is a security guy in the lobby. Good value and amazing view!

We had a wonderful stay. The host was kind, attentive, responsible and easy to talk to. The place was clean and well-maintained and just like the pictures. It's close to Alexandria, and about 3 mins walk to the beach and it was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation. I only tried one of the pools and wasn’t satisfied with it, but there were other pools available that I didn’t get a chance to check out. Overall, still a great stay.

We had an exquisite time at Heba's place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the villa is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there.! Heba treated us like one of her own and was very helpful with everything. it won't definitely not be our last time❤❤

Great place and awesome clean pool. Pretty large yard to play football with kids or do other activities. Nice outdoor BBQ, and great lighting at night too. Overall highly recommended the only negative was that only 3 rooms have AC the rest don’t.

We enjoyed the view to the sea from the balcony. The apartment itself was comfy. To the sea it's just a short walk. Ahmed communicated friendly, helpful and quick and was really flexible regarding the check-in and check-out. The compound itself was mostly quiet but sometimes there were some noises from construction works. There is a pool we didn't use as we preferred the beach. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and will - inshallah - come back another time.

Wael is a very nice host. He was like a father for me : asking me if I need something, here when i needed, always communicating with me, finding the beat price for transportation, finding best place to eat... It was very nice to stay at his place. The place is safe, clean, quiet and the view is wonderful. People around are also very wel 9ming and the guard of the building and his son are very nice !It was a real pleasure to stay and I highly recommend this place. Thank you very much Wael !

I had an incredible time staying at Bass Villa's beautiful home. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a perfect trip. The location was ideal, and all the thoughtful touches made me feel right at home. Bass was an exceptional host—quick to respond and super helpful with local tips. Thank you so much for making this trip truly wonderful. I would definitely love to come back!

Karim is a very generous person who cares about every detail that could make your visit comfortable. You will find everything you need in the studio, it was really relaxing experience. there is a couple of restaurants there (but we didn't like them). and there is a supermarket nearby for your basic needs. We'll repeat our visit soon because of Karim's generosity.

place was good ,clean and well prepared for my stay,i was in a quick business trip and wanted a close place to my work place ,welcoming chocolate and fruites was nice from Marian,view at evening is nice ,clean bed sheets and kitchen ,i highly recommend this appartment for your next stay .

Ahmed is a man of word. He will help you as much as he can and is fair. The house is in a great compound with a private beach. Egypt is as is, so be rational about what you expect. The house needs a few corrections, I am sure Ahmed will do them soon, to make it great.

The place is really nice, i stayed there with my family & it was great .. the place is cozy, family oriented and the sea view from the challet was great. Perfect for families who want a peaceful, quiet vacation. (Don’t expect alot of activities like other sahel villages) Yasmin is a great host who tries her best to make things easy for you and she was very friendly. Looking forward to repeat my stay there again.

One of the most enjoyable stays we've ever had! The location is fantastic; it is surrounded by restaurants and activities and directly faces Gleem Bay. The apartment is extremely clean and comfortable, even better than the photos. It has a balcony with a direct sea view that refreshes your soul. The host's hospitality was beyond amazing from the moment we arrived until we left, with quick responses throughout. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need: two bedrooms with three comfy beds, two bathrooms with a bathtub and shower, a fridge, stove, and washing machine. Small touches like tissues, fresh sheets, and towels in their packages and a fully stocked kitchen were much appreciated. The smart lock with a password was very convenient, especially since multiple people were coming and going. My family and I had a wonderful time, and from now on, this will remain our top choice for accommodation. Highly recommend to anyone, as I’ve already done with my family and friends.

Laila's apartment is spacious, located on a good spot regarding access to the city centre. The view of the seafront from the balcony is a bonus. the apartment is clean and spacious for at least two people. Only downside is the traffic noise but after having already experienced Cairo, you get used to it I guess.
